Claims (33)
- エチレン・プロピレン・ノルボルエナジンターポリマーまたはエチレン・プロピレン・ジシクロペンタジエンターポリマー、エチレン・プロピレン・ヘキサジエンターポリマー、クロロブチルゴム、およびポリイソブチレンを含む、硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物、
少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーおよび硬化剤の混合物であって、前記タッキファイヤーは、フェノールのタッキファイヤー樹脂を含み、前記硬化剤の混合物は、硬化促進剤、硫黄活性剤、および硬化加硫剤を含む少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーおよび硬化剤の混合物、ならびに
ポリブテンホモポリマー、を含む感圧接着剤組成物。 - 前記硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物は、約10重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在し、前記少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーは、約5重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在し、前記硬化剤の混合物は、約1重量%〜約6重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリブテンホモポリマーは、約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物は、約10重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在し、前記硬化剤の混合物は、約1重量%〜約6重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリブテンホモポリマーは、約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物は、約10重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在し、前記少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーは、約5重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリブテンホモポリマーは、約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンは、約100,000超の粘度平均分子量を有し、前記組成物は、約100,000未満の粘度平均分子量を有するポリイソブチレンをさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化促進剤は、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィドおよびベンゾチアジルジスルフィドを含み、前記硫黄活性剤は、酸化亜鉛を含み、前記硬化加硫剤は、硫黄を含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 可塑剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記可塑剤は、パラフィン系プロセス油を含む請求項7記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 少なくとも1つのフィラーおよびレオロジー調整剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記フィラーおよびレオロジー調整剤は、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、およびフュームドシリカのうち1つ以上からなる群から選択される請求項9記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 乾燥剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記乾燥剤は酸化カルシウムを含む請求項11記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 酸化防止剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤はテトラキスメチレン(3,5−ジ−t−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシヒドロ−シンナメート)メタンを含む請求項13記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 紫外線吸収剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記紫外線吸収剤は、カーボンブラックを含む請求項15記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 安定剤をさらに含む請求項1記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記安定剤はテトラクロロ−p−ベンゾキノンを含む請求項17記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約10重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する、硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物、
約5重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤー、および約1重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在する硬化剤の混合物であって、前記タッキファイヤーは、フェノールのタッキファイヤー樹脂を含み、前記硬化剤の混合物は、硬化促進剤、硫黄活性剤、および硬化加硫剤を含む少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーおよび硬化剤の混合物、ならびに
約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在するポリブテンホモポリマー、を含む感圧接着剤組成物。 - 前記硬化促進剤は、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィドおよびベンゾチアジルジスルフィドを含み、前記硫黄活性剤は、酸化亜鉛を含み、前記硬化加硫剤は、硫黄を含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約1重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在する可塑剤をさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約1重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在する、少なくとも1つのフィラーおよびレオロジー調整剤をさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約2重量%〜約8重量%の量で存在する乾燥剤をさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約0.1重量%〜約0.5重量%の量で存在する酸化防止剤をさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約2重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在するカーボンブラックをさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約0.1重量%〜約0.5重量%の量で存在する安定剤をさらに含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物は、エチレン・プロピレン・ノルボルエナジンターポリマー、エチレン・プロピレン・ジシクロペンタジエンターポリマー、エチレン・プロピレン・ヘキサジエンターポリマー、クロロブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレン、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、ならびにp−メチルスチレンおよびイソブチレンのハロゲン化コポリマーからなる群から選択される請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物は、約1重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在するエチレン・プロピレン・ノルボルエナジンターポリマーまたはエチレン・プロピレン・ジシクロペンタジエンターポリマー、約2重量%〜約10重量%の量で存在するエチレン・プロピレン・ヘキサジエンターポリマー、約5重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在するクロロブチルゴム、および約2重量%〜約10重量%の量で存在する第1のポリイソブチレンを含む請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1のポリイソブチレンは約100,000超の粘度平均分子量を有する請求項28記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 約100,000未満の粘度平均分子量を有し、約0.1重量%〜約3重量%の量で存在する第2のポリイソブチレンをさらに含む請求項30記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記感圧接着剤組成物は、硬化していない場合は、約5ポンド毎平方インチ(psi)(約34kPa)〜約40psi(約275kPa)の引っ張り強さを有し、硬化している場合は、約50psi(約344kPa)〜約100psi(約687kPa)の引っ張り強さを有する請求項19記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 基材に取り付けることができるソーラーモジュールアセンブリであって、前記ソーラーモジュールアセンブリは、
底表面を有するソーラーモジュール、
第1の表面および第2の表面を有する接着剤層であって、前記第1の表面は、前記ソーラーモジュールの底表面の少なくとも一部分と接触し、前記接着剤層は、
約10重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する、硬化していないゴム状ポリマーの混合物、
約5重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤー、および約1重量%〜約5重量%の量で存在する硬化剤の混合物であって、前記タッキファイヤーは、フェノールのタッキファイヤー樹脂を含み、前記硬化剤の混合物は、硬化促進剤、硫黄活性剤、および硬化加硫剤を含む少なくとも1つのタッキファイヤーおよび硬化剤の混合物、および
約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在するポリブテンホモポリマーを含む接着剤層、ならびに
前記接着剤層の第2の表面を覆う剥離ライナーであって、前記剥離ライナーは、前記接着剤層から取り外すことができる剥離ライナーを含み、
前記接着剤層は、前記剥離ライナーが取り除かれ、前記ソーラーモジュールが前記基材に取り付けられた後に硬化する、ソーラーモジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記接着剤層は、前記基材に、室温で塗布された24時間後に、約20ポンド毎平方インチ(約137kPa)〜約30ポンド毎平方インチ(約206kPa)の剥離強度を有する請求項32記載のアセンブリ。
