Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.バイモーダル分子量分布を有する成分(A)を85〜99重量%およびユニモ ーダル分子量分布を有する成分(B)をポリエチレン組成物であって、成分(B)は 、直鎖のエチレンコポリマーであって、分子量が150,000 〜600,000、分子量分 布が3.5 〜9.5、メルトフローインデックスMFR21が0.5 〜10の間、コトンロール された密度が910 〜960 kg/m3の範囲内にあるもので、また前記成分Bは、チー グラー- ナッタ触媒またはメタロセン触媒を用いて、成分Aと別個に作られたも ので、エンドプロダクトから計算された成分(B)の量が1〜15重量%の間であ ることを特徴とするポリエチレン組成物。 2.成分Bが、重合時、前記成分の密度が910 〜950 kg/m3の範囲内になる量の C4-C8アルファオレフィン類をコモノマーとして添加することでコントロール される密度をもつ直鎖のエチレンコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に よるポリエチレン組成物。 3.前記コモノマーは、1-ブテン、1-ヘキセン、4-メチル-1- ペンテン、1-オク テンおよび、これらの混合体のグループから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1 乃至2によるポリエチレン組成物。 4.前記成分Aは、成分C1と成分C2とからなり、成分C1における分子量が 5,000 〜500,000、分子量分布Mw/Mnが2.5 〜9 及びメルトフローインデックス MFR2が10〜1000g/10min であり、成分C2は、計算された分子量Mwが300,00 0 〜900,000 の間にあり、分子量分布が4.5 〜12であることを特徴とする請求項 1から請求項3によるポリエチレン組成物。 5.成分C1のメルトフローインデックスMFR2が150 〜500 であり、密 度が950 〜980kg/m3であることを特徴とする請求項4によるポリエチレン組成物 。 6.成分Bがコモノマーを0.5 〜10重量%含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4 によるポリエチレン組成物。 7.成分Aと成分Bとが互いに溶融混合されていることを特徴とする前記請求項 のいづれかによるポリエチレン組成物。 8.1〜50重量%の成分Cを成分Aと成分Bの混合体へ添加して作ることを特 徴とする請求項3から請求項7によるポリエチレン組成物。 9.成分Aと成分Bとをエクストルーダーで互いに混合し、該エクストルーダー のサイドフィードとして成分Cの少なくとも一部を添加することによって作るこ とを特徴とする請求項8によるポリエチレン組成物。 10.用途に応じて以下の特性を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいづれか によるポリエチン: 密度 930 〜960 kg/m3 Mw 120,000 〜400,000 Mw/Mn 7 〜45 MFR2 0.02〜1.0 11.成分Aをチーグラー- ナッタ触媒を用い、ループリアクターと気相リアク ターとを組み合わせて作ることを特徴とする前記請求項のいづれかによるポリエ チン組成物。 12.媒体としてプロパンを用いてループリアクターで成分C1を作ること を特徴とする請求項4によるポリエチン組成物。 13.チーグラー- ナッタ触媒、クロム触媒またはメタロセン触媒の存在のもと にエチレンを重合して、成分Aおよび/または成分Bを作ることを特徴とする前 記請求項のいづれかによるポリエチン組成物。
