Claims (14)
- 平行して間隔を置いた少なくとも一対の隆起部を有する屋根基板に太陽光モジュールを固定するためのアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリは、
上側表面および底表面を有するスペーサであって、前記スペーサは、前記一対の隆起部のうちの一方と、前記一対の隆起部のうちの他方との間の距離未満である第1の寸法を有し、かつ前記スペーサは、前記少なくとも一対の隆起部の底部と前記少なくとも一対の隆起部の上部との間の距離より長い第2の寸法を有する、スペーサと、
第1の表面および第2の表面を有する第1の接着層であって、前記第1の表面は前記スペーサの前記上側表面の少なくとも一部と接触し、前記第2の表面は前記太陽光モジュールの少なくとも一部と接触する、第1の接着層と、
第1の表面および第2の表面を有する第2の接着層であって、前記第1の表面は前記スペーサの前記底表面の少なくとも一部と接触し、前記第2の表面は前記屋根基板の少なくとも一部と接触する、第2の接着層と、
を備え、
前記アセンブリは、前記太陽光モジュールを前記屋根基板に取り付けるために、前記少なくとも一対の隆起部の間に配置される、アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の寸法は、前記スペーサの第1の側の表面と前記スペーサの第2の側の表面との間において垂直方向に測定される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の寸法は、前記スペーサの前記上側表面と前記底表面との間において垂直方向に測定される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の接着層は、前記スペーサの前記上側表面を完全に覆い、前記第2の接着層は、前記スペーサの前記底表面を完全に覆う、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の接着層は前記基板に接着され、前記第1の接着層は前記太陽光モジュールに接着される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スペーサは、エチレンプロピレンジエン三元共重合体、ポリプロピレン、またはポリ塩化ビニルのうちの少なくとも1つから構成される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2の接着層は、未硬化のゴム状ポリマー混合物、少なくとも1つの粘着付与剤または硬化剤混合物、およびポリブテンホモポリマーを含む組成を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2の接着層は、
約10重量%から約60重量%の量で存在する未硬化のゴム状ポリマー混合物;
フェノール性の粘着付与剤樹脂を含む、約5重量%から約25重量%の量で存在する相溶性粘着付与剤、または、硬化促進剤、硫黄活性剤、および硬化加硫剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、約1重量%から約5重量%の量で存在する硬化剤混合物のうちの少なくとも1つ;および
約20重量%から約60重量%の量で存在するポリブテンホモポリマー
を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 - 平行して間隔を置いた少なくとも一対の隆起部を有する屋根基板に太陽光モジュールを固定するためのアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリは、

第1の表面および第2の表面を有する第1の接着層であって、前記第1の表面は前記スペーサの前記上側表面の少なくとも一部と接触し、前記第2の表面は前記太陽光モジュールの少なくとも一部と接触する、第1の接着層と、
第1の表面および第2の表面を有する第2の接着層であって、前記第1の表面は前記スペーサの前記底表面の少なくとも一部と接触し、前記第2の表面は前記屋根基板の少なくとも一部と接触する、第2の接着層と、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の接着層は各々、
約10重量%から約60重量%の量で存在する未硬化のゴム状ポリマー混合物;
フェノール性の粘着付与剤樹脂を含む、約5重量%から約25重量%の量で存在する相溶性粘着付与剤、または、硬化促進剤、硫黄活性剤、および硬化加硫剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、約1重量%から約5重量%の量で存在する硬化剤混合物のうちの少なくとも1つ;および
約20重量%から約60重量%の量で存在するポリブテンホモポリマー
を含み、

- 前記第1の接着層は、前記スペーサの前記上側表面を完全に覆い、前記第2の接着層は、前記スペーサの前記底表面を完全に覆う、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の接着層は前記基板に接着され、前記第1の接着層は前記太陽光モジュールに接着される、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
