Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転する円錐工具(1)によりパイプ(P)に長円孔を開ける方法であって 、 該円錐工具(1)は該パイプに対していくつかの軸方向に操作され、 該円錐工具(1)は該パイプ(P)の壁を貫通して穿孔し、該パイプの縦方向 に操作され、該円錐工具(1)の作業深さは同時に変化でき、該円錐工具(1) が孔の中央領域では、孔の端部(3.1,3.2)より深く該パイプの内部に進 むことを特徴とする方法。 2.孔の長さと幅の割合を、該円錐工具(1)の異なった方向の動きの成分の相 互関係により変化させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.回転する円錐工具(1)によりパイプ(P)に長円孔を開ける方法であって 、 第一工程では、該回転する円錐工具(1)はその回転軸(2)の方向に該円錐 工具を押して予定の深さまで該パイプの壁を貫通し穿孔して、完成孔の幅を決め 、第二工程では、円錐ビット(1)はその深さから持ち上げられ同時に傾けられ 、該円錐工具は回転し長円の一端(3.1)を削り、第三工程では、該円錐工具 (1)を第二工程と同じ高さに持ち上げ、反対方向に傾けて、該円錐ビット(1 )は該長円の他端(3.2)を削ることを特徴とする方法。 4.前記傾斜はパイプの頂面より上に位置する枢動中心点(5a,5b,5’) を中心にしたものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5.前記傾斜は該パイプ(P)の中心軸(6)を通る面内で実行され、傾斜角( α)は完成孔の長さに調整されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項または第4 項に記載の方法。 6.パイプ(P)に長円孔を開ける装置であって、 穿孔用の円錐工具(1)と、該円錐工具を回転する駆動手段(7)と、該駆動 手段のためのハウジング(8)と、該ハウジング(8)に設けられた伸縮する支 持脚(9)と、該パイプ(P)に対して該支持脚(9)を保持しそして位置合わ せする保持および位置合わせ部材(10から14)とを具備し、 該保持および位置合わせ部材(10から14)がブラケット部材(10と11 )を含み、 該ブラケット部材(10と11)はその一方の側で支持脚(9)と係合し他の 側では該パイプ(P)に係合し、少なくとも一つの枢動中心軸(5a,5b,5 ’)で互いに支持しており、該パイプ(P)の軸方向に対して横方向に置かれて 、該駆動手段(7,8)を該パイプ(P)に対してある範囲で傾斜することがで きることを特徴とする装置。 7.該ブラケット部材(10と11)は色々な角度に傾斜角を調整できる傾斜制 限手段(15,16,17)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載 の装置。 8.更にドリル深さ制限部材(18と19)を具備したことを特徴とする請求の 範囲第6項または第7項に記載の装置。 9.前記枢動中心軸(5a,5b)または枢動支点(5a’,5b’)が前記ド リル軸とずれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6乃至8項のいずれかに記載 の装置。 10.前記枢動中心軸(5a,5b)または前記枢動支点(5a’,5b’)が 前記パイプ(P)の頂面に接しているかまたはその上側にあることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。
