(57)【要約】 【課題】 有毒物が被攪拌液に溶けだすことがなく、人
体に安全な、攪拌機における攪拌羽根支持装置を提供す
る。 【解決手段】 加熱タンク３内には回転軸１１を加熱タ
ンク３の下部半球状部３ａの中心を通して支持し、この
回転軸１１には攪拌羽根１３を固定し、この回転軸１１
の下端は加熱タンク３の下部に設けたセラミック製のス
ラスト軸受け１２により支持してなる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、攪拌機における攪
拌羽根支持装置更に詳細には焼肉のタレ、スープ、ソー
スなどの食品の製造に用いる攪拌機における攪拌羽根支
持装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の各種食品の製造に用いる攪拌機に
おける攪拌羽根支持装置においてはその下部の攪拌羽支
持装置に超硬合金を用いていた。しかしこれではその超
硬合金に含まれるコパルトが人体に有毒で好ましくはな
かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はかかる欠点を
除去するもので、従来使用されている下部の攪拌羽根支
持装置にセラミックを用いるものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、加熱タンク３
内には回転軸１１を加熱タンク３の下部半球状部３ａの
中心を通して支持し、この回転軸１１には攪拌羽根１３
を固定し、この回転軸１１の下端は加熱タンク３の下部
に設けたセラミック製のスラスト軸受け１２により支持
してなる攪拌機における攪拌羽根支持装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は、本発明の一実施の形態の
構成を示す平面図、図２はその縦断面図である。図１示
のように脚１により支持されたジャケット２内には下部
が半球状をなす加熱タンク３を固定する。上記ジャケッ
ト２と加熱タンク３との間には入口４より温水又は蒸気
を導入する。なおジャケット２とその下部を包囲するカ
バー５間には保温材６を充填する。７は加熱タンク３の
蓋、８はその開き部、９は蓋７に設けたライトである。
上記加熱タンク３の上部には減速機付きモータ１０を固
定し、その回転軸１１は加熱タンク３の下部が半球状部
の中心を通して斜め方向に支持するが、これは垂直方向
に支持してもよい。この回転軸１１の下端は加熱タンク
３の下部に設けたセラミック製のスラスト軸受け１２に
より支持する。この回転軸１１には平環状の攪拌羽根１
３を固定し、更に回転軸１１と攪拌羽根１３とは補助羽
根１４、１５、１６、１７、１８で連結する。１９はこ
の回転軸１１に固定したカッターであり、これは必ずし
も必要ではない。図４示のように上記スラスト軸受け１
２は加熱タンク３に固定したセラミック製の受け２０と
回転軸１１の下端に固定したセラミック製の回転部２１
とからなり、受け２０の突出部２２は回転部２１の凹部
２４に嵌合しているが、これは反対でもよい。なお図中
３０は温度センサー、３１は操作板、３２は被攪拌液の
入口、３３はその加熱タンク３の下端の出口で充填機３
４に連結している。
【０００６】次にこの装置の動作を説明する。入口３２
より加熱タンク３内に導入された被攪拌液は入口４より
導入された温水又は蒸気により加熱され、かつモータ１
０の回転軸１１により回転する攪拌羽根１３と補助羽根
１４、１５、１６、１７、１８により攪拌されて出口３
３より充填機３４に送られる。而してスラスト軸受け１
２はセラミックよりなるので、有毒物が被攪拌液に溶け
だすことがなく、人体に安全である。

【発明の効果】以上のようにして本発明では加熱タンク
３内には回転軸１１を加熱タンク３の下部半球状部３ａ
の中心を通して支持し、この攪拌羽根１３を固定した回
転軸１１の下端は加熱タンク３の下部に設けたセラミッ
ク製のスラスト軸受け１２により支持しているので、有
毒物が被攪拌液に溶けだすことがなく、人体に安全であ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】加熱タンク（３）内には回転軸（１１）を
    加熱タンク（３）の下部半球状部（３ａ）の中心を通し
    て支持し、この回転軸（１１）には攪拌羽根（１３）を
    固定し、この回転軸（１１）の下端は加熱タンク（３）
    の下部に設けたセラミック製のスラスト軸受け（１２）
    により支持してなる攪拌機における攪拌羽根支持装置。
