Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プラズマ溶射技術を用いて保護層を形成するために予め浄化された金属の壁 上に金属、炭化物、酸化物セラミックまたは珪化物の材料またはこれらの材料の 混合物からなる粉末を被覆することにより、所定の温度範囲内にあり、熱ガス、 特に煙道ガスにさらされる、燃焼装置、熱交換器または類似の装置の、金属およ び所定の基材からなる壁上に保護層を製造する方法において、 (a)前記壁の表面を粗面化し、 (b)壁の基材を活性化し、かつ (c)その後直ちに室温で、雰囲気条件下でプラズマ溶射技術により粉末を被覆 し、その際 (d)粉末の組成を、基材と被覆した層の移行領域に対して、基材および種々の 粉末から製造された試験材料の熱膨張率を用いて決定した応力が、無負荷状態で (室温で)温度の関数として50〜800N/mm2、有利には500〜800 N/mm2の引張り応力を有し、この応力が特定の温度範囲で実質的に0に低下 するかまたは低い圧縮応力を有するように予め選択することを特徴とする、熱ガ ス、特に煙道ガスにさらされる金属の壁上に保護層を製造する方法。 2.被覆される保護層が0.1〜0.5mm、有利に は0.15〜0.25mmの最終厚さを有する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.保護層を内部粉末供給装置を有する80KWプラズマ溶射装置を用いて被覆 する請求の範囲1または2記載の方法。 4.保護層を被覆するために75μm未満、有利には20〜40μmの粒度を有 する粉末を使用する請求の範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.保護層を少なくとも2つの移行部分の形で製造する請求の範囲1から4まで のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.プラズマ溶射を実施する前に、壁の表面を溶融アルミナ、有利には高純度の 白色の溶融アルミナで粗面化し、かつ活性化する請求の範囲1から5までのいず れか1項記載の方法。 7.プラズマ溶射およびこれに溶融した粉末粒子により壁の表面を約45℃から 最高60℃にのみ加熱する請求の範囲1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.保護層を製造するためにニッケル合金を含有する粉末を使用する請求の範囲 1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.雰囲気プラズマ溶射を、壁の表面を活性化後45分、有利には30分をこえ ないで実施する請求の範囲1項記載の方法。 10.壁の負荷温度が300〜1800℃、有利には600〜1000℃の範囲 内にある請求の範囲1記載の方法。
