Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)塩素源を水性pH調節源と塩素化種を形成するに足る条件下に接触さ せ:そして (b)クロロヒドリンを形成するに足る条件下に、塩素化種を、2〜10の炭 素原子を含有し且つ置換基がそれぞれ独立に非置換又は置換されたアルキル基、 フェニル基及びアルキルフェニル基からなる群から選ばれる置換基である置換オ レフィン及び置換環状オレフィン及び非置換オレフィン及び非置換環状オレフィ ンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1の不飽和有機化合物と接触させることか らなるクロロヒドリンの製造方法であって、水性pH調節源が工程(b)を通し て6.0より大きいpHを維持するに足るものであることを特徴とするクロロヒ ドリンの製造方法。 2.塩素源が塩素、一酸化塩素、次亜塩素酸、次亜ハロゲン酸アルカリ金属塩及 び次亜ハロゲン酸アルカリ土類金属塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1の化 合物である請求項1記載の方法。 3.水性pH調節源が水酸化物、酸化物、次亜ハロゲン酸塩、重炭酸塩及び炭酸 塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する水性混合物である請求項1 記載の方法。 4.水性混合物がアルカリ土類金属及びアルカリ金属からなる群から選ばれる金 属イオンの少なくとも1種の溶液である請求項3記載の方法。 5.pH調節源が10.0より低いpHを維持するに足るものである請求項1記 載の方法。 6.pH調節源の濃度が7.5と9.5の間のpHを維持するに足るものである 請求項1記載の方法。 7.水性pH調節源が水中0.1N〜1.5Nの濃度で存在する請求項1記載の 方法。 8.有機化合物がエチレン、プロピレン、ブチレン、アリルアルコール、塩化ア リル、1−ヘキセン、シクロヘキセン及びスチレンからなる群から選ばれる請求 項1記載の方法。 9.有機化合物がプロピレン及びブチレンからなる群から選ばれる請求項1記載 の方法。 10.有機化合物が0.8より大きい有機化合物/塩素化種モル比を与えるに足 る量で供給される請求項1記載の方法。
