Description
図1は、気体透過モジュール1の透過物側4´上でC1より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない透過製品ガス4を生産するために、選択透過膜1´により供給ガス混合物2を精製するために気体透過モジュール1が提供されている方法及び装置をそれぞれ概略的に示す。気体透過モジュール1の非透過物側3´では、非透過製品ガス3を引き出すことができる。

Claims (18)
- 天然ガス、ナフサ、液化天然ガス(LNG)、液化石油ガス(LPG)、石油化学工業由来のオフガスその他といったような供給ガス混合物におけるC1より高級な炭化水素から精製メタンを分離するための気体透過装置であって、供給ガス入口、C 1 より高級な炭化水素から分離されてC 1 より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない精製メタンを含有する気体流(4)用出口、C1より高級な炭化水素を含有する気体流(3)用出口、及び透過物側(4´)と非透過物側(3´)をもつ選択透過膜(1´)を具備する少なくとも1つの気体透過モジュール(1)を含み、前記選択透過膜(1´)が、気体透過装置の作動温度より高いガラス転移温度をもつガラス質、非晶質又は半晶質重合体である芳香族ポリイミドで構成されたC 1 より高級な炭化水素に比べてメタンのより高い透過性を有する選択透過膜であり、C 1 より高級な炭化水素から分離されてC 1 より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない精製メタンを含有する気体流(4)用前記出口が前記選択透過膜(1´)の透過物側(4´)に配置されていることを特徴とする気体透過装置。
- 気体透過装置が、10℃〜100℃の間、好ましくは40℃〜60℃の間の作動温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体透過装置。
- 供給ガス入口へと移行させる前に前記供給ガス(2)を加圧するためのコンプレッサ(5)を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 前記供給ガス入口が供給ガス(2)用の主管路(2´)に連結されていること及びC1より高級な炭化水素を含有する気体流(3)用の前記出口が、C1より高級な炭化水素を含有する気体流(3)を供給ガス(2)用主管路(2´)内へと戻すため前記主供給ガス管路(2´)に下流側で連結されていることをさらに特徴とする、請求項3に記載の気体透過装置。
- 前記気体透過モジュール(1)の透過物側(4´)からC 1 より高級な炭化水素から分離されてC 1 より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない精製メタンを含有する気体流(4)を抜き出すための吸引ユニット(6)を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 前記吸引ユニット(6)が、前記気体透過モジュール(1)の透過物側(4´)から引き出されたC 1 より高級な炭化水素から分離されてC 1 より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない精製メタンを含有する気体流(4)をさらに圧縮するためコンプレッサであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の気体透過装置。
- 気体透過モジュール(1)の供給ガス入口にさらに積重ねて気体透過モジュール(7)が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)の非透過気体出口が、積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)の非透過気体流(8)を前記気体透過モジュール(1)内に移行させるために前記気体透過モジュール(1)の供給ガス入口に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の気体透過装置。
- 前記積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)及び前記気体透過モジュール(1)の膜(1´、7´)のサイズが異なるものであることを特徴とする請求項7又は8のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 前記気体透過モジュール(1)のC1より高級な炭化水素を含有する気体流(3)用の出口が、前記積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)の透過気体ダクト(7a)と、減圧弁(3b)を含むダクト(3a)を介して連結されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 並列に配置されている複数の気体透過モジュール(1)を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 直列に配置されている複数の気体透過モジュール(1)を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の気体透過装置。
- 天然ガス、ナフサ、液化天然ガス(LNG)、液化石油ガス(LPG)、石油化学工業由来のオフガスその他といったような供給ガス混合物におけるC1より高級な炭化水素から精製メタンを分離する方法において、透過物側(4´)と非透過物側(3´)をもつ選択透過膜(1´)を具備する少なくとも1つの気体透過モジュール(1)を含んで成り、選択透過膜が、気体透過装置の作動温度より高いガラス転移温度をもつガラス質、非晶質又は半晶質重合体である芳香族ポリイミドで構成された、C 1 より高級な炭化水素に比べてメタンのより高い透過性を有する選択透過膜であり、C 1 より高級な炭化水素から分離されてC 1 より高級な炭化水素を基本的に含まない精製メタンからなる製品ガス混合物(4)が選択透過膜(1´)の透過物側(4´)からひき出されることを特徴とする精製メタンの分離方法。
- 方法が、気体透過モジュール(1)の選択透過膜(1´)のガラス転移温度よりも低い温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 方法が、10℃〜100℃の間好ましくは40℃〜60℃の間の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 供給ガス圧が1バールよりも高いことを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか1項にに記載の方法。
- 供給ガス混合物(2)が、積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)の非透過製品ガス(8)であることを特徴とする請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記積重ねられた気体透過モジュール(7)の透過製品ガス(9)と前記気体透過モジュール(1)の非透過製品ガス(3)が組合わされることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
