Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粉末コーティング剤及び(または)熱溶融型接着剤として使用可能な合成物 質の製造方法において、 ポリオレフィンを、30KHzないし10GHzの周波数範囲で低温プラ ズマ処理にさらすことを特徴とする製造方法。 2.前記プラズマ処理を13.56MHzないし2.45GHzの周波数範囲で 実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 3.前記プラズマ処理を交番周波数で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1また は2に記載の製造方法。 4.前記プラズマ処理を、高さが異なる交番周波数の組合せで実施することを特 徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 5.ポリオレフィンとしてポリエチレン及び(または)ポリプロピレンを使用す ることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 6.前記プラズマ処理を、例えばヘリウム及び(または)アルゴンのような不活 性ガスを供給して実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1 つに記載の製造方法。 7.前記プラズマ処理を、例えば酸素及び(または)窒 素のような反応性ガスを供給して実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から6ま でのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 8.前記プラズマ処理を、一つの不活性プラズマと少なくとも一つの反応性プラ ズマまたは少なくとも一つの反応性ガス混合プラズマとで順次実施し、または少 なくとも一つの不活性ガスと少なくとも一つの反応性ガスから成る混合体を供給 して実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1つに記載の製 造方法。 9.前記プラズマ処理を、0.1mbarないし2mbarの処理圧で、有利に は0.3mbarないし1mbarで行なうことを特徴とする、請求項1から8 までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 10.前記プラズマ処理の継続時間が5秒ないし800秒、有利には15秒ない し600秒であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1つに記載 の製造方法。 11.粒径が0.1mmないし1mm、有利には0.2mmないし0.6mmの 粉末または顆粒としてポリオレフィンを前記プラズマ処理にさらすことを特徴と する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 12.プラズマ処理の間ポリオレフィンを運動させることを特徴とする、請求項 1から11までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 13.ポリオレフィンを回転ドラム内で、有利には1分間あたり4ないし20回 転で転動させることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の製造方法。 14.ポリオレフィンを新品及び(または)リサイクル品の形態で使用すること を特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。 15.プラズマ処理の前にポリオレフィンに、安定剤のような通常のプラスチッ ク添加剤を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1つに 記載の製造方法。 16.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 された物質から成ることを特徴とする粉末コーティング剤。 17.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 された物質から成ることを特徴とする熱溶融型接着剤。 18.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 されたポリオレフィンを、この処理されるポリオレフィンの処理温度以上の溶融 温度を持つ材料の接着及び(または)コーティン グに使用することを特徴とする使用方法。 19.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 されたポリオレフィンを、ガラス、セラミックス、鋼、アルミニウム、基、紙、 ポリマーをコーティング及び(または)接着するために使用することを特徴とす る使用方法。 20.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 されたポリオレフィンを、予めコーティングされた、及び(または)他の方法で 予処理された材料を接着及び(または)コーティングするために使用することを 特徴とする使用方法。 21.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 されたポリオレフィンを、自動車製造における床裏面のコーティングに使用する ことを特徴とする使用方法。 22.請求項1から15までのいずれか1つに記載の製造方法にしたがって製造 されたポリオレフィンを、船腹のコーティングに使用することを特徴とする使用 方法。
