Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.Solanum tuberosumから単離された5.5 Kb EcoR1フラグメントに対応するヌ クレオチド配列を含むプロモーター、またはその変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフ ラグメント。 2.少なくともプロモーターの一部分が不活性化されているSolanum tuberosum から単離された5.5 Kb EcoR1フラグメントに対応するヌクレオチド配列を含むプ ロモーター、またはその変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフラグメント。 3.少なくとも配列番号1に示すヌクレオチド配列を含むプロモーター、または その変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフラグメント。 4.配列番号4〜17に示す配列のいずれか1つを含むプロモーター、またはその 変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフラグメント。 5.少なくとも配列番号1に示すヌクレオチド配列が不活性化されているSolanu m tuberosumから単離された5.5 Kb EcoR1フラグメントに対応するヌクレオチド 配列を含むプロモーター、またはその変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフラグメント 。 6.少なくとも配列番号2〜16に示す配列のいずれか1つが不活性化されている Solanum tuberosumから単離された5.5 Kb EcoR1フラグメントに対応するヌクレ オチド配列を含むプロモーター、またはその変異体、ホモログ、あるいはフラグ メント。 7.GOIに融合された請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載されるプロモーター を含む、構築物。 8.請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載されるプロモーターを含む、発現ベク ター。 9.請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載されるプロモーターを含む、形質転換 ベクター。 10.請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載されるプロモーターを含む、形質転 換細胞、または器官。 11.請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載されるプロモーター、または請求項 7から10のいずれかの発明を含む、トランスジェニック生物。 12.植物がジャガイモ植物である、請求項11に記載のトランスジェニック生 物。 13.請求項1に定義されるプロモーターの、低温誘導性プロモーターとしての 使用。 14.請求項1に記載のプロモーター、およびアンチセンスα-アミラーゼをコ ードするヌクレオチド配列を含む構築物。 15.植物の塊茎および/または芽および/または根および/または茎において 、GOIを発現するための請求項1から6のいずれか1つに定義される、プロモー ターの使用。
