Claims (15)
- (A) 삼차 아민-산화물, 특히 N-메틸모르폴린-N-산화물(NMMO) 수용액에 셀룰로오스를 용해하여 성형 가능한 셀룰로오스 용액을 생성하는 단계, (B) 상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 성형하고, 성형한 셀룰로오스 용액을 수성 침전조에 넣어 셀룰로오스를 침전시켜 성형체 및 사용된 침전조를 얻는 단계, 및 (C) 사용된 침전조를 재생하고, 재생하여 얻은 재생 아민-산화물 수용액을 단계 (A)에 재사용하여 셀룰로오스를 용해하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 성형체 제조방법으로서, 단계 (A)에서 재사용된 아민-산화물 용액의 pH 상한값 및 하한값이 삼차 아민-산화물이 농도에 의존하여 하기 방정식에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 성형체 제조 방법:pH = -0.0015 × A2+ 0.2816 × A + f[상기 식에서 A는 상기 수용액내의 삼차 아민-산화물의 농도이며, 이는 수용액의 중량%으로 나타내며 그 범위가 40% ≤ A ≤ 86%, 바람직하게는 70% ≤ A ≤ 80%를 만족하고, f는 상한값으로 1.00, 하한값으로 -1.80, 바람직하게는 -1.00을 갖는다]
