シャンプー組成物の調製方法。
【発明の詳細な説明】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、シャンプー組成物、特
に毛髪を比較的柔軟で扱いやすい状態に維持するべくコ
ンディショニングする不揮発性シリコーン物質を含有す
るシャンプー組成物に係わる。
【従来の技術】通常のシャンプー組成物で洗髪すると、
汚れ及び不要の油分と共に自然の油分も除去される。自
然の油分が、例えばきわめて頻繁に洗髪することにより
過剰に除去されると、毛髪は梳いたりまとめたりしにく
くなり、また静電気の増加により“ばさばさ”してしま
う。 毛髪の状態を回復しようとするヘアコンディショナーが
開発されている。それらのコンディショニング組成物は
通常シャンプー後の毛髪に塗布し、そのまましばらく放
置してから濯ぎ落とす。このようなコンディショニング
方法は、２種の別個の製剤を要するので手間も経費も掛
かる。 カチオン性コンディショニング剤を含有するコンディシ
ョニングシャンプーが、例えばヨーロッパ特許第１８
７１７号（Ｕｎｉｌｅｖｅｒ）に開示されている。上記
カチオン性製剤は、毛髪のコンディショニングにおいて
はたしかに有益であるが、毛髪から乾燥後に艶を失う原
因となりかねない残留物を毛髪上に残すとしばしば考え
られる。 不揮発性のシリコーン油がコンディショニング剤として
有用であるが、シリコーンを過剰に用いればやはり毛髪
の艶が失われかねず、またシリコーンが毛髪上に堆積す
ることによって見た目が油っぽくなる恐れも有る。その
うえ、シリコーン油の含有は通常消泡効果をもたらす。 ヨーロッパ特許第３５ ８９９号（Ｐｒｏｃｔｏｒ ＆
Ｇａｍｂｌｅ）には毛髪コンディショニングエマルジ
ョンが開示されている。このエマルジョンは揮発性シリ
コーンまたは揮発性炭化水素を含有し、最終組成物中の
揮発性物質の粒径は１〜１０μｍとされている。 しかし、このような組成物はシャンプーとして用いるに
は不適当であり、上記コンディショニングエマルジョン
を適用する場合は事前にまず洗髪を行うべきである。 ヨーロッパ特許第７４ ２６４号（Ｕｎｉｌｅｖｅｒ）
に開示されているように不揮発性のシリコーン油をシャ
ンプー組成物に直接混入する試みも為されているが、シ
ヤンプー組成物に直接混入したシリコーン油の粒径は２
μｍを上回り、消泡効果がもたらされる恐れが有る。 本出願人は、界面活性剤をベースとするシャンプー組成
物中にシリコーン油の水性エマルジョンと特別の種類の
カチオン性コンディショニングポリマーとを組み合わせ
て用いると、他のコンディショニング製品を用いた場合
に認められる望ましくない艶消し効果や油っぽい堆積を
認めることなく、また洗髪してからコンディショニング
するという２段階手順を必要せずに毛髪をより有効にコ
ンディショニングできることを発見した。 シリコーン油は、予め製造した水性エマルジョンとして
添加すれば、２μｍ未満の小さい粒径を有する粒子の形
態で組成中に存在させることができる。シリコーンは不
溶性で、組成物全体に分散した状態を維持する。シリコ
ーン油をこのように添加することによって組成物の製造
がより容易となる。また、シリコーン油の消泡効果も低
減し、より安定な組成物が得られる。 従って本発明は、水以外に （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性及び両性界面活性剤並び
にこれらの混合物の中から選択された界面活性剤を２〜
４０重量％、 （ｂ）グアーゴムのカチオン性誘導体であるカチオン性
コンディショニングポリマー０．０１〜３重量％、 （ｃ）平均粒径２μｍ未満の分散粒子として存在する不
溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンを０．１〜１０重量％ 含有する水性シャンプー組成物を提供する。 本発明は、上記のようなシャンプー組成物を、界面活性
剤、カチオンコンディショニングポリマー、及びシリコ
ーンが平均粒径２μｍ未満で分散した水性シリコーンエ
マルジョンを水と混合することによって製造する方法も
提供する。
【好ましい例の説明】ａ）界面活性剤 本発明による組成物は、アニオン性、非イオン性及び両
性界面活性剤並びにこれらの混合物の中から選択された
界面活性剤を含有する。 適当なアニオン性界面活性剤は、アルキルスルフェー
ト、アルキルエーテルスルフェート、アルカリールスル
ホネート、アルキルスクシネート、アルキルスルホスク
シネート、Ｎ−アルコイルサルコシネート、アルキルホ
スフェート、アルキルエーテルホスフェート、アルキル
エーテルカルボキシレート及びαオレフィンスルホネー
トで、特にナトリウム、マグネシウム、アンモニウム、
モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン及びトリエ
タノールアミンの塩である。アルキル基は通常８〜１８
個の炭素原子を有し、不飽和であり得る。アルキルエー
テルスルフェート、アルキルエーテルホスフェート及び
アルキルエーテルカルボキシレートは１分子当たり１〜
１０のエチレンオキシドまたはプロピレンオキシドユニ
ットを含み、好ましくは１分子当たり２または３のエチ
レンオキシドユニットを含む。 適当なアニオン性界面活性剤の例には、ナトリウムオレ
イルスクシネート、アンモニウムラウリルスルホスクシ
ネート、アンモニウムラウリルスルフェート、ナトリウ
ムドデシルベンゼンスルホネート、トリエタノールアミ
ンドデシルベンゼンスルホネート及びナトリウムＮ−ラ
ウリルサルコシネートが含まれる。最も好ましいアニオ
ン性界面活性剤は、ナトリウムラウリルスルフェート、
トリエタノールアミンラウリルスルフェート、トリエタ
ノールアミンモノラウリルホスフェート、ナトリウムラ
ウリルエーテルスルフェート１ＥＯ、２ＥＯ及び３Ｅ
Ｏ、アンモニウムラウリルスルフェート、並びにアンモ
ニウムラウリルエーテルスルフェート１ＥＯ、２ＥＯ及
び３ＥＯである。 本発明の組成物中に用いるのに適した非イオン性界面活
性剤としては、普通エチレンオキシドであるアルキレン
オキシドを含み、通常は６〜３０ＥＯを含む脂肪族（Ｃ
８〜Ｃ１８）第一または第二直鎖または分枝鎖アルコー
ルまたはフェノールの縮合物などを挙げることができ
る。 適当な非イオン性界面活性剤には、モノまたはジアルキ
ルアルカノールアミドやアルキルポリグルコシドも含ま
れる。例えば、ココモノまたはジエタノールアミド、コ
コノモイソプロパノールアミド及びアココジグルコシド
などである。 本発明の組成物中に用いるのに適した両性界面活性剤と
しては、アルキル基及びアシル基が８〜１８個の炭素原
子を有するアルキルアミンオキシド、アルキルベタイ
ン、アルキルアミドプロピルベタイン、アルキルスルホ
ベタイン、アルキルグリシネート、アルキルカルボキシ
グリシネート、アルキルアンホプロピオネート、アルキ
ルアミドプロピルヒドロキシスルテイン、アシルタウレ
ート及びアシリルグルタメートなどを挙げることができ
る。適当な両性界面活性剤の例にはラウリルアミンオキ
シド及びココジメチルスルホプロピルベタインが含ま
れ、特に好ましいものとしてラウリルベタイン、ココア
ミドプロピルベタイン及びナトリウムココアンホプロピ
オネートが有る。 本発明のシャンプー組成物中に界面活性剤は２〜４０重
量％、好ましくは５〜３０重量％の量で存在する。 ｂ）カチオン性コンディショニングポリマー 本発明の組成物は、グアーゴムのカシオン性誘導体であ
るカチオン性コンディショニングポリマーを含有する。 適当なカチオン性グアーゴム誘導体は、例えばＪａｇｕ
ａｒ Ｃ１３Ｓとして市販されている、ＣＴＦＡ名“グ
アーヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムクロリド”の誘導
体である。この誘導体はカチオン基の置換度が低く、か
つ粘度が高く、カチオン基置換度が低い結果として０．
０００８のカチオン電荷密度を有する。他の適当物質と
しては、中位の置換度と低い粘度とを有するＪａｇｕａ
ｒ Ｃ１５、（置換度が高く、０．００１６のカチオン
電荷密度を有し、かつ高い粘度を有する）Ｊａｇｕａｒ
Ｃ１７、及び低レベルの置換基と、カチオン性第四ア
ンモニウム基とを有するヒドロキシプロピル化されたカ
チオン性グアー誘導体であるＪａｇｕａｒ Ｃ１６など
が挙げられる。Ｊａｇｕａｒ Ｃ１６のカチオン電荷密
度は０．０００８である。低い置換度及び中位の粘度を
有する、透明度の高いグアーであるＪａｇｕａｒ １６
２も適当である。 本発明の組成物はカチオン性コンディショニングポリマ
ーを０．０１〜３重量％、好ましくは０．１〜２重量％
含有する。 ｃ）シリコーン 本発明のシャンプー組成物は、１種以上のポリアルキル
シロキサン、１種以上のポリアルキルアリールシロキサ
ン、またはこれらの混合物であり得る不溶性でかつ不揮
発性のシリコーンも含有する。このシリコーンは本発明
組成物の水性マトリックス中で溶解せず、分散粒子の形
態で存在して乳濁状態を創出する。 適当なポリアルシロキサンは、２５℃で５〜１００，０
００センチストークスの粘度を有する、ＣＴＦＡ名“ジ
メチコン”のポリジメチルシロキサンが含まれる。この
シロキサンは、Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ Ｅｌｅｃｔｒｉｃ Ｃ
ｏｍｐａｎｙからＶｉｓｃａｓｉｌシリーズとして、ま
たＤｏｗ ＣｏｒｎｉｎｇからＤＣ ２００シリーズと
して市販されている。粘度は、Ｄｏｗ Ｃｏｒｎｉｎｇ
Ｃｏｒｐｏｒａｔｅ Ｔｅｓｔ Ｍｅｔｈｏｄ ＣＴ
Ｍ００４ Ｊｕｌｙ ２０，１９７０に詳述されている
ようなガラス細管粘度計を用いて測定し得る。 ポリジエチルシロキサンも適当である。 本発明の組成物中に用い得るポリアルキルアリールシロ
キサンには、２５℃で１５〜６５センチトークスの粘度
を有するポリメチルフェニルポリシロキサンが含まれ
る。このシロキサンは、Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ Ｅｌｅｃｔｒ
ｉｃ ＣｏｍｐａｎｙからＳＦ １０７５メチルフェニ
ル液として、またＤｏｗ Ｃｏｒｎｉｎｇから５５６
Ｃｏｓｍｅｔｉｃ Ｇｒａｄｅ Ｆｌｕｉｄとして市販
されている。 米国特許第４，１５２，４１６号（Ｓｐｉｔｚｅｒ）に
開示されているシリコーンゴム、並びにＧｅｎｅｒａｌ
Ｅｌｅｃｔｒｉｃ Ｓｉｌｉｃｏｎｅ Ｒｕｂｂｅｒ
Ｐｒｏｄｕｃｔ Ｄａｔａ ＳｈｅｅｔのＳＥ３０、
ＳＥ３３、ＳＥ５４及びＳＥ７６に記載されているシリ
コーンゴムなども適当である。“シリコーンゴム”とは
分子量２００，０００〜１，０００，０００のポリジオ
ルガノシロキサンのことであり、特定例としてポリジメ
チルシロキサンポリマー、ポリジメチルシロキサン／ジ
フェニル／メチルビニルシロキサンコポリマー、ポリジ
メチルシロキサン／メチルビニルシロキサンコポリマ
ー、及びこれらの混合物などを挙げることができる。 Ｕｎｉｏｎ ＣａｒｂｉｄｅのＴＰ ４０７のような、
ＣＴＦＡ名“アモジメチコン”のアミノ官能シリコーン
も本発明の組成物中に好ましく用い得る。 上述のようなシリコーン物質は、好ましくは予め製造し
た水性エマルジョンとして本発明のシャンプー組成物に
添加する。エマルジョン及びシャンプー組成物中でのシ
リコーン物質の平均粒径は２μｍ未満で、好ましくは
０．０１〜１μｍである。粒径は、Ｍａｌｖｅｒｎ Ｉ
ｎｓｔｒｕｍｅｎｔｓの２６００Ｄ Ｐａｒｔｉｃｌｅ
Ｓｉｚｅｒを用いて、レーザー光散乱技術で測定し得
る。 エマルジョンは、シリコーンと水との高剪断機械混合に
よって製造しても、また不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコ
ーンを水及び乳化剤として混合して、即ち例えば加熱し
た乳化剤溶液にシリコーンを混入して製造してもよく、
機械的乳化と化学的乳化とを組み合わせることも可能で
ある。 シリコーンエマルジョンの製造では、任意の界面活性剤
物質を単独で、あるいは幾種が混合して乳化剤として用
い得る。好ましい乳化剤には、例えばナトリウムドデシ
ルベンゼンスルホネートなどのアルキルスルホネート、
例えばナトリウムラウリルスルフェートなどのアルキル
スルフェート、例えばナトリウムラウリルエーテルスル
フェートｎＥＯ（ｎは１〜２０）などのアルキルエーテ
ルスルフェート、例えばオクチルフェノールエーテルス
ルフェートｎＥＯ（ｎは１〜２０）などのアルキルフェ
ノールエーテルスルフェート、及び例えばナトリウムジ
オクチルスルホスクシネートなどのスルホスクシネート
のようなアニオン性乳化剤が含まれる。 例えばノニルフェノールエトキシレートｎＥＯ（ｎは１
〜５０）などのアルキルフェノールエトキシレート、例
ればラウリルアルコールｎＥＯ（ｎは１〜５０）などの
アルコールエトキシレート、及び例えばオキシエチレン
ユニットの数が１〜３０であるポリオキシエチレンモノ
ステアレートなどのエステルエトキシレートのような非
イオン性乳化剤も適当である。 典型的には、予め製造するエマルジョンのシリコーン含
量は５０％前後とする。Ｄｏｗ Ｃｏｒｎｉｎｇ、Ｇｅ
ｎｅｒａｌ Ｅｌｅｃｔｒｉｃ、Ｕｎｉｏｎ Ｃａｒｂ
ｉｄｅ、Ｗａｃｋｅｒ Ｃｈｅｍｉｅ、Ｓｈｉｎ Ｅｔ
ｓｕ、Ｔｏｓｈｉｂａ、Ｔｏｙｏ Ｂｅａｕｔｙ Ｃ
ｏ．及びＴｏｒａｙ Ｓｉｌｉｃｏｎｅ Ｃｏ．のよう
なシリコーン油供給元からは既製のエマルジョンが入手
可能である。 本発明の組成物は不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンを
０．０１〜１０重量％、好ましくは０．１〜５重量％含
有する。シリコーン含量が０．０１重量％を下回ると組
成物は僅かなコンディショニング機能しか発揮せず、他
方１０重量％を上回ると毛髪の見た目が油っぽくなる。 予め製造した水性エマルジョンはシャンプー組成物に、
０．０２〜５０重量％、好ましくは０．２〜２０重量％
の量で添加し得る。 当然ながら、正確なエマルジョン量はエマルジョンの濃
度に従属し、エマルジョンの添加量は、最終組成物が含
有する不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンの量が所望量
となるように選択するべきである。 安全性向上のため、本発明の組成物は好ましくは、架橋
ポリアクリレートのような剪断減粘性ポリマーか、また
は組成物中で網状構造を構成する不溶固体を含有する。
上記のような固体にエチレングリコールジステアレート
が有り、この分室は真珠箔顔料としても機能する。
【組成物の用法】本発明のシャンプー組成物は、濡らし
た毛髪に３〜５ｍｌの量で適用し得る。濡らした毛髪を
揉んで泡を立てる。濯ぎは、泡を短い時間、即ち例えば
１〜４分間維持した後に行なっても、また直ちに行なっ
てもよい。この洗髪手順は、必要であれば繰り返すこと
が可能である。 上記のような洗髪にすれば、通常毛髪は清潔で扱いやす
くなって、梳いたりまとめたりするのが容易となり、そ
の際別途コンディショニングを行なう必要はない。 本発明は、大部分が界面活性剤から成るシャンプー組成
物の毛髪コンディショニング特性を改善するべく該シャ
ンプー組成物中にグアーゴムのカチオン性誘導体を組成
物全体の重量の少なくとも０．０１％の量で用い、同時
に不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンが平均粒径２μｍ
未満で分散した水性エマルジョンを組成物全体の重量の
少なくとも０．１％の量で用いることも目的とする。 任意成分 本発明のシャンプー組成物には、先に述べた諸成分以外
に、シャンプー組成物中に通常見いだされる抗菌剤、亜
鉛ピリジンチオンもしくはＯｃｔｏｐｉｒｏｘのような
ふけ防止剤、起泡増進剤、真珠箔顔料、香料、染料、着
色剤、防腐剤、粘度調整剤、タンパク質、ポリマー、緩
衝剤、ポリオールその他の湿潤剤、ハーブエキス、ミン
クオイルまたは蜂蜜といった成分も小量含有させ得る。 本発明を、以下の実施例によって更に詳述する。
【実施例１】次の組成を有するシャンプーを製造する。 このシャンプーの製造には、全成分を櫂形攪拌機で混合
する単純な常温法を用いる。 エマルジョン中のシリコーン粒子は０．４μｍの平均粒
径を有し、シャンプー組成物中でもこの粒径を維持す
る。
【実施例２】次の組成を有するシャンプーを製造する。 このシャンプーの製造には単純な高温法を用い、この方
法では香料以外の全成分を、櫂形攪拌機を用いて７０℃
で混合する。得られた混合物をゆっくり冷却し、４０℃
より低い温度で香料を添加する。
【実施例３】数種のシャンプーを実施例２に述べた高温
混合法で製造し、シャンプーのコンディショニング特性
を評価する比較試験に用いた。 製造したシャンプー組成物は次のような組成を有した。 いずれの組成でも、シリコーン油（含有される場合）は
エマルジョンとして添加した。 シャンプー組成物の試験は、８グラム（２０ｃｍ）の毛
髪束を６つ用いて実施した。各毛髪束を、毎回０．５グ
ラムのシャンプーを用いて３０秒間ずつ２回洗い、その
後濯いで乾燥する。３つの毛髪束に対して試験シャンプ
ーを用い、他の３つの毛髪束に対しては（シリコーンま
たはカチオン性ポリマー含有しない）対照シャンプーを
用いた。 １２人のパネリストに、ペア比較試験で試験毛髪束を対
照毛髪束と比較して、乾燥した毛髪束の梳きやすさを評
価するように依頼した。 次の表１に、用いたシリコーンエマルジョン及びカチオ
ン性ポリマーの詳細、並びに得られた試験結果を示す。 パネリストには最も梳きやすいと感じた毛髪束を選択し
てもらった。この結果は、当該試験毛髪束を対照毛髪束
より梳としたパネリストのパーセンテージとして示して
ある。

【実施例４】実施例１に述べた常温混合法で、次の組成
を有する３種の組成物を調製した。 エチレングリコールジステアレートは、上記アルカノー
ルアミド、及び上記ラウリルエーテルスルフェートの一
部も含有させて予め製造したペーストとして添加した。 一つの組成物にはシリコーンを含有させなかった。 別の組成物には実施例１で用いた、平均シリコーン粒径
が０．４μｍであるシリコーンエマルジョンを２％含有
させた。第三の組成物には、上記エマルジョンと同じシ
リコーン油て製造してあるが、平均シリコーン粒径が４
μｍであるシリコーンエマルジョン２％を含有させた。
このエマルジョンは、シリコーン油をグリセロール中に
ナトリウムラウリルエーテルスルフェート２ＥＯの存在
下に分散させて予め製造した、５０％のシリコーン油
と、２％の界面活性剤と、バランス量のグリセロールと
を含有するエマルジョンであった（グリセロールは他の
二つの組成物にも単独で添加した）。 組成物の用時発泡能力を、人工脂０．０８ｇを含浸させ
た８ｇ（２０ｃｍ）の毛髪束を用いて試験した。 毛髪束をプラスチック袋に入れ、４０℃の水８ｍｌ、続
いて組成物０．８ｍｌを添加した。袋を閉じたまま、毛
髪束を溶液中で３０秒間揉んだ。次に毛髪束を取り出し
たが、その際毛髪束を扱いて泡を全部袋内に残した。泡
を計量シリンダに移し、その量を測定した。 得られた結果を表２に示す。
【表２】組成物 泡の量 シリコーン含有せず 22.0ｍｌ±3.6ｍｌ 粒径０．４μｍのシリコーン含有 22.0ｍｌ±2.0ｍｌ 粒径４μｍのシリコーン含有 17.0ｍｌ±2.5ｍｌ このように、粒径が比較的大きいシリコーンは泡を減少
させるが、本発明による比較的小粒径のシリコーンでは
そのようなことはない。
【実施例５】実施例１に述べた常温混合法で、次の組成
を有する２種の組成物を調製した。 シリコーンは６０，０００ｃＳｔシリコーン油含有のエ
マルジョンとして添加した。一方の組成物には平均シリ
コーン粒径０．４μｍの、実施例１と同じエマルジョン
を２％の量で用いた。他方の組成物に用いたエマルジョ
ンの平均シリコーン粒径は３．０μｍであった。このエ
マルジョンは実施例４に並べた方法を用いて製造した。 エチレングリコールジステアレートは、上記モノエタノ
ールアミド、並びに上記ベタイン及びエーテルスルフェ
ートそれぞれの一部も含有させて予め製造したペースト
として添加した。 組成物試料を２８℃、３７℃及び５０℃で貯蔵した。 ２８℃では、シリコーン粒子が大きい方の試料が６カ月
後２相に分離した。シリコーン粒子が小さい方の試料で
は、そのような分離は起こらなかった。大きいシリコー
ン粒子を含有する組成物は、３７℃では２カ月後、５０
℃は２週間後にやはり２層に分離したが、小さいシリコ
ーン粒子を含有する組成物ではそのようなことはなかっ
た。

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】水以外に （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性及び両性界面活性剤並び
    にこれらの混合物の中から選択された界面活性剤を２〜
    ４０重量％、 （ｂ）グアーゴムのカチオン性誘導体であるカチオン性
    コンディショニングポリマー０．０１〜３重量％、 （ｃ）平均粒径２μｍ未満の分散粒子として存在する不
    溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンを０．１〜１０重量％ 含有する水性シャンプー組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】アニオン性界面活性剤がナトリウムラウリ
    ルスルフェート、トリエタノールアミンラウリルスルフ
    ェート、トリエタノールアミンモノラウリルホスフェー
    ト、ナトリウムラウリルエーテルスルフェート２ＥＯ、
    ナトリウムラウリルエーテルスルフェート３ＥＯ、アン
    モニウムラウリルスルフェート、アンモニウムラウリル
    エーテルスルフェート１ＥＯ、アンモニウムラウリルエ
    ーテルスルフェート２ＥＯ、アンモニウムラウリルエー
    テルスルフェート３ＥＯ、またはこれらの混合物である
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】両性界面活性剤がＣ８〜Ｃ１８アルキルア
    ミドプロピルベタインまたはＣ８〜Ｃ１８アルキルベタ
    インであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】両性界面活性剤がラウリルベンタイン、コ
    コアミドプロピルベタインまたはナトリウムココアンホ
    プロピオネートであることを特徴とする請求項３に記載
    の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】カチオン性グアーゴム誘導体がグアーヒド
    ロキシプロピルトリモニウムクロリドであることを特徴
    とする請求項１から４のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  6. 【請求項６】不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンがポリ
    アルキルシロキサン、ポリアルキルアリールシロキサ
    ン、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求
    項１から５のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンがポリ
    ジメチルシロキサンまたはポリメチルフェニルシロキサ
    ンであることを特徴とする請求項６に記載の組成物。
  8. 【請求項８】シリコーンの平均粒径が０．０１〜１μｍ
    であることを特徴とする請求項１から７のいずれか１項
    に記載の組成物。
  9. 【請求項９】毛髪に不溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーン
    を付着させる美髪処理方法であって、 （ａ）アニオン性、非イオン性及び両性界面活性剤並び
    にこれらの混合物の中から選択された界面活性剤を２〜
    ４０重量％、 （ｂ）グアーゴムのカチオン性誘導体であるカチオン性
    コンディショニングポリマーを０．０１〜３重量％、 （ｃ）平均粒径２μｍ未満の分散粒子として存在する不
    溶性でかつ不揮発性のシリコーンを０．１〜１０重量％ 含有する水性シャンプー組成物で洗髪することを含む、
    水性シャンプー組成物を用いる美髪処理方法。
  10. 【請求項１０】界面活性剤、カチオン性コンディショニ
    ングポリマー、及びシリコーンが平均粒径２μｍ未満で
    分散した水性シリコーンエマルジョンを水と混合するこ
    とを含む、請求項１から８のいずれか１項に記載の水性
