Abstract
본 발명은 입상 세제 물질의 초기 평균 입자 크기가 400㎛ 이상이고 공정 동안의 평균 입자 크기의 증가율이 60% 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 입자에 분무시키고 미세 분말을 하나 이상의 드럼(들) 또는 혼합기(들)에서 살포시킴으로써, 입상 세제 물질의 벌크 밀도를 600g/ℓ 이상의 초기 벌크 밀도로부터 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또는 분배 특성과 용해 특성이 우수한 세제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 입상 세제 물질의 초기 평균 입자 크기가 400㎛ 이상이고 공정 동안의 평균 입자 크기의 증가율이 60% 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 입자에 분무시키고 미세 분말을 하나 이상의 회전 드럼(들) 또는 혼합기(들)속에서 살포시킴으로써 입상 세제 물질의 벌크 밀도를 600g/ℓ 이상의 초기 벌크 밀도로부터 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입상 세제 물질의 최종 벌크 밀도가 750g/ℓ 이상, 바람직하게는 800g/ℓ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 초기의 입상 세제 물질이 분무 건조 이외의 방법 또는 방법들에 의해 과립으로 가공된 유기 세제 물질을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자에 분무된 액체가 가공 생성물의 10중량% 이하의 양으로 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 이상의 혼합기가 실린더의 축을 따르는 회전축[여기서, 회전축은 혼합수단을 지니며 250rpm 미만의 속도로 회전한다]을 포함하는 수평 실린더 형태인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 혼합기가 하나 이상의 축 위에 설치된 절단기를 포함하고, 축이 혼합기의 실린더에 방사상으로 장착되며 1000rpm 이상의 속도로 회전하는 방법.
- 세제 조성물 샘플 150g을 자누시 샤워형 분배기[Zanussi(TM) Shower-type dispenser]의 드로어(drawer) 속에 붓고 물 4ℓ를 20℃의 온도에서 2ℓ/min의 비로 분배기의 노즐로부터 드로어로 통과시킨 다음, 분배 드로어 속에 잔류하는 세제 조성물 일부의 중량을 측정하고, 측정된 중량을 초기 샘플 150g에 대한 비율(%)로 나타내고, 이 시험을 5회 이상 반복한 다음에 평균을 구하여 수득한 비율(%)을 분배 나머지로 나타내는 경우, 분배 나머지가 30% 미만이고, 샘플 10g을 20℃의 온도에서 1ℓ들이 소택스 컵(Sotax cup)에서, 수직축 둘레에서 200rpm으로 회전하고 하부가 컵의 하부에서 위로 33mm 떨어져 위치하는 소택스 교반 프로펠러 제3990-2호를 사용하여 증류수 1ℓ에 용해시키는 경우, 세제 조성물의 용해율이, 설페이트/설포네이트 염의 50% 이상이 3분 이내에 용액으로 통과하는 정도임을 특징으로 하는, a) 유기 계면활성제 5 내지 20%와 b) 나트륨 알루미노실리케이트 5 내지 20%를 함유하며 벌크 밀도가 750g/ℓ 이상, 바람직하게는 800g/ℓ 이상인 세제 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
