Abstract
で、そして高速操作が可能でかつ僅かのエネルギしか消
費しない、スリーポジション式織成機構の選択装置を提
案する。 【解決手段】 選択的に作動させられる積み重ねられた
2個の電磁石を備えたスリーポジション式織成機構の選
択装置であって、前記選択装置に固定された軸に枢着さ
れた少なくとも1つのレバーを備え、このレバーが、そ
の3つの位置を生じるように前記電磁石と選択的に協働
するアーマチュアを備えている。
Description
置及びスリーポジション式ジャカードの織成機構並びに
そのような織成機構を備えた織機に関する。
ている織成機構が組み込まれた織機は、ベルベット或い
はカーペットのような特殊な織物を造るために使用され
る。ヨーロッパ特許出願第0 723 041 号明細書にスリー
ポジション式ジャカード機構が開示されている。この機
構では、ヘルドの高さを決定する索条部材に関連した可
動フックが積み重ねられた電磁石により選択できる。こ
の装置は複雑であり、また可動フックを度々変形させ
る。このことは、工業的応用のための十分な寿命及び高
速操作を保証するための十分な剛性を可動フックに与え
ることを妨げる。それに加えて、フックに強いられる相
当な変形は強力な電磁石を必要とし、その結果、周知の
織機に関連しかつ大多数の電磁石を備えた織機によって
奪われるエネルギーは相当なものとなる。

能でかつ僅かのエネルギしか消費しない、スリーポジシ
ョン式織成機構の選択装置を提案することによって上述
の問題を解決せんとするものである。本発明の他の実施
形によれば、本発明の目的は、対をなして、即ち一対の
フックの第1フックが第2フックに単に当接して移動さ
せられるフックで操作できる選択装置を提供することに
ある。

えたスリーポジション式織成機構の選択装置であって、
前記選択装置に固定された軸に枢着された少なくとも1
つのレバーを備え、前記レバーが、その3つの位置を生
じるように前記電磁石と選択的に協働するアーマチュア
を備えていることを特徴とする選択装置を提案する。

つの位置のうち所望の位置に配置させることができる。
レバーは、このレバーを構成する部材或いはこのレバー
の選択を可能にする可動フックの変形なしに旋回され
る。これにより、これらの部材は機械的に疲労しない。
本発明の第1の有利な実施形によれば、レバーは、アー
マチュアを収容する非磁性構造体を備えている。本発明
のこの実施形は、アーマチュアと、このアーマチュアに
関連する電磁石との操作を分離させることを可能にす
る。この場合、及び本発明の他の有利な実施形によれ
ば、少なくとも1つのアーマチュアが非磁性構造体と相
対的に動くことができる。本発明のこの実施形は、アー
マチュアの1つがこれと関連する電磁石との協働によっ
て固定された位置にある時、枢着されたレバーに付加的
な自由度を与えることを可能にする。

ュアとが、互いに独立して前記軸に枢着されている。こ
の構成により、非磁性構造体に対してアーマチュアの角
度方向の間隙が得られる。本発明の他の有利な実施形に
よれば、可動のアーマチュアがヒール部を備え、このヒ
ール部が軸まわりの旋回トルクを非磁性構造体に伝達す
る。

この端部が、織成機構の少なくとも1つのヘルドの位置
を決定する索条部材を支持する1或いは2個の可動フッ
クのほぼ水平な孔に選択的に挿入される。従って、この
レバーの端部が、織成機構のフックをその経路の上死点
付近で固定するための手段を形成する。
クの一方がその経路の上死点付近に到達するときに、こ
のフックによって前記端部が移動させられる。本発明の
この実施形は、本発明に従う装置を備えた織成機構のレ
バーの高さ位置を所定の位置にすることを可能にする。
これにより、レバーを移動させる必要はないが、選択的
にレバーをその位置に保持できるような磁力に電磁石の
磁力を制限することができる。

記載に基づいて本発明がより理解できる。図面を参照し
て、図1に示されたスリーポジション式織成機構の選択
装置は、垂直方向の交互運動によって付勢されるナイフ
3に当接して移動させられる2つの可動フック1及び2
を、その経路の上死点付近で固定するようになってい
る。この可動フック1と2はコード4或いは5にそれぞ
れ連結され、このコードは、ジャカードハーネスに所属
するヘルドの高さを制御するプーリーを垂直方向に移動
させるための索条部材を構成する。これらのフックは対
をなして、即ちフランス国特許出願 96 12329 号明細書
に開示された方法で、一方のフックが他方のフックに当
接して作動する。この機構は、制御モジュール(図示せ
ず)によって選択的に作動させられるようになっている
積み重ねられた2個の電磁石8と9を備えている。
0と11が配置されており、以下にその一方のレバー1
0について詳細に説明するが、レバー11もまた同一で
ある。レバー10は、装置のフレームに固定された軸1
2に旋回可能に枢着されている。このレバー10は第1
アーマチュア15と第2アーマチュア16とを備えてお
り、第1アーマチュアは同様に軸12に旋回可能に取付
けられ、また第2アーマチュア16は非磁性構造体17
に把持されている。この非磁性構造体の幾何学形状は図
4からはっきりと見てとれる。アーマチュア15と16
はそれぞれ、電磁石8と9の上側及び下側の磁極に当接
する延長部15a,16a,15b及び16bを備えて
いる。図1、図2及び図3を比べてよりはっきりと判る
ように、レバー10は装置のフレームに固定された中央
リブ19に当接したバネ18の力に抗して3つの位置を
得るようになっている。
アーマチュア15と16は電磁石の磁極に対して当てら
れて保持される。その結果、レバー10の下端部10a
はフック1と2に対して後退して保持される。この場
合、この下端部10aはフック1のほぼ平行な孔1a内
に挿入されていないので、ナイフ3がその下降運動を開
始した時、フック1と2はナイフ3に当接して下降す
る。
によって得られる力がばね18による復帰力に打ち勝つ
ために十分である時、図1の位置は、電磁石8が作動或
いは非作動のどんな状態でも得られる。図2の位置で
は、電磁石8だけが作動されられているので、ばね18
の復帰力の影響下でレバー10の端部10aがフック1
の孔1aに挿入され、かつコード4と、このコードに関
連するプーリー(図示せず)とを上方位置で保持する。
他方で、フック2はナイフ3の後を追って下降運動を行
う。
が作動されず、その際ばね18による復帰力によりレバ
ー10の端部10aがフック1及び2の方へ押されるの
で、レバー10の端部10aが水平な孔1aと2aの両
方に挿入され、そしてフック1と2がその経路の上死点
付近に固定される。このように、電磁石8及び9と、ア
ーマチュア15及び16との協働に応じて、レバー10
は、図1,2及び3にそれぞれ示す3つのうちの1つの
位置にある。
マチュア15は非磁性構造体17と相対的に動くことが
できる。即ち、アーマチュア15は、非磁性構造体17
と独立してこのアーマチュア15を軸12に枢着するこ
とを可能にするアイレット15cを備えている。非磁性
構造体17は、中央部が穿孔されかつ軸12上のアイレ
ット15cを囲繞するようになっているほお部17aと
17bを備えている。本発明のこの実施形により、構造
体17に把持されたアーマチュア15と16は互いに独
立して位置決めできるので、アーマチュアの各延長部1
5a,16a,15b及び16bが電磁石8と9の磁極
に有効に支えられたり、支えられなかったりする。

じて電磁石8の方へアーマチュア15を押すようになっ
ている。本発明のこの実施形により、電磁石を作動させ
てアーマチュア15を電磁石8の磁極に当てるという必
要はない。実際に、ばね18の力に抗してアーマチュア
16を移動することは、それとともに固定された構造体
17の移動を誘発し、そして棒材部17eにより、軸1
2まわりの旋回トルクがアーマチュア15に伝達され、
このトルクは、アーマチュア15を電磁石に当てるのに
効果がある。

は、アーマチュアが当てられた位置でこのアーマチュア
を固定するためにばね18による力に抗して働たらく
が、アーマチュア15或いは16を引きつけるための相
当な磁力は必要でない。電磁石8と9は、固定するとい
う唯一の機能に応じて定寸することができ、少しの電流
しか消費しない。従って、選択装置に所属するレバー1
0と11の二連のアーマチュアの高さ位置を効果的に所
定の位置にできる。

操作を妨げる繊維或いはダストを避けるために、電磁
石、ばね並びにアーマチュアを周辺大気から隔離するよ
うに働く。アーマチュア16はレバー10の端部10a
と一体的に図示されているが、このアーマチュアとレバ
ーの端部が電磁石9の下側部分より下方で、即ち、ばね
18とほぼ同じ高さで分離されていてもよく、またレバ
ーの端部10aの下方部分が非磁性構造体17の延長部
で構成されていてもよいことは明らかである。このこと
は、本発明の範囲からはずれるものではない。
96 12329 号明細書の発明による2つのフックに関連し
て本発明を説明したが、本発明は、フックがレバーの位
置に応じて選択することができる限り、全種のフックに
適用できる。本発明によるスリーポジション式ジャカー
ド織機の織成機構は、上述のように、多数の選択装置を
備えることができ、高速で非常に信頼性のある操作がで
き、その上エネルギ消費も少ない。

Claims (10)
- 【請求項1】 選択的に作動させられる積み重ねられた
2個の電磁石(8,9)を備えたスリーポジション式織
成機構の選択装置において、 前記選択装置に固定された軸(12)に枢着された少な
くとも1本のレバー(10,11)を備え、前記レバー
が、その3つの位置を生じるように前記電磁石と選択的
に協働するアーマチュア(15,16)を備えているこ
とを特徴とする選択装置。 - 【請求項2】 前記レバー(10)が、前記アーマチュ
アを収容する非磁性構造体(17)を備えていることを
特徴とする請求項1記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項3】 少なくとも1つの前記アーマチュア(1
5)が非磁性構造体(17)と相対的に動くことができ
ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項4】 前記非磁性構造体(17)と、この非磁
性構造体と相対的に動く前記アーマチュア(15)と
が、互いに独立して前記軸(12)に枢着されているこ
とを特徴とする請求項3記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項5】 前記可動のアーマチュア(15)がヒー
ル部(15d)を備え、このヒール部が前記軸(12)
まわりの旋回トルクを前記非磁性構造体(17d)に伝
達することを特徴とする請求項3記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項6】 前記非磁性構造体が棒材部(17e)を
備え、この棒材部が前記軸(12)まわりの旋回トルク
を前記可動のアーマチュア(15)に伝達することを特
徴とする請求項3記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項7】 前記レバー(10)が端部(10a)を
備え、この端部が、織成機構の少なくとも1つのヘルド
の位置を決定する索条部材(4,5)を支持する1或い
は2個の可動フック(1,2)のほぼ水平な孔(1a,
2a)に選択的に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1
記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項8】 前記フックの一方(1)がその経路の上
死点付近に到達するときに、このフックによって前記端
部(10a)が移動させられることを特徴とする請求項
7記載の選択装置。 - 【請求項9】 請求項1記載の選択装置を備えたスリー
ポジション式ジャカード織機の織成機構。 - 【請求項10】 請求項9記載の織成機構を備えた織
機。
