なお、アクリル樹脂エマルジョンがいわゆるコアシェル構造である場合には、コア部に、カルボキシル基含有ビニル系単量体とニトリル基含有ビニル系単量体とを含有させ、コア部のTgを上記の好ましいTg(-70~20℃)に調整し、コア部のみに、カルボキシル基含有ビニル系単量体を含有させるのが好ましい。防水接着剤から成膜した接着剤層2の耐水性を高めることができるためである。
Claims (6)
- 建築物の壁材と、該壁材の表面側に、接着剤で接着された無機繊維系断熱材と、該無機繊維系断熱材の表面側に、下塗材が成膜して形成された下塗層と、該下塗層が形成された該無機繊維系断熱材の表面側に、樹脂モルタルが固化して形成された樹脂モルタル層と、該樹脂モルタル層内に、埋設されたメッシュ材と、から構成されることを特徴とする外断熱構造体。
- 前記樹脂モルタル層の表面側に、可とう性を有する仕上層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外断熱構造体。
- 前記無機繊維系断熱材は、無機繊維が一方向に配向されて配向性を有する無機繊維系断熱材であって、該無機繊維の配向方向が前記壁材の壁面と平行でないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外断熱構造体。
- 前記接着剤がビニル系樹脂を含有し、該ビニル系樹脂がカルボキシル基含有ビニル系単量体及びニトリル基含有ビニル系単量体の重合体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外断熱構造体。
- 建築物の壁材の表面側に、接着剤で無機繊維系断熱材を接着する第1の工程と、該無機繊維系断熱材の表面側に、下塗層を形成する下塗材を塗布する第2の工程と、該下塗層が形成された該無機繊維系断熱材の表面に、樹脂モルタル層を形成する樹脂モルタルを塗工する第3の工程と、該樹脂モルタルにメッシュ材を埋設する第4の工程と、を含むことを特徴とする外断熱構造体の施工方法。
- 前記メッシュ材が埋設された前記樹脂モルタル層に、可とう性を有する仕上層を形成する可とう性を有する仕上塗材を塗布する第5の工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外断熱構造体の施工方法。
