Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.元素周期律表の主族IIIからV及び亜族IIからIVの少なくとも1種からなる 元素Mの加水分解性化合物の1つ又はそれ以上の縮重合体に基づく塗料組成物で あって、少なくとも上記化合物の一部は少なくとも加水分解性基Aに加えて、非 加水分解性の炭素含有基Bを有しており、基本単量体出発化合物中の基Aの基B に対する総モル比は、10:1から1:2の範囲にあり、 前記基Bの0.1から100モル%は、少なくとも2つの原子によってMから 隔てられている1又はそれ以上の脂肪族炭素と結合するフッ素原子を平均2から 30有する基B′であることを特徴とする塗料組成物。 2.元素MがSi、Al、B、Pb、Sn、Ti、Zr、V及びZn、特にSi 、Al、Ti及びZr又はこれら元素の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。 3.基Bに対する基Aのモル比が5:1から1:1、特に4:1から2:1の範 囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1及び2のいずれかに記載の塗料組成物。 4.上記基Bのうち1から50モル%、特に2から30モル%、特に好ましくは 5から25モル%が基B′であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに 記載の 塗料組成物。 5.前記基B′において、平均的に5から25、特に8から18のフッ素原子が 、少なくとも二つの別の原子、好ましくは炭素原子によってMから隔てられてい る脂肪族炭素原子と結合していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに 記載の塗料組成物。 6.前記基B(上記基B′を含む)のうち、1から100モル%、特に5から8 5モル%、特に好ましくは20から70モル%が少なくとも1つの二重又は三重 の炭素−炭素結合を有しており、好ましくはアクリルオキシアルキル及びメタク リルオキシアルキル基から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれ かに記載の塗料組成物。 7.特に、もしAl、Ti及び/又はZrの加水分解性化合物が存在するときに は、前記基Bの一部が対応するMと錯体を形成し、該錯体形成基が、好ましくは 必要に応じてフッ素化された及び/または必要に応じて不飽和の脂肪族カルボン 酸、β−ジケトン及びβ−カルボニルカルボキシレートから選択されることを特 徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の塗料組成物。 8.さらに光開始剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項6及び7のいずれかに記載の 塗料組成物。 9.ラジカル的に重合可能であり、好ましくはスチレン、アクリル酸、メタクリ ル酸及びそれらの誘導体から選択される炭素化合物の1つ又はそれ以上をさらに 含むことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の塗料組成物。 10.基B′を有さない出発化合物の全て又は一部を水を添加することにより加 水分解及び予備縮合し、次いで上記基B′を有する出発化合物を添加し、これと 既に存在する予備縮合体とが反応した後に、水を更に添加し、さらに必要ならば 基B′を有さない残りの出発化合物を加えることにより、既に存在する種の加水 分解と予備縮合を引き続き行わせ、塗布可能な系を得、基B′を有する前記出発 化合物の添加は、該系中の水分量が、必要に応じ用いる溶媒なしの該系の量に対 し、5重量%を超えず且つ該系中に理論的に存在し得る基M−OHの量が50% を超えない時にのみ行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗料組成物の製造 方法。 11.出発化合物中において、前記の加水分解性基Aの少なくとも90、好まし くは95モル%がアルコキシ基、特にC1-4のアルコキシ基、特に好ましくはメ トキシ及びエトキシ基であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.出発化合物がSiの化合物であり、必要に応じてAl及び/又はZr及び /又はTiの化合物との組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項10及び11 のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.基B′を有する出発化合物を添加する前に、系の水の量が3.5重量%を 超えない、特に2重量%を超えないことを特徴とする請求項10から12のいず れかに記載の方法。 14.使用される全出発化合物中で、加水分解性基Aに添加する水の総量のモル 比が、1:1から0.3:1、特に0.7:1から0.5:1の範囲にあること を特徴とする請求項10から13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.ガラス、セラミック、金属、プラスチック及び紙の被覆、特に自動車の室 内及び室外鏡の被覆のための請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の塗料組成物の使 用方法。
