- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体を保存するための容器と、 この容器に取付けられる液体の分配時に容器からの液体流を通過させる通路 を有するノズルユニットと、 下流側と上流側の表面を有する第1のフィルタとを有し、 この第1のフィルタは、液体流がこの第1のフィルタを通って容器からこの フィルタの下流側表面へ流れるように上記通路を横切る状態でノズルユニットに 取付けられており、 第1のフィルタの下流側の表面は、少なくとも部分的に第1の抗微生物材料 で被覆されており、 第1のフィルタの細孔は、微生物を通過させずに容器からの液体流のみを通 過させる孔径を有し、 第1のフィルタの細孔の内部が少なくとも部分的に第1の抗微生物材料で被 覆されている ことを特徴とする液体分配用の液体ディスペンサ。 2.第1の抗微生物材料が、金属、金属酸化物、金属塩、金属錯体、金属合金お よびこれらの混合物で構成される群の中から選択される静菌性または殺菌性を有 する金属材料である請求項1に記載の液体ディスペンサ。 3.第1の抗微生物材料が、抗ウィルス、抗カビまたは抗バクテリア特性を有す る非金属化合物を含む請求項1に記載の液体ディスペンサ。 4.第1のフィルタの上流側の表面が、少なくとも部分的に第1の抗微生物材料 で被覆されている請求項1に記載の液体ディスペンサ。 金属錯体、金属合金およびこれらの混合物で構成される群の中から選択される静 菌性または殺菌性を有する金属材料で被覆されており、 フィルタは容器から液体が放出される放出領域までの通路を横切って設置さ れており、 フィルタの細孔は、微生物の通過を阻止し且つ容器からの液体を通過させる 孔径を有し、細孔が少なくとも部分的に抗微生物材料で被覆されていることを特 徴とするディスペンサ。 19.上流側の表面と下流側の表面と細孔とを有し、細孔が微生物の通過を阻止し 且つ液体と空気とを通過させるような孔径を有し、細孔が少なくとも部分的に抗 微生物材料で被覆されていることを特徴とするメンブレン。 20.抗微生物材料が、金属、金属酸化物、金属塩、金属錯体、金属合金およびこ れらの混合物で構成される群の中から選択される請求項19に記載のメンブレン。 21.金属が銀である請求項20に記載のメンブレン。 22.メンブレンの上流側表面、下流側表面または細孔が非金属の抗微生物材料で 被覆されている請求項19に記載のメンブレン。 23.メンブレンの上流側表面、下流側表面または、細孔が金属の抗微生物と非金 属の抗微生物材料の両方で被覆されている請求項19に記載のメンブレン。 24.上流側の表面と下流側の表面と細孔とを有し、この細孔は微生物の通過を阻 31.メンブレンの表面と細孔を金属で被覆する方法であって、細孔を有するメン ブレンを用意し、このメンブレンをカルボニル化合物と接触させ、カルボニル化 合物に接触させたメンブレンを乾燥させ、乾燥させたメンブレンを金属塩または カルボン酸の金属塩の溶液とアミン含有化合物の溶液とに接触させて、金属をメ ンブレンの表面と複数の細孔内に被着させることを特徴とする方法。 、メンブレンの表面と複数の細孔内に架橋フィルムとして抗微生物化合物を被着 させることを特徴とする方法。 44.被覆されたメンブレンを静菌性または殺菌性を有する金属塩とアルカリ金属 塩とを含む溶液に接触させることによって金属の抗微生物物質を導入する段階を 含む請求項43に記載の方法。 45.金属塩とアルカリ塩とを含む溶液に接触させたメンブレンを洗浄および乾燥 させる段階を含む請求項43に記載の方法。 46.メンブレンが、ポリスルホン、ポリアクリレート、ポリエーテルスルホン、 ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレン、ポリプ ロピレンおよびセルロース誘導体より成る群の中から選択されるポリマーで構成 される請求項43に記載の方法。 47.ポリマー樹脂の表面を被覆する方法であって、樹脂表面を非金属性の抗微生 物物質と有機架橋剤とを含む溶液と接触させ、接触させた樹脂表面を乾燥させ、 乾燥させた樹脂表面を 加熱して抗微生物化合物を架橋フィルムとして表面に被着させることを特徴とす る方法。 48.被覆された樹脂表面を金属塩およびアルカリ塩含有溶液に接触させて金属の 抗微生物化合物を導入する操作を含む請求項47に記載の方法。 49.ポリマー樹脂が、ポリスルホン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレ ート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリフッ化ビニ リデン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンテレフタ レート、ポリシロキサン、ナイロンおよびセルロース誘導体で構成される群から 選択される請求項47に記載の方法。 50.金属塩およびアルカリ塩含有溶液に接触させた樹脂表面を洗浄および乾燥さ せる操作を含む請求項47に記載の方法。 51.ポリマー樹脂の表面を被覆する方法であって、樹脂表面を非金属の抗微生物 物質、有機架橋剤および静菌性または殺菌性を有する金属塩を含む溶液と接触さ せ、接触させた樹脂を乾燥させ、乾燥させた表面を加熱して抗微生物化合物を架 橋フィルムとして表面に被着させることを特徴とする方法。 52.非金属性化合物と金属塩とを含有する溶液に接触させた表面を洗浄および乾 燥させる操作を含む請求項51に記載の方法。 53.請求項31に従って製造された製品。 54.溶液の容器と、この容器からディスペンサの開口までの通路を画定する手段 と、容器と開口との間に設置されて微生物の通過を制限する細孔を有し容器から 遠い方の通路部分と、ディスペンサ内部に分配中微生物によって汚染させる危険 性のある壁面を有するチャンバを区画するメンブレンと、チャンバの壁面に固定 されてその中での微生物の増殖を阻害する抗微生物物質とを有するディスペンサ に収容された保存料お よび殺菌剤をほとんど含有しない溶液からなることを特徴とする工業製品。 55.ディスペンサに収容される保存料および殺菌剤をほとんど含有しない溶液を 含み、ディスペンサが溶液の容器と、容器からディスペンサの開口までの通路を 区画する手段と、容器内に配置されて溶液と接触する表面上に浸出不可能な状態 で付着された抗微生物物質とを有することを特徴とする工業製品。 56.溶液が、無菌のアイケア用液体である請求項54または55に記載の製品。 57.抗微生物物質が、金属、金属酸化物、金属塩、金属錯体、金属合金およびそ れらの混合物より成る群から選択される静菌性または殺菌性を有する金属材料で ある請求項54または55に記載の製品。 58.金属、金属酸化物、金属塩、金属錯体または金属合金がそれぞれ銀、酸化銀 、銀の塩、銀錯体または銀合金である請求項57に記載の製品。 59.抗微生物物質が、抗バクテリア、抗ウィルスまたは抗カビ特性を有する非金 属化合物である請求項54または55に記載の製品。 60.非金属化合物が、カチオン化合物、ポリカチオン化合物、アニオン化合物、 ポリアニオン化合物、非イオン性化合物および両性イオン化合物より成る群から 選択される請求項59に記載の製品。 61.非金属化合物が、ベンズアルコニウムクロライド誘導体およびビグアニド化 合物より成る群から選択されるカチオン化合物である請求項60に記載の製品。 62.ビグアニド化合物が、ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニドと連 鎖延長されたその誘導体である請求項61に記載の製品。 63.抗微生物物質が、架橋化合物を介して表面に付着されている請求項54または 55に記載の製品。 64.架橋化合物が、イソシアネート、エポキシド、カルボン酸、酸塩化物、酸無 水物、スクシミジルエーテルアルデヒド、ケトン、アルキルメタンスルホネート 、アルキルトリフルオロメタンスルホネート、アルキルパラトルエンメタンスル ホネート、アルキルハライドおよび多官能価性有機エポキシドを含む有機多官能 価基で構成される群より選択される請求項63に記載の製品。 65.架橋化合物が、4,4'-メチレン- ビス(N,N'-ジグリシジルアニリン)である 請求項64に記載の製品。 66.抗微生物物質が、金属、金属酸化物、金属塩、金属錯体、金属合金およびこ れらの混合物で構成される群から選択される静菌性または殺菌性を有する金属材 料である請求項45または55に記載の製品。 67.金属が銀である請求項66に記載の製品。 68.抗微生物物質が、ハロゲン化銀またはハロゲン化銀とアルカリ金属ハロゲン 化物との複合体である請求項54または55に記載の製品。 69.抗微生物物質が、ヨウ化銀またはヨウ化銀とヨウ化カリウムとの複合体であ る請求項54または55に記載の製品。 70.抗微生物物質が、金属の抗微生物材料と非金属の抗微生物材料との組み合わ
