Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主圧力管路により少なくとも1のホイールブレーキに液圧的に接続された 制動圧発生装置と、ホイールブレーキと圧力流体収集手段とに接続された戻り管 路と、補助圧管路を有して制動圧発生装置に液圧的に接続された補助圧ポンプと 、主圧力管路および戻り管路に介挿されて主圧力管路および戻り管路の圧力流体 路を閉じあるいは開状態を維持する人口弁および出口弁と、入口弁とホイールブ レーキとの間の主圧力管路中に配置された切換可能オリフィスとを備え、この切 換可能オリフィスは第1作動位置で液圧流体流を阻害せずかつ第2作動位置でホ イールブレーキへの圧力流体流を制限するスリップ制御付き液圧ブレーキシステ ムであって、 入口弁(1)の上流側および切換可能オリフィス(4)の下流側で、主圧力管 路(2)中に固定オリフィス(26,27)が配置されていることを特徴とする 液圧ブレーキシステム。 2. 入口弁(1)の前側の固定オリフィス(26)は、主圧力管路(2)に対 する補助圧管路(20)の接続部と、切換可能オリフィス(4)に設けられた制 御圧ポート(6)との間に配置され、切換可能オリフィス(4)の下流側に直列 に配置された固定オリフィス(27)は、主圧力管路(2)に対する戻り管路( 16)の接続部と、オリフィス(4)に設けられた他の制御圧ポート(6′)と の間に介挿されていることを特徴とする液圧ブレーキシステム。 3. 前記オリフィス(4)に絞り効果を形成する一方の制御圧ポートは、固定 オリフィス(26)と入口弁(1)との間に配置され、オリフィス(4)に絞り 効果を形成しない通常状態とする他方の制御圧ポート(6′)は、他の固定オリ フィス(27)と切換可能オリフィス(4)との間に配置されることを特徴とす る請求項1または2に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム。 4. 制動圧発生装置(5)の方向に開の逆止弁(29)を含むバイパス管路が 、第1固定オリフィス(26)の上流側と第2固定オリフィス(27)の下流側 とに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の液圧ブレ ーキシステム。 5. 固定オリフィス(26,27)は、入口弁(1)および切換可能オリフィ ス(4)を収容する弁収容部材(9)と一体の部材であることを特徴とする請求 項1から4のいずれか1に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム。
