Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面を被覆するために使用される半製品−建築材料であって、この半製品− 建築材料がガラス板とこのガラス板の一方の側に設けられた結合モルタル層とか ら成り、この結合モルタル層が微粒子の中性骨材とセメントとから成り、ポリア クリル酸誘導体の水性分散液と混合されており、その際ポリアクリル酸誘導体が DIN 53445によって定められた対数減衰度を有しており、この対数減衰 度が0°以下の摂氏温度において最高値を有しており、結合モルタル層がガラス 板上に水和物水の欠乏に伴って硬化する、半製品−建築材料において、被覆され るべき表面との結合が半製品−建築材料の結合モルタル層が混合された硬化する セメントとの接触によって、或いはいわゆるタイル接着剤によって製造可能であ ることを特徴とする半製品−建築材料。 2.ガラス板は4mm或いはそれ以上の厚み、特に約4から8mmの厚みを有し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の半製品−建築材料。 3.ガラス板は焼入れされていことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項或いは第2項 ち記載の半製品−建築材料。 4.ガラス板がフロートガラス板であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第3項までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 5.結合モルタル層が2から7mm、特に4から6mmの層厚みを有しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品 −建築材料。 6.結合モルタル層が0.1から1mmの、特に0.2から0.7mmの粒径の 微粒子の中性骨材を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項ま でのいずれか一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 7.セメントがポルトランドセメントであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第6項までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 8.ポリアクリル酸誘導体がポリアクリル酸塩、特にアクリル酸樹脂であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品− 建築材料。 9.ポリアクリル酸誘導体、コモノマーとしてのアクリルニトリルとの供重合体 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第8項までのいずれか一つに記載 の半製品−建築材料。 10.アクリルニトリルコモノマーの割合がポリアクリル酸誘導体に対して少なく とも2重量%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の半製品−建築材 料。 11.ポリアクリル酸誘導体の水性分散液が、ポリアクリル酸誘導体の50−65 重量%、特に55−60重量%および35−50重量%、特に40−45重量% の水を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第10項までのいずれ か一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 12.結合モルタルが以下の混合比率で、即ち 微細な中性の骨材 10から40重量% セメント 10から40重量% ポリアクリル酸誘導体の水性分散液 10から40重量% 混合されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第11項までのいずれ か一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 13.結合モルタルが25から35重量%の量割合で微細な中性の骨材と、25か ら35重量%の量割合でセメントとおよび25から35重量%の量割合でポリア クリル酸誘導体の水性分散液と混合されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項から第12項までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。 14.ガラス板上の結合モルタル層が、この結合モルタル層がガラス板の亀裂を伴 うことのない伸びを許容するような、一方ではポリアクリル酸誘導体の含有量を 、他方では積層厚み有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第13項 までのいずれか一つに記載の半製品−建築材料。
