Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.損傷部位における組織の分離および再生、他の移植物周辺における組織の増 殖および/または含有されている薬物の調節−放出のための移植用生体内分解性 遮蔽膜であって; 生体内分解性繊維で製造された織物または編物およびその上 にコーティングされた生体内分解性/生体適合性多孔性高分子フィルムを含む膜 。 2.生体内分解性繊維が、ポリグリコール酸、ポリラクト−グリコール酸および ポリ乳酸からなる群から選ばれた高分子で製造されたモノフィラメント、マルチ フィラメント、またはこれらのブレーディングされた形のものである請求項1に 記載の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 3.生体内分解性繊維が、ポリグリコール酸で製造されたモノフィラメント、マ ルチフィラメント、またはこれらのブレーディングされた形のものである請求項 1に記載の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 4.生体内分解性/生体適合性高分子フィルムが、ポリ乳酸、ポリラクト−グリ コール酸、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリパラジオキサノン、炭酸ポリトリメチレン およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた生体内分解性/生体適合性高分子 を含む請求項1に記載の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 5.生体内分解性/生体適合性高分子がポリ乳酸およびポリラクト−グリコール 酸の混合物である請求項4に記載の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 6.生体内分解性/生体適合性多孔性高分子が直径100μm未満の微細孔を有する 請求項1に記載の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 7.フルビプロフェン、イブプロフェン、インドメタシン、ナプロキセン、メフ ェナム酸、テトラサイクリン、ミノサイクリン、オキシテトラサイクリン、メト ロニダゾール、血小板−由来成長因子、インシュリン−類似成長因子、上皮成長 因子、腫瘍増殖因子、骨形態形成蛋白質、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から 選ばれた添加物をさらに含む移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜。 8.生体内分解性縫合糸が遮蔽膜に取付けられている請求項1に記載の移植用生 体内分解性遮蔽膜。 9.移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜の製造方法であって、保持体として生体内分解性 繊維物質で紗を製造することと、この紗を生体内分解性/生体適合性高分子溶液 でコーティングすること、該コーティングされた紗を乾燥することとを含む方法 。 10.コーティングされた紗をエンボシングする段階をさらに含む請求項9に記載 の移植用生体内分解性遮蔽膜の製造方法。 11.生体内分解性/生体適合性高分子溶液が塩化メチレンおよび第2の溶媒を含 み、前記第2の溶媒がエタノール、N−メチルピロリドン、酢酸エチルまたはこ れらの混合物である請求項9に記載の方法。 12.生体内分解性高分子溶液が、微細孔形成添加剤として、塩化ナトリウム、塩 化カリウム、塩化カルシウム、塩化アンモニウム、炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナト リウム、クエン酸ナトリウム、フルクトース、マルトース、デキストラン、ペク チン、キシラン、アルギネート、カラキーナン、ポリビニルピロリドンおよびこ れらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた化合物の水溶性粒子を含み、乾燥し、コー ティングされた紗を水または適切な水溶性溶液で抽出して多孔性遮蔽膜を得、前 記多孔性遮蔽膜を乾燥することをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
