Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド。 2.配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチドを含むベータカ ゼインH。 3.配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチドを含むベータカ ゼインHの製造方法であって、 前記ベータカゼインHを含有する乳を選択し、 前記乳を酸またはレンネットを添加して沈澱させ、そして、 配列番号1のアミノ酸を有するカゼインホスホペプチドを含む沈殿したベータ カゼインHを回収する ことを含む方法。 4.請求項3記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド を含むベータカゼインHの製造方法であって、ベータカゼインHを含む前記乳の 選択が、電気泳動によって行われる方法。 5.請求項3記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド を含むベータカゼインHの製造方法であって、沈殿したベータカゼインHの回収 が、陰イオン交換クロマトグラフィにより行われ、引き続いて陽イオン交換クロ マトグラフィにより行われる方法。 6.配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチドの製造方法であ って、 請求項3に記載の方法に従ってベータカゼインHを得て、 前記ベータカゼインHを、1以上のプロテアーゼを添加することによって加水 分解に付し、 得られた加水分解物に1以上の無機イオンを添加してペプチドを沈殿させ、そ して、 沈殿カゼインホスホペプチドを回収する ことを含む方法。 7.請求項6記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド の製造方法であって、前記プロテアーゼが、トリプシン、パンクレアチン、キモ トリプシン、ペプシン、パパイン、プロナーゼ及びサーモリジンから構成された 群から選択される方法。 8.請求項6記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド の製造方法であって、前記無機イオンがFe、Ca、Ba、Cu、Zn、Mn及 びCoからなる群から選択される方法。 9.請求項8記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチド の製造方法であって、前記無機イオンが、FeCl3を供給源として使用するF eイオンである方法。 10.請求項6記載の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチ ドの製造方法であって、前記無機イオンと共にエタノールを添加することを更に 含む方法。 11.配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するカゼインホスホペプチドを含むベータ カゼインHを含む乳の製造方法であって、 ベータカゼインHを含む乳を生成する牛個体を選択し、 前記牛と大量の乳を分泌する牛とを交配してF1子孫を得て、 前記F1子孫からベータカゼインHを含む乳を生成する雌牛を選択し、そして 、 前記ベータカゼインHを含む乳を、前記雌牛から抽出する ことを含む方法。 12.請求項11のベータカゼインHを含む牛乳の製造方法であって、前記交配 が韓国国産牛とホルスタイン牛との間で実施される方法。 13.ヒトにおいてカルシウム吸収を促進する有効量の配列番号1のアミノ酸配 列を有するベータカゼインH又はカゼインホスホペプチドと、食用キャリヤーと を含む健康食品又は飲料用の組成物。 14.前記カルシウム及び鉄を更に含む請求項13記載の組成物。 15.前記ビタミンD及びラクトースを更に含む請求項14記載の組成物。 16.乳、乳児用及び患者用粉乳、ヨーグルト(液状、クリーム状若しくは凍結 乾燥型)、チーズ、離乳食、菓子、製パン、アイスクリーム、豆腐、キャンディ 、氷菓類、油脂と蜂蜜の菓子、チョコレート、カラメル、天然若しくは合成ジュ ース、かまぼこ、機能性飲料(等張性スポーツ飲料)、粉末茶、マヨネーズ又は ドレッシングを含む請求項14記載の組成物。 17.象牙質過敏症の治療用の経口組成物であって、象牙質過敏症を減少させる 若しくは緩和する量の配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するベータカゼインH若し くはカゼインホスホペプチドと、医薬的に許容可能なキャリヤーとを含む組成物 。
