Abstract

본 발명은 일산화탄소를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법에 있어서는 공급 유체로부터 생성된 합성 가스를 저온학적 증류 단계에 의해서 분리시킨다. 잔류하는 메탄이 농후한 분류물은 공급 유체로 재순환시킨다. 또한 본 발명은 일산화탄소를 제조하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 공급 유체로부터 합성 가스를 생성한 후에 그 가스를 분리시키므로써 일산화탄소(CO)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 잔류하는 메탄이 농후한 분류물의 적어도 일부분을 공급 유체로 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탄이 농후한 잔류물이 투과 단계에 의해 생성되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과 단계는 수소와 메탄을 포함하는 가스 혼합물을 분리시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투과 단계의 불투과생성물로 이루어진 분류물의 대부분 또는 전부를 재순환시키는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투과 단계의 투과생성물의 압력을 조정하여 상기 투과생성물의 조성을 조절하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 가스를 저온학적 중류에 의해 분리시키는 방법.
  7. CO를 함유하는 합성 가스를 생성하기 위한 수단(1), 상기 가스를 분리시키기 위한 수단(3), 및 상기 분리 수단에 의해 배출된 잔류하는 메탄이 농후한 분류물의 일부분을 상기 합성 가스를 생성하기 위한 수단의 주입구로 복귀시키기 위한 수단을 포함하여, 일산화탄소(CO)를 제조하기 위한 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 투과 수단이 정제 수단에 의해 배출된 흐름으로부터 잔류 메탄이 농후한 분류물을 생성하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 정제 수단에 의해 배출된 흐름이 수소와 메탄을 함유하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 투과 단계의 투과생성물의 압력을 조정하기 위한 수단(19)를 포함하는 장치.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성 가스를 분리시키기 위한 수단이 저온학적 분리 수단인 장치.
