Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体を粒子にスプレーオンし、1または2以上の回転ドラムまたはミキ サー中において微粉末でダスト化することによって、粒状洗剤物質の嵩密度を初 期嵩密度少なくとも600g/lから出発して増大する方法であって、粒状洗剤 物質は初期に400μmより大きい平均粒径を有し、かつ、当該方法実施中の前 記平均粒径の増大が60%以下であることを特徴とする方法。 2. 粒状洗剤物質の最終嵩密度が750g/lより高く、好ましくは800 g/lより高い、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 初期粒状洗剤物質が噴霧乾燥以外の1種以上の方法によって粒状物に加 工された有機洗剤物質を含む、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。 4. 粒子にスプレーオンされた液体が完成品の10重量%までの量の非イオ ン界面活性剤からなる、前の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 少なくとも1個のミキサーがシリンダーの軸に沿って回転シャフトを具 備する横形シリンダーの形であり、前記シャフトが混合工具を担持し且つ前記シ ャフトが250rpm未満の速度で回転する、前の請求項のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 6. ミキサーが1個以上のシャフト上に装着された カッターも具備し、前記シャフトがミキサーのシリンダーに径方向に装着され且 つ前記シャフトが1000rpmより高い速度で回転する、請求項5に記載の方 法。 7. a)有機界面活性剤5%〜20%、 b)アルミノケイ酸ナトリウム5%〜20%、を含む嵩密度少なくとも750 g/l、好ましくは少なくとも800g/lを有する洗剤組成物であって、 洗剤組成物の試料150gをザヌッシ(登録商標)シャワー型ディスペンサー の引出に注ぎ、さらに20℃の温度の水4リットルを前記ディスペンサーのノズ ルから2リットル/分の速度で前記引出を通過させた後、前記分与引出に残る洗 剤組成物の部分を秤量し且つ得られた重量を初期の150gの試料の%として表 現し且つ試験の少なくとも5回の反復について平均した(ただし得られた%は分 与残渣である)場合に、分与残渣が30%未満であり; さらに洗剤組成物の溶解速度が、試料10gを1リットルのソタックスカップ 中で且つ垂直軸の回りを200rpmで回転するソタックス攪拌プロペラーNo. 3990−2で(前記攪拌プロペラーの底はカップの底より33mm上に配置)2 0℃の温度の蒸留水1リットルに溶解させた場合に3分未満で溶液に移る硫酸塩 /スルホン酸塩が少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする、洗剤組成物。
