Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.所望の透過ガスの含有が40容積%以下である送りガス混合体から超高純 度の所望の透過ガス生成物を生成するための膜プロセスであって、第1ステージ では処理用送りガス混合物を比較的高い固有透過率の膜からなる第1の膜分離ユ ニットに送って中間透過ガスと滞留ガスを得、第2ステージでは該中間透過ガス を比較的高い選択度を有する膜からなる第2の膜分離ユニットに送ることにより 超高純度の透過ガス生成物を生成するようにしたことを特徴とする膜プロセス。 2.前記第1の膜分離ユニットは250バレル/cm×104以上の固有透過 率を有する膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜プロセス。 3.前記第2の膜分離ユニットは250バレル/cm×104若しくはそれ以 下の固有透過率を有する膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜プロセ ス。 4.前記第1の膜分離ユニットは250バレル/cm×104以上の固有透過 率を有する膜からなり、前記第2の膜分離ユニットは250バレル/cm×104 若しくはそれ以下の固有透過率を有する膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の膜プロセス。 5.該中間透過ガスは、超高純度の透過ガス生成物として提供されるべきガス の40容積%乃至80容積%を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜プ ロセス。 6.処理用送りガス混合物として化石燃料燃焼生成物を使用することを特徴と する請求項1記載の膜プロセス。 7.処理用送りガス混合物として空気中の炭化水素燃焼生成物を使用すること を特徴とする請求項1記載の膜プロセス。 8.処理用送りガス混合物として石灰釜における化石燃料燃焼生成物を使用す ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜プロセス。 9.前記処理用送りガス混合物が25容積%若しくはそれ以下の二酸化炭素を 含む処理号ガス流であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜プロセス。 10.前記処理用送りガス混合物が11.7容積%若しくはそれ以下の二酸化 炭素を含む処理号ガス流であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜プロセス。 11.前記処理用送りガス混合物が二酸化炭素を含み、二酸化炭素は96.0 容積%以上の純度の超高純度透過ガス生成物から回収されたものであることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の膜プロセス。
