- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 光起電ルーフィング・アセンブリであって、以下を備える、 ルーフィング膜と、 前記ルーフィング膜の上に層として配置された複数の光起電モジュール、そ して 前記光起電モジュールの温度を調節する手段。 2. 請求項1のアセンブリであって、前記温度調節手段は、前記光起電モジュ ールの下方に配置された複数の事前形成スペーサを備え、これにより、前記光起 電モジュールは、所定の距離で、前記ルーフィング膜から離間され、これにより 、前記光起電モジュールの裏側から対流流体への熱伝達を可能にする。 3. 請求項2のアセンブリであって、前記事前形成スペーサは、前記光起電モ ジュールが、太陽に対する露出が増大する方向に面することが出来るように傾斜 した外観を有している。 4. 請求項2のアセンブリであって、前記温度制御手段は、前記スペーサの上 面上に形成された所定の溝を備え、これにより、前記スペーサの上面上に、前記 光起電モジュールの裏側からの熱伝達のための対流流体流を可能とするとともに 、前記光起電モジュールの底 側と上側との間の圧力均衡を許容する層が形成される。 5. 請求項2のアセンブリであって、前記光起電モジュールと前記スペーサと が結合されて一体ユニットを形成している。 6. 請求項5のアセンブリであって、一体ユニットは、隣接するこれら一体ユ ニット間を互いに接続して、前記ルーフィング膜を貫通する必要無く、風の揚力 に耐えるための相互固定手段を備えている。 7. 請求項2のアセンブリであって、前記スペーサは、断熱材から形成されて いる。 8. 請求項2のアセンブリであって、前記スペーサは、前記光起電モジュール に接続されて一体ユニットを形成する上面を有する。 9. 請求項1のアセンブリであって、前記温度制御手段は、前記複数の光起電 モジュールの下方の層として配置される、相転移材と、該相転移材を収納する容 器とを備えている。 10.光起電ルーフィング・アセンブリであって、以下を備える、 ルーフィング膜と、 前記ルーフィング膜の上の層として配設された複数の事前形成スペーサと、 前記事前形成スペーサの上に層として配設されるとともに、これらスペーサ に固定されて、一体ユニットを形成する複数の光起電モジュール、そして、 前記一体ユニットの側部を接続する手段、これにより、近接した一体ユニッ トが、互いに位置固定され、屋根に貫通部を形成する必要無く風の揚力に耐える 一体式縁間固定ユニットとして機能する。 11.請求項10のアセンブリであって、更に、前記光起電モジュールの温度を 制御する手段を備えている。 12.請求項11のアセンブリであって、前記温度制御手段は、前記複数の光起 電モジュールの下方の層として配置される、相転移材と、該相転移材を収納する 容器とを備えている。 13.請求項10のアセンブリであって、前記スペーサは、テーパ状縦断面を有 し、前記光起電モジュールは、太陽に対する露出が増大する方向に向けられるよ うに設置可能な上面を有している。 14.ソーラ・ルーフィング・アセンブリの製造方法であって以下の工程を備え る、 支持スペーサに固定された底面を備えた複数の光起電モジュールを組み立て て、これにより一体ユニットを形成する工程と、 屋根の上にルーフィング膜を設置する工程、そして 前記一体ユニットを、前記ルーフィング膜の上に層として設置する工程と、 これにより、完成したアセンブリは、前記光起電モジュールが受ける温度を 制御するとともに、前記一体ユニットを固定するためのルーフィング貫通部を設 ける必要をなくする。 15.請求項14の方法であって、前記組立工程は、前記光起電モジュールと前 記支持スペーサとに関連する相転移材を提供する工程を備える。 16.請求項14の方法であって、前記組立工程は、前記支持スペーサとして断 熱ブロックを使用して行われる。 17.請求項14の方法であって、前記組立工程は、テーパ状縦断面を有するス ペーサを使用して行われ、更に、前記一体ユニット設置工程は、前記光起電モジ ュールの上面が太陽に対して露出する方向に向くように行われる。 18.光起電ルーフィング・アセンブリを製造する方法であって、以下の工程を 備える、 ルーフィング膜を現場で設置する工程と、 事前形成された複数のスペーサを実質的に直接状に 現場で設置する工程と、そして 前記事前形成スペーサの上に光起電モジュールを設置する工程と、 これにより、完成したアセンブリは、前記光起電モジュールが受ける温度を 制御するとともに、前記一体ユニットを固定するためのルーフィング貫通部を設 ける必要をなくする。
