Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルロース成形体の製造方法であって、 (A)第三アミンオキシド、特にN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシド(NMM O)の水溶液中にセルロースを溶解して、成形可能なセルロース溶液を生成する 工程と、 (B)前記セルロース溶液を成形し、この成形されたセルロース溶液を水性沈殿 浴中に導入してセルロースを沈殿させ、かくして成形体と使用した沈殿浴とを得 る工程と、 (C)前記使用した沈殿浴を再生し、再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液を得て、 セルロースを溶解する工程(A)で該再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液を再度使 用する工程と、 を含み、工程(A)では、pH=−0.0015×A2+0.2816×A+f という式により第三アミンオキシドの濃度に依存してその上限及び下限を規定さ れる範囲内のpH値を有する再生アミンオキシド水溶液が使用されることを特徴 とし、上記式において、Aは水溶液中の第三アミンオキシドの濃度であると共に 水溶液の重量%で表され、40%≦A≦86%、好ましくは70%≦A≦80% という条件を満たし、またfは、上限として1.00という値を有し、下限とし て−1.80、好ましくは−1.00という値を有するセルロース成形体の製造 方法。 2.セルロース成形体の製造方法であって、 (A)第三アミンオキシド、特にN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシド(NMM O)の水溶液中にセルロースを溶解し、成形可能なセルロース溶液を生成する工 程と、 (B)前記セルロース溶液を成形し、この成形されたセルロース溶液を水性沈殿 浴中に導入してセルロースを沈殿させ、かくして成形体と使用した沈殿浴とを得 る工程と、 (C)前記使用した沈殿浴を再生し、再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液を得て、 セルロースを溶解する工程(A)で該再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液を再度使 用する工程と、 を含み、工程(A)では10.5乃至13.5の範囲のpH値を有するアミンオ キシド水溶液が使用されることを特徴とするセルロース成形体の製造方法。 3.工程(A)で使用される前記再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液が10.5乃 至13.5の範囲のpH値を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4.工程(A)で使用される前記再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液が11.5乃 至13.5の範囲のpH値を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方 法。 5.工程(A)で使用される前記再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液が11.5乃 至12.5の範囲のpH値を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方 法。 6.前記アミンオキシド水溶液のpH値が、前記使用した沈殿浴の再生前、又は 再生中、又は再生した後に、pH値に影響を与える物質を導入することにより調 整されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の方法。 7.前記使用した沈殿浴を、沈殿浴中にアルカリ物質を導入するアルカリ陰イオ ン交換体と接触させ、そして必要に応じて酸性の陽イオン交換体と接触させるこ とにより、前記再生されたアミンオキシド水溶液のpH値を調整することを特徴 とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の方法。 8.前記使用した沈殿浴を、アルカリ基により変性された吸着樹脂と接触させ、 次に沈殿浴中にアルカリ物質を導入するアルカリ陰イオン交換体と接触させ、そ して酸性の陽イオン交換体と少なくとも部分的に接触させることにより、前記再 生されたアミンオキシド水溶液のpH値を調整することを特徴とする請求項1乃 至5の1つに記載の方法。 9.専らアルカリ水酸化物及び/又は揮発性の有機酸により再生された陰イオン 交換体を使用することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.沈殿浴の再生前、又は再生中、又は再生後に、酸化防止効果を有する物質 を導入することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 11.pH=−0.0015×A2+0.2816×A+fという式により第三 アミンオキシドの濃度に依存してその上限及び下限を規定される範囲内のpH値 を有する、成形可能なセルロース溶液を製造するための第三アミンオキシド、特 にNMMOの再生濃縮水溶液であって、上記式において、Aは水溶液中の第三ア ミンオキシドの濃度であると共に水溶液の重量%で表され、40%≦A≦86% 、好ましくは70%≦A≦80%という条件を満たし、またfは、上限として1 .00という値を有し、下限として−1.80、好ましくは−1.00という値 を有する第三アミンオキシドの再生濃縮水溶液。 12.成形可能なセルロース溶液を製造するための、10.5乃至13.5の範 囲のpH値を有する第三アミンオキシド、特にNMMOの再生水溶液。 13.成形可能なセルロース溶液を製造するための、11.5乃至13.5の範 囲のpH値を有する第三アミンオキシド、特にNMMOの再生水溶液。 14.成形可能なセルロース溶液を製造するための、11.5乃至12.5の範 囲のpH値を有する第三アミンオキシド、特にNMMOの再生水溶液。 15.再生水溶液が酸化防止効果を有する物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1 1乃至14の1つに記載の再生水溶液。
