Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- (1)金型コーティングを生成するための耐火性洗浄剤であって、機能を決定す る洗浄剤の主成分が、高度の耐火性無機材料の微細に分割された耐火性物よりな り、あらかじめ用意された耐火性洗浄剤に基づき、重量で1〜40%の量の無機 中空球を含有することを特徴とする耐火性洗浄剤。
- (2)中空球が、アルミニウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム及び/又はジルコニ ウムの珪酸塩;酸化アルミニウムのような酸化物;石英;マグネサイト;ムライ ト;クロム鉄鉱;酸化ジルコウム及び/又は酸化チタン;炭酸ケイ素、炭化チタ ン、ほう化チタン、窒化ほう素及び/又は炭化ほう素のようなホウ化物、炭化物 及び窒化物;炭素;ガラス又は金属よりなる中空球、或はそれら中空球の混合物 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲(1)記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
- (3)無機ガス充填中空球が、1〜500μm、好ましくは60〜250μmの 直径をもつことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
- (4)あらかじめ用意された金型コーティング材料にもとずき0.1〜10重量 %の無機又は有機繊維を更に添加したことを特徴とする請求の範囲(1)乃至( 3)のいずれか1項に記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
- (5)繊維が、珪酸アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化 チタン、炭素、炭化ケイ素、炭化チタン、ほう化チタン、窒化ほう素、炭化ほう 素、ガラス、玄武岩又は鉱物羊毛よりなる無機性繊維又はそれら繊維の混合物で あることを特徴とする請求の範囲(4)記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
- (6)繊維が、セルロース、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、ビニルアセテート、又は ポリエステルよりなる無機性繊維又はそれら繊維の混合物であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲(4)又は(5)に記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
- (7)繊維が1〜30μm、好ましくは3〜10μmの直径及び10〜5000 μm、好まし100〜500μmの長さを持つことを特徴とする請求の範囲(4 )乃至(6)のいずれか1項に記載の耐火性洗浄剤。
