Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの珪素有機ポリマーと少なくとも1つの充填物質とをセラミ ックス化することによって製造されるセラミックス電気抵抗器において、 前記充填物質は、少なくとも1つの、高融点を有する導電性成分を含んでお り、 充填物質成分量は、溶媒なしのポリマー充填物質混合物の20〜50体積% であり、 前記充填物質成分量によって比電気抵抗を調整することを特徴とするセラミ ックス電気抵抗器。 2.導電性成分には、少なくともさらに1つの電気絶縁性及び/又は半導体性成 分が加えられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 3.導電性成分はMoSi2であり、 前記溶媒なしのポリマー充填物質混合物の5〜50体積%の前記導電性成分 が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 4.MoSi2に、さらに別の成分としてSiが加えられることを特徴とする請 求項3記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 5.混合比MoSi2:Siは、抵抗と温度との間の関係が、摂氏0〜900度 の温度範囲で線形となるように選択されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のセラ ミックス抵抗器。 6.混合充填物は全体積の40体積%であり、 MoSi2とSiとは1:1の比率で使用されることを特徴とする請求項4 又は5記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 7.MoSi2に、さらに別の成分としてSiCが加えられることを特徴とする 請求項3記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 8.MoSi2:SiCの混合比は、全体積を基準にして5:15〜15:25 体積%であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のセラミックス抵抗器。 9.充填物質は、0.01〜100μmの大きさの粒子を有するセラミックスの 又は金属の粉末として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミックス 抵抗器。 10.使用される珪素有機ポリマーは、ポリシラン、ポリカルボシラン、ポリシラ ザン又はポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミックス抵 抗器。 11.請求項1〜10記載のセラミックス電気抵抗器を熱導体として使用する方法 。 12.請求項1〜10記載のセラミックス電気抵抗器をペンシル型グロープラグ用 の熱導体として使用する方法。
