Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 調節可能な端壁を有する型を備える連続鋳造装置で、鋳造されたままで1 つの構造用製品シリーズに含まれる全範囲の製品サイズに圧延するのに適したビ ーム・ブランクを連続鋳造する方法であって、端壁と、鋳造型に沿って延びると 共に鋳造型内に所定の断面積(Aw)を有するウエブ開口と、該ウエブ開口に隣 接し鋳造型を貫いて延びると共に鋳造型内に調節可能な断面積(Af)を有する フランジ開口とを有する鋳造型を選定するステップを有する方法において、前記 ウエブ開口に向かって近づき又はこれから遠ざかるように前記鋳造型の端壁を調 節し、該端壁の調節は、前記断面積(Af)を変更して前記構造用製品シリーズ に含まれる完成品のサイズのAw/Af比と等しいAw/Af比を得るものであるこ とを特徴とする方法。 2. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記可変断面積部(Af)が、 (a) 前記ウエブ開口に隣接し、所定の断面積を有するテーパ一部(tf1)と 、 (b) 前記鋳造型の前記調節可能な端壁に隣接し、可変断面積を有する矩形部 (tf2)と を含むことを特徴とする方法。 3. 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記テーパー部(tf1)が、 (a) 前記構造用製品シリーズの異なるサイズ(bf)の範囲に含まれる最大 bf値よりも大きなフランジ幅(bf)と、 (b)0°〜90°の範囲の内側フランジ角度と を有することを特徴とする方法。 4. 請求項3に記載の方法であって、前記テーパー部(tf1)の前記フランジ 幅(bf)が、前記構造用製品シリーズの異なるサイズ(bf)の範囲に含まれる 最大幅(bf)以上であることを特徴とする方法。 5. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記所定の断面積部(Aw)が、 (a) 前記構造用製品シリーズの深さ(dw)と等しいウエブ深さ(dw)と、 (b) 前記構造用製品シリーズに含まれる最大厚み(tw)よりも大きなウエ ブ厚みと を有することを特徴とする方法。 6. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記鋳造型が、前記ウエブ開口の第1の 端部に隣接する第1のフランジ開口と、前記ウエブ開口の第2の端部に隣接する 第2のフランジ開口とを備え、前記第1及び第2のフランジ開口の夫々が可変断 面積(Af)を有することを特徴とする方法。 7. 構造用製品シリーズに含まれる全ての範囲の製品サイズに圧延するのに適 した可変フランジ・ビーム・ブランクであって、所定の断面積(Aw)を有する ウエブ部と、前記ウエブ部に隣接し可変断面積(Af)を有するフランジ部とを 備えるものにおいて、前記可変断面積(Af)が、前記構造用製品シリーズに含 まれる完成品のサイズのAw/Af比に等しいAw/Af比を与えるように調節され ることを特徴とする、可変フランジ・ビーム・ブランク。 8. 請求項7に記載のブランクであって、前記フランジ部が、 (a) 可変断面積を有する矩形部(tf2)と、 (b) 前記ウエブ部と前記矩形部(tf2)との間に配置され、所定の断面積を 有するテーパー部(tf1)と を有することを特徴とするブランク。 9. 請求項8に記載のブランクであって、前記テーパー部(tf1)が、 (a) 前記構造用製品シリーズに含まれる異なるサイズ(bf)の範囲に含ま れる最大幅(bf)よりも大きなフランジ幅(bf)と、 (b) 0°〜90°の範囲の内側フランジ角度と を有することを特徴とするブランク。 10. 請求項9に記載のブランクであって、前記フランジ幅(bf)が、構造 用製品シリーズの異なるサイズ(bf)の範囲に含まれる最大のフランジ幅(bf )よりも大きいことを特徴とするブランク。 11. 請求項7に記載のブランクであって、前記所定の断面積部(Aw)が、 (a) 前記構造用製品シリーズの幅(dw)に等しいウエブ深さ(dw)と、 (b) 前記構造用製品シリーズに含まれる最大厚み(tw)よりも大きなウエ ブ厚み(two)と を有することを特徴とするブランク。
