Abstract
투과 가스를 다단계 막 공정을 이용하여 원하는 정도의 높은 순도로 분리하는 방법 및 그에 이용되는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 제1단계에서는 처리될 가스 혼합물을 상대적으로 높은 고유 투과율을 갖는 막을 포함하는 제1막 분리기에 공급하여 중간산물인 투과 가스와 잔류 가스를 얻고, 제2단계에서는 상기 중간산물중 투과 가스를 고유 투과율이 상대적으로 낮은 막을 포함하는 제2막 분리기에 공급하여 순도가 매우 높은 투과 가스 생성물을 분리하는 방법 및 장치가 개시되어 있다.

Claims (11)
- 막을 이용하여 소망하는 투과 가스를 4O부피% 미만으로 함유하는 공급 가스 혼합물로부터 소망하는 가스를 매우 높은 순도로 분리하는 방법으로서, 고유 투과율이 상대적으로 높은 막을 포함하는 제1막 분리기에 처리될 가스 혼합물을 공급하여 중간산물인 투과가스와 잔류 가스를 수득하는 제1단계; 및 선택율을 상대적으로 높은 막을 포함하는 제2막 분리기에 중간산물중 투과 가스를 공급하여 그로부터 매우 높은 순도의 투과가스 생성물을 수득하는 제2단계를 포함하는 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1막 분리기가 250배럴/cm×104을 초과하는 고유 투과율을 갖는 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2막 분리기가 250배럴/cm×104이하의 고유 투과율을 갖는 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1막 분리기가 250배럴/cm×104을 초과하는 고유 투과율을 갖는 막을 포함하며 제2막 분리기가 250배럴/cm×104이하의 고유 투과율을 갖는 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간산물인 투과 가스가 매우 높은 순도의 투과 가스 생성물로서 공급되는 가스를 4O 내지 8O부피% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 가스 혼합물로서 화석 연료 연소 생성물을 이용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 가스 혼합물로서 공기 중의 탄화수소 연소 생성물을 이용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 가스 혼합물로서 석회 가마에서의 화석 연료 연소 생성물을 이용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 가스 혼합물이 25부피% 이하의 이산화탄소를 포함하는 공정 기류인 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 가스 혼합물이 11.7부피% 이하의 이산화탄소를 포함하는 공정 기류인 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 가스 혼합물이 이산화탄소를 포함하며, 상기 이산화탄소가 96.0부피% 이상의 매우 높은 순도를 갖는 투과 가스 생성물로서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막을 이용한 가스 분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
