Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. インジゴでセルロース含有繊維材料を染色する方法において、接触水素化 により製造したロイコインジゴをの水溶液を使用し、繊維材料上へ染着した後、 通常の方法で空気酸化により再度顔料形に変換することを特徴とするインジゴで セルロース含有繊維材料を染色する方法。 2. ロイコインジゴ溶液がロイコインジゴ10〜35重量%を含有する請求項 1記載の方法。 3. ロイコインジゴ溶液が2〜10重量%のアルカリを含有する請求項1又は 2記載の方法。 4. ロイコインジゴ溶液が水酸化ナトリウム2〜10重量%を含有する請求項 1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5. 染色の間に、染液中で空気接触により酸化したロイコインジゴの割合をメ ディエーター系の使用下で電気化学的に還元する請求項1から4までのいずれか 1項記載の方法。 6. メディエーターとして遷移金属を含有する錯化合物を使用する請求項5記 載の方法。 7. メディエーターとして染色条件下で十分に可逆的な有機レドックス系を使 用する請求項5記載の方法。
