Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エマルジョンラテックスを噴霧乾燥することを含むポリマー性触媒担持体を 形成する方法。 2.ポリマー性触媒担持体を形成する方法であって、 1) 水中においてモノマー、界面活性剤、及びラジカル開始剤を一緒にして、 0.005乃至5.0マイクロメーターの平均直径を有するポリマーミクロ粒子を形成す ること、 2) 粒子を噴霧乾燥すること、 を含む方法。 3.ポリマー性触媒担持体を形成する方法であって、0.005乃至5.0マイクロメー ターの平均直径を有するポリマーミクロ粒子を液体媒体中で懸濁させること、及 びミクロ粒子を含む媒体を噴霧乾燥することを含む、方法。 4.ポリマーミクロ粒子が、スチレン、アルファ−メチルスチレン、メチルスチ レン、パラ−クロロスチレン、パラ−メチルスチレン、アクリル酸、2−エチル −ヘキシルアクリレート、ビニルベルサテート、ビニルクロリド、ビニルアセテ ート、メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルアクリレート、グリ シジルメタクリレート、ジビニルベンゼン、ブチルアクリレート、n−オクチル アクリレート、ビニリデンクロリド、アクリルアミド、2−ヒドロキシ−エチル −アクリレート、又はメチルアクリル酸の1種以上のポリマーであり、そして、 所望により、コポリマーの重量に基づいて好ましくは25重量%までの、架橋可能 なモノマーをさらに含むポリマーである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1請求項の 方法。 5.ミクロ粒子が、300マイクロメーターまで、好ましくは10乃至150マイクロメ ーターの平均直径を有するマクロ粒子になる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1請求 項の方法。 6.触媒又は触媒成分をミクロ粒子と一緒にするか又は噴霧乾燥前にラテックス 中に懸濁させる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1請求項の方法。 7.触媒又は触媒成分が、アルモキサン、非配位性アニオン、金属酸化物、有機 アルミニウム化合物、又はシクロペンタジエニル遷移金属化合物である、請求項 6の方法。 8.0.005乃至5.0マイクロメーターの平均直径を有するポリマーミクロ粒子及び 触媒又は触媒成分を含む、担持された触媒又は触媒成分。 9.ポリマーミクロ粒子が10乃至300マイクロメーターの平均直径を有するマク ロ粒子に凝集している、請求項8の担持された触媒。 10.オレフィンの重合方法であって、モノマーと請求項1乃至6のいずれか1請 求項の方法によって製造された担持された触媒又は担持された触媒成分を、重合 条件下の重合領域において気相、スラリー相、又は高圧で接触させることを含む 、方法。 11.噴霧乾燥された乳化重合されたラテックス及び触媒を含む担持触媒。 12.ラテックスが約0.005乃至約5.0マイクロメーターの平均直径を有するポリマ ー粒子を含む、請求項11の担持触媒。 13.ポリマー粒子が、スチレン、アルファ−メチルスチレン、メチルスチレン、 パラ−クロロスチレン、パラ−メチルスチレン、アクリル酸、2−エチル−ヘキ シルアクリレート、ビニルベルサテート、ビニルクロリド、ビニルアセテート、 メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルアクリレート、グリシジル メタクリレート、ジビニルベンゼン、ブチルアクリレート、n−オクチルアクリ レート、ビニリデンクロリド、アクリルアミド、2−ヒドロキシ−エチル−アク リレート、ビニルシクロヘキサン、ビニルシクロヘキサン、又はメチルアクリル 酸の1種以上のポリマーである、請求項11の担持触媒。 14.触媒が、 1) シクロペンタジエニル遷移金属化合物、 2) アルモキサン、 3) 非配位性アニオン、 4) 金属ハリド、又は 5) 金属酸化物の1種以上を含む、請求項11の担持触媒。
