发明背景
在大量产品中使用香精材料以增强产品的消费者愉悦性。将香精材料加入到消费品如衣物洗涤剂、织物柔软剂、肥皂、洗涤剂、个人护理产品(如洗发香波、沐浴露、除臭剂)等以及大量其他产品中。
为了增强香精材料对使用者的有效性,已经使用了各种技术以增强在想要的时间香精材料的递送。一种广泛使用的技术是将香精材料包封在保护性包衣中。通常,保护性包衣是聚合物材料。聚合物材料用于保护香精材料在使用之前免于蒸发、反应、氧化或其他方式的耗散。例如,US 4,081,384公开了一种适用于织物整理剂的由缩聚物包覆的柔软剂或抗静电剂核芯。US 5,112,688公开了选出的具有合适挥发性的香精材料,其通过凝聚由微粒覆盖在壁中,可以活化用于织物整理。US 5,145,842公开了由氨基塑料壳覆盖的脂肪醇、酯或其他固体加香精的固体核芯。US 6,248,703公开了各种制剂,它们包括容纳在挤出的条状肥皂中的在氨基塑料壳中的香精。
典型地,不希望包封的材料过早地从壳中释放。当储藏在一定条件下时,胶囊壳是对于核芯内容物来说常常是稍微可渗透的。在当许多胶囊类型(如具有氨基塑料或交联的明胶壁的那些)储存在水性基料(base)特别是含有表面活性剂的那些水性基料中时的情况尤其是这样。在这些情况下,尽管胶囊壁是完整的,但活性材料在一个浸出过程中随时间从核芯扩散。总的浸出机制可以看作一个扩散过程,发生从胶囊核芯到水性介质的转移,随后转移到或溶解到表面活性剂胶束或囊泡中。在消费品中与0.3至1%的活性材料水平相比一般1至50%之间的表面活性剂浓度的情况下,显然,分配促成了随着时间流逝由表面活性剂吸收。
在本领域还存在着以下需要:提供具有改进的“使用中成本(cost-in-use)”性能的微胶囊产品,使得消费品公司可以使用较少的微胶囊产品以获得相等或更好的性能/益处。
发明概述
本发明的一个方面涉及一种胶囊递送体系,其由含有包封第一活性材料的第一胶囊壁的第一胶囊和含有包封第二活性材料的第二胶囊壁的第二胶囊构成(例如,以约1:9至约9:1的比率)。第一和第二胶囊在以下方面有区别:它们的壁材料、壁材料的量、壁材料的比率、核芯改性剂、清除剂、活性材料、固化温度、加热速率、固化时间、或其组合。
第一和第二活性材料可以是相同的或不同的。在一些实施方案中,第一或第二活性材料是香精。在某些实施方案中,第一或第二活性材料含有恶臭冲消剂(malodorcounteractant),例如,丁酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、乙酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、1-环己基乙烷-1-醇、丙酸1-(4′-甲基乙基)环己基乙烷-1-基酯、2′-羟基-1′-乙基(2-苯氧基)-乙酸酯、和它们的组合。
第一和第二胶囊壁可以由三聚氰胺-甲醛形成。在一些实施方案中,第一胶囊在约120℃以上固化了约0.5至约5小时,且第二胶囊在约70至约100℃固化了约0.5至约5小时。在其他实施方案中,第一胶囊含有第一香精作为第一活性材料,其中第一香精具有多个香精成分并且所述成分的约50至100重量%具有在23℃约0.01mm Hg以上的饱和蒸气压,并且第二胶囊含有第二香精作为第二活性材料,其中第二香精具有多个香精成分并且所述成分的约20至100重量%具有在23℃约0.01mm Hg以上的饱和蒸气压。第一胶囊可以在约100℃以上固化约0.5至约2小时,且第二胶囊可以在低于约100℃的温度固化约0.5至约2小时。备选地,第一胶囊在约70至约130℃的温度固化约2至约4小时,且第二胶囊在约70至约130℃的温度固化约0.5至约1.5小时。
第一和第二胶囊壁可以是不同的。在一些实施方案中,第一胶囊壁由三聚氰胺-甲醛形成,而第二胶囊壁由聚脲或聚氨酯形成。典型地,第一胶囊壁在约70℃以上(例如,约70至约130℃)固化了约0.5至约5小时(例如,约0.5至约3.5小时),且第二胶囊在约50℃以上(例如,约50至约110℃固化了约0.5至约2小时。
在再其他的实施方案中,第一和第二胶囊当被加入到消费品基料(例如,织物整理剂、洗涤剂、织物喷雾剂(fabric spray)、个人洗涤产品、家庭护理产品、液体肥皂、洗发香波、冲洗型调理剂、或免洗型调理剂)中时,当储存在37℃时稳定性多于四周或多于八周,并且在储存中具有在4周或8周后基本上没有改变的释放曲线(release profile)。
上述胶囊递送体系中的任一种均可以还含有淀粉粒子,所述淀粉粒子具有预先荷载在它上面的活性材料。这些体系也可以含有一种以上附加的胶囊,例如,第三、第四、第五、第六和第七胶囊。
本发明的另一方面涉及含有上述胶囊递送体系中任何一种的消费品基料。示例性消费品包括织物整理剂、洗涤剂、织物喷雾剂、个人洗涤产品、家庭护理产品、液体肥皂、洗发香波、冲洗型调理剂和免洗型调理剂。当消费品是织物整理剂或洗涤剂时,织物整理剂含有约1至约30重量%(例如,约5至约10重量%、约8至约15重量%、和约10至约20重量%)的织物整理活性剂(active),并且洗涤剂含有约1至75重量%(例如,约5至约50重量%和约15至约30重量%)。
发明详述
通常,胶囊在约50至约85℃范围内的温度固化。由于用于包封活性材料的聚合物的性质和香精组分的挥发性质(这些会在升高的固化温度下受到损害),不会期望提高固化温度会赋予胶囊改进的保持能力。然而,一种在高温下固化并且固化时间段大于一小时的含有活性材料的聚合物的交联的网络可以提供这样的微胶囊产品:其能够在储存在含有表面活性剂、醇、挥发性硅氧烷和它们的混合物的消费品基料中的期间保持比此前可能的宽得多的范围的活性材料。例如,使用低clogP值的材料可以实现增强的保持。见US 2007/0138673。然而,现在已经发现,在高温固化的胶囊不具有总体上适宜的释放曲线(releaseprofile),例如,它们在典型织物整理剂的潮湿阶段、摩擦前阶段和摩擦后阶段中的每一阶段都缺乏适宜的释放曲线。
因此,本发明的特征在于由具有一种以上不同特性的微胶囊的组合构成的胶囊递送体系,这导致了适宜的释放曲线和/或稳定性。特别地,本发明的体系包括两个以上类型的微胶囊的组合,它们在以下方面有区别:它们的壁材料、壁材料的量、壁材料的比率、核芯改性剂、清除剂、活性材料、固化温度、固化期间的加热速率、固化时间、或其组合。在一些实施方案中,体系由两种、三种、四种、五种、六种、七种或更多种不同类型的胶囊构成,它们在上文涉及的特性中的一项或多项上有区别。在特别的实施方案中,体系由两种类型的微胶囊构成,在本文中描述为含有包封第一活性材料的第一胶囊壁的第一胶囊和含有包封第二活性材料的第二胶囊壁的第二胶囊。
在本文中,术语“胶囊”、“微胶囊”和“包封的材料”可以互换地使用。
按照一些实施方案,体系的两种以上不同类型的胶囊具有不同的壁特性,例如,不同的壁材料、不同的壁材料的量、和/或不同的壁材料的比率。作为说明,第一胶囊可以由三聚氰胺-甲醛构成且第二胶囊可以由脲-甲醛构成,使得第一和第二胶囊具有不同的壁材料。在另一个说明性的实例中,第一胶囊可以由10%共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯和6%甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂构成且第二胶囊可以由5%共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯和3%甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂构成,使得第一和第二胶囊具有不同的壁材料的量。作为还另一个说明性实例,第一胶囊可以由5%共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯和5%甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂构成且第二胶囊可以由5%共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯和3%甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂构成,使得第一和第二胶囊具有不同的壁材料的比率。
对活性材料如香精的包封是本领域已知的,参见例如美国专利号2,800,457、3,870,542、3,516,941、3,415,758、3,041,288、5,112,688、6,329,057、6,261,483和8,299,011。香精包封的其他讨论见于化工百科全书(Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia)。
优选的包封聚合物包括从三聚氰胺-甲醛或脲-甲醛缩合物形成的那些或从将丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯与甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂共聚形成的那些,以及类似类型的氨基塑料。此外,经由明胶的简单或复杂凝聚制得的微胶囊对于与包衣一起使用来说也是优选的。还将具有由以下各项构成的壳壁的微胶囊官能化:聚氨酯、聚脲、聚酰胺、聚烯烃、多糖、蛋白质、硅氧烷、脂质、改性纤维素、胶质(gum)、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或它们的任意组合

使用与具有键合到其上的供质子官能团部分(例如磺酸基团或羧酸酐基团)的含有取代的乙烯基单体单元的聚合物组合的三聚氰胺-甲醛或脲-甲醛预缩合物的微胶囊形成公开在US 4,406,816(2-丙烯酰基酰胺-2-甲基-丙烷磺酸基团)、GB 2,062,570A(苯乙烯磺酸基团)和GB 2,006,709A(羧酸酐基团)中。

当在本发明的实践中使用取代或未取代的丙烯酸共聚物时,在使用具有两种不同的单体单元例如丙烯酰胺单体单元和丙烯酸单体单元的共聚物的情况下,第一单体单元与第二单体单元的摩尔比在约1:9至约9:1、优选约3:7至约7:3的范围内。在使用具有三种不同的单体单元例如甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的共聚物的情况下,第一单体单元与第二单体单元与第三单体单元的摩尔比在约1:1:8至约8:8:1,优选约3:3:7至约7:7:3的范围内。
可用于本发明的实践中的取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物的分子量范围为约5,000至约1,000,000,优选约10,000至约100,000。可用于本发明的实践中的取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物可以是支链的、直链的、星形的、树枝形的或可以是嵌段聚合物或共聚物,或任何前述聚合物或共聚物的共混物。
这样的取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物可以根据本领域技术人员已知的任何工艺(例如,US 6,545,084)制备。
脲-甲醛和三聚氰胺-甲醛预缩合物微胶囊壳壁前体是通过利用使脲或三聚氰胺与甲醛反应的方式制备的,其中三聚氰胺或脲与甲醛的摩尔比在约10:1至约1:6、优选约1:2至约1:5的范围内。为了实践本发明的目的,所得的材料具有在约150至约3000范围内的分子量。所得的材料可以“按原样”用作用于前述取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物的交联剂,或者它可以进一步与C1-C6链烷醇例如甲醇、乙醇、2-丙醇、3-丙醇、1-丁醇、1-戊醇或1-己醇反应,从而形成其中三聚氰胺或脲:甲醛:链烷醇的摩尔比在约1:(0.1-6):(0.1-6)范围内的部分醚(partial ether)。所得含有醚部分的产品可以“按原样”用作用于前述取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物的交联剂,或者它可以自缩合而形成的二聚物、三聚物和/或四聚物,所述的二聚物、三聚物和/或四聚物也可以用作用于前述取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物的交联剂。用于形成这样的三聚氰胺-甲醛和脲-甲醛预缩合物的方法记载于US 3,516,846、US 6,261,483、和Lee,等(2002)J.Microencapsulation 19:559-569。可用于本发明的实践中的脲-甲醛预缩合物的实例是URAC 180和URAC 186(CytecTechnology Corp.,Wilmington,DE)。可用于我们的发明的实践中的三聚氰胺-甲醛预缩合物的实例是CYMEL U-60、CYMEL U-64和CYMEL U-65(Cytec Technology Corp.)。在本发明的实践中,对于将取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物交联来说,优选用作预缩合物。
在实践本发明的过程中,脲-甲醛预缩合物或三聚氰胺-甲醛预缩合物:取代或未取代的丙烯酸聚合物或共聚物的摩尔比的范围在约9:1至约1:9、优选约5:1至约1:5且最优选约2:1至约1:2的范围内。
在另一个实施方案中,可以使用具有一种或多种由伯和/或仲胺反应性基团构成的聚合物或其混合物和交联剂的微胶囊,如US 2006/0248665所公开的。胺聚合物可以具有伯和/或仲胺官能团,并且可以是天然或合成来源的。天然来源的含有胺的聚合物典型地是蛋白质如明胶和白蛋白,以及一些多糖。合成的胺聚合物包括各种程度的水解的聚乙烯基甲酰胺、聚乙烯基胺、聚烯丙基胺和其他具有伯和仲胺侧链(pendant)的合成的聚合物。合适的胺聚合物的实例是LUPAMIN系列的聚乙烯基甲酰胺(可得自BASF)。这些材料的分子量可以在约10,000至约1,000,000范围内。
含有伯和/或仲胺的聚合物可以与以下共聚用单体中的任何一种以任意组合一起使用:(i)具有烷基、芳基和甲硅烷基取代基的乙烯基和丙烯酸单体;OH、COOH、SH、醛、三甲基铵(trimonium)、磺酸酯、NH2、NHR取代基;或乙烯基吡啶、乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物、乙烯基吡咯烷酮(pyrrolidon);(ii)阳离子单体如二烷基二甲基氯化铵、乙烯基咪唑啉卤化物、甲基化乙烯基吡啶、阳离子丙烯酰胺和胍系单体;或(iii)N-乙烯基甲酰胺和其任何混合物。胺单体/总单体的比率在约0.01至约0.99,更优选约0.1至约0.9的范围内。
此外,代替含有胺的聚合物,可以利用可以在微胶囊形成期间产生伯和仲胺的胺产生聚合物,如在US 2006/0248665中公开的。
交联剂可以包括氨基塑料,醛如甲醛和乙醛,二醛如戊二醛,环氧化物,活性氧如臭氧和OH根,聚-取代的羧酸和衍生物如酰氯,酸酐,异氰酸酯,二酮,卤化物-取代的、磺酰氯系的有机物,无机交联剂如Ca2+,能够形成偶氮键、氧化偶氮基键和联亚氨基键的有机物,内酯和内酰胺,亚硫酰氯,光气,单宁酸/鞣酸,聚苯酚和它们的混合物。此外,根据本发明,可以使用如自由基和辐射交联之类的过程。自由基交联剂的实例是过氧化苯甲酰、过硫酸钠、偶氮异丁基腈(AIBN)和它们的混合物。
与交联剂相关地,壁性质受两个因素影响:交联的程度和交联剂的疏水或亲水特性。交联剂的量和反应性决定了交联的程度。交联的程度通过形成对扩散的物理阻挡而影响微胶囊壁渗透性。由具有低反应性基团的交联剂制成的壁将具有比由高反应性交联剂制成的壁更小的交联的程度。如果从低反应性交联剂想要高的交联的程度,则加入较多。如果从高反应性交联剂想要低的交联的程度,则加入较少。交联剂的性质和量也影响壁的疏水性/亲水性。某些交联剂是比另一些更疏水的,并且这些可以用于赋予壁疏水的品质,疏水性的程度正比于所用的交联剂的量。
可以通过与固化温度(例如,低于、等于或高于约100℃)组合调节交联剂的量,达到对微胶囊的交联的网络的程度的最佳化。
交联的程度和疏水性的程度可以由单一的交联剂或交联剂的组合导致。高度反应性和疏水性的交联剂可以用于形成具有高度的交联和疏水性质的微胶囊壁。单一的具有这两种品质的交联剂是有限的,并且因此可以使用交联剂共混物以利用这些组合。具有高反应性但具有低疏水性的交联剂可以与具有低反应性、高疏水性的交联剂组合使用,以得到具有高的交联的程度和高疏水性的壁。合适的交联剂公开在US 2006/0248665中。
用于本发明的实践中的取代或未取代的含有胺的聚合物或共聚物和它们的混合物的分子量范围为约1,000至约1,000,000,优选约10,000至约500,000。用于我们的发明的实践中的取代或未取代的含有胺的聚合物或共聚物可以是支链的、直链的、星形的、接枝的、梯子状的、梳子/刷子状的、树枝形的或可以是嵌段聚合物或共聚物,或任何前述聚合物或共聚物的共混物。备选地,这些聚合物可以也具有热致和/或溶致液晶性质。

水溶性二胺是一类可用于形成聚脲胶囊壁的胺。一类示例性的胺是以下类型的:

其他合适的胺包括但是不限于:三(2-氨基乙基)胺、三亚乙基四胺、N,N′-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,3-丙烷二胺、四亚乙基五胺、1,2-二氨基丙烷、N,N,N’,N’-四(2-羟乙基)亚乙基二胺、N,N,N’,N’-四(2-羟基丙基)亚乙基二胺、支化的聚亚乙基亚胺、2,4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧啶和2,4,6-三氨基嘧啶。
两性胺,即,可以作为酸也可以作为碱反应的胺,是本发明中使用的另一类胺。两性胺的实例包括蛋白质和氨基酸如明胶、L-赖氨酸、L-精氨酸、L-赖氨酸单盐酸盐、精氨酸单盐酸盐和鸟氨酸单盐酸盐。
胍胺和胍盐是本发明中使用的又另一类胺。示例性的胍胺和胍盐包括但是不限于:单盐酸1,3-二氨基胍、盐酸1,1-二甲基双胍、碳酸胍和盐酸胍。
其他合适的胺包括可商购的那些,如JEFFAMINE EDR-148(其中x=2)、JEFFAMINEEDR-176(其中x=3)(得自Huntsman)。其他聚醚胺包括JEFFAMINE ED系列和JEFFAMINETRIAMINES。
可以通过使上文涉及的异氰酸酯中的一种以上与包括二醇或多元醇的醇类在催化剂的存在下反应,来进行聚氨酯胶囊的制备。在本发明中使用的二醇或多元醇具有在200-2000范围内的分子量。示例性的二醇包括但是不限于:乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-己二醇、二丙二醇、环己基1,4-二甲醇和1,8-辛二醇。示例性多元醇包括但是不限于:聚(乙二醇)、聚(丙二醇)、和聚(四亚甲基二醇)。具有至少两个亲核中心的醇也是可用的,例如,己二醇、季戊四醇、葡萄糖、山梨糖醇和2-氨基乙醇。
适合在本发明中使用的催化剂是氨基或有机金属化合物,并且包括,例如,1,4-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(例如,DABCO,Air Products,Allentown,PA)、N,N-二甲基氨基乙醇、N,N-二甲基环己基胺、双-(2-二甲基氨基乙基)醚、N,N-二甲基乙酰基胺、辛酸锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡。

在本发明的胶囊递送体系中,还可以包括预先荷载有香精的淀粉粒子。这些淀粉粒子的实例可以在欧洲专利2606112和美国专利7,585,824中找到。合适的淀粉粒子包括由多孔淀粉、改性淀粉、羧烷基淀粉和阳离子改性淀粉形成的那些。这些淀粉可以具有约100,000至约500,000,000的分子量(例如,约200,000至约10,000,000和约250,000至约5,000,000)。淀粉与活性材料的重量比典型地为约1:25至约1:1(例如,约1:10至约4:96)。胶囊与淀粉粒子之间的重量比可以为约1:20至约20:1(例如,约1:5至约5:1)。
上述的微胶囊或粒子中任一种的直径可以变化,约10纳米至约1000微米,优选约50纳米至约100微米且最优选约1至约15微米。微胶囊分布可以是狭窄的、宽的或多峰的(multi-modal)。多峰分布的每个模型(modal)可以由不同类型的微胶囊化学组成。
按照其他实施方案,本体系的两种以上不同类型的胶囊具有相同或不同的核芯特性,即不同的活性材料;不同的核芯改性剂如溶剂、乳化剂和表面活性剂;和/或不同的清除剂。作为说明,第一胶囊可以含有乙酸肉桂酯和肉桂酸肉桂酯并且第二胶囊可以含有香草香精,以使得第一和第二胶囊具有不同的核芯活性材料。
适合在本发明中使用的的活性材料可以是多种多样的材料,其中一种会想要以受控释放的方式递送到受到本发明组合物(the present composition)处理的表面上或递送到表面周围的环境中。活性材料的非限制性实例包括香水、芳香剂、杀真菌剂、光亮剂、抗静电剂、起皱控制剂、织物柔软剂活性剂、硬表面清洁活性剂、皮肤和/或头发调整剂、恶臭冲消剂、抗微生物剂、UV保护剂、驱昆虫剂、驱动物/害兽剂、阻燃剂等。
在一个优选的实施方案中,活性材料是香精,在此情况下含有香精的微胶囊提供受控释放的气味到受处理的表面上或到表面周围的环境中。在这种情况下,香精可以由多种本领域已知的香精原料如精油、植物提取物、合成香精材料等组成。
通常,微胶囊中以按总微胶囊的重量计约1%至约99%的水平(例如,约10%至约95%、约30%至约90%、和约10至约50%)含有活性材料。总微胶囊粒子的重量包括微胶囊的壳的重量加上微胶囊内部的材料的重量。
适合在本发明中使用的香精包括而不限于与聚合物相容并且能够被聚合物包封的香精、精油、植物提取物或其混合物的任何组合。
在本发明中可以使用许多类型的香精,仅有的限制是被所使用的聚合物包封的相容性和能力,以及与所用的包封工艺的相容性。合适的香精包括但是不限于:水果如杏、苹果、樱桃、葡萄、梨、菠萝、橙、草莓、覆盆子;麝香、花气味如像薰衣草的、像玫瑰的、像鸢尾的和像康乃馨的。其他令人愉悦的气味包括草药气味,如迷迭香、百里香和鼠尾草;以及源自松树、云杉和其他森林味道的林地气味。香精也可以源自各种油,如精油,或源自植物材料,如胡椒薄荷、荷兰薄荷等。在本发明中也可以使用其他熟悉的和流行的味道,如婴儿爽身粉、爆米花、比萨、棉花糖等。
在US 4,534,891、US 5,112,688和US 5,145,842中提供了合适的香精的清单。合适的香精的另一来源在香水化妆品和肥皂(Perfumes Cosmetics and Soaps),第二版,W.A.Poucher编辑,1959中。在此论文中所提供的香精中的是:刺槐,金合欢,素心兰,仙客来(cylamen),蕨类、栀子、山楂、向日葵、金银花、风信子、茉莉、丁香、百合、兰花、含羞草、水仙、新鲜割下的干草,橙花、兰花、木犀草、甜豌豆、三叶草、夜来香、香草、紫罗兰、桂竹香等。
此外,本领域已知具有较低logP或ClogP(从这里开始,这些术语将可互换地使用)的香精材料显示较高的水溶性。因此,当这些材料处于放在含水消费品中的具有与水结合的壁的微胶囊的核芯中时,如果壳壁对于香精材料来说是可渗透的,则这些材料将具有较大的倾向扩散到含有表面活性剂的基料中。
如在US 7,491,687中公开的,已经报道了许多香味成分的logP,例如,Ponoma92数据库,可得自Daylight Chemical Information Systems,Inc.(Daylight CIS,Irvine,CA)。最方便是使用也可得自Daylight CIS的ClogP程序计算这些值。当可得自Pomona数据库时,该程序也列出了实验测得的logP值。计算的logP(ClogP)一般由片段法(Hansch&Leo(1990)在综合医药化学(Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry),第4卷,Hansch等编辑者,第295页中,Pergamon Press)测定。此方法基于香精成分的化学结构,并将原子的数目和类型、原子连接性和化学键合考虑在内。在本发明中,可以使用ClogP值代替实验的logP值,前者是对于此生理化学性质来说最可靠的且广泛使用的评估。更多关于ClogP和logP值的信息可以在US 5,500,138中找到。
在表1中提供的下列香精成分处于适合用于本发明的微胶囊中的内含物的那些中。

为了从在上文提及的各种基材上沉积的包封香精的微胶囊提供最高的香精效果,优选的是使用具有高气味活性的材料。具有高气味活性的材料可以在空气中的低浓度下由感觉接收器探测到,从而从低的沉积微胶囊的水平提供高的香精感知。如上所述,必然用挥发性平衡此性质。上述原理中的一些公开在US 5,112,688中。
在属于本文描述的高温固化的微胶囊的实施方案中,可以使用大范围的clog P材料,原因在于微胶囊的改善的稳定性。因此,核芯活性材料可以具有至少60重量%的具有大于2的ClogP的材料,优选大于80重量%的具有大于2.5的ClogP的材料,且更优选大于80重量%的具有大于3的ClogP的材料。在另一个实施方案中,高稳定性微胶囊也可以允许待有效包封的具有等于或小于2的logP的活性材料高达100%的保持。
在本发明的某些实施方案中,第一和第二胶囊具有不同量的具有特定蒸气压的香精。在具体的实施方案中,第一胶囊含有香精,其中约50至约100重量%的该香精、更优选约60至约100重量%的该香精且最优选约70至约90重量%的该香精在23℃具有约0.01mm Hg以上的饱和蒸气压,并且第二胶囊含有香精,其中约20至约100重量%的该香精、更优选约30至约80重量%的该香精且甚至更优选约40至约60重量%的该香精在23℃具有大于或等于约0.01mm Hg的饱和蒸气压。特别地,第一胶囊含有香精,其中约50至约100重量%的该香精、更优选约60至约100重量%的该香精且最优选约70至约90重量%的该香精在23℃具有大于或等于约0.01mm Hg的饱和蒸气压,并且胶囊在等于或高于100℃的温度固化至少2小时,并且第二胶囊含有香精,其中约20至约100重量%的该香精、更优选约30至约80重量%的该香精且甚至更优选约40至约60重量%的该香精在23℃具有大于或等于约0.01mm Hg的饱和蒸气压,并且胶囊在低于100℃的温度固化小于2小时。可以通过常规方法进行香精的饱和蒸气压的测定,参见,例如,Rudolfi等(1986)J.Chromatograph.A 365:413-415;Friberg&Yin(1999)J.Disp.Sci.Technol.20:395-414。
本领域技术人员理解,香精制剂经常是许多香精成分的复杂混合物。一种香水通常具有几千种香精化学品在起作用。本领域技术人员理解,第一或第二胶囊的每种胶囊含有单一成分,但是更可能的是胶囊将含有至少八种以上香精化学品,更可能含有十二种以上香精化学品且经常是二十种以上香精化学品。本发明也预期使用在香精制剂中含有五十种以上香精化学品、七十五种以上或甚至一百种以上香精化学品的复杂香精制剂。
本发明的微胶囊中的香精的水平在约5至约95重量%、优选约40至约95重量%且最优选约50至约90重量%变化。除了香精,其他材料可以与香精联合使用并理解为被包含在内。
本活性材料可以还包括一种以上在组合物的优选小于约70重量%(例如,约0.1至约50重量%和约0.5至约5重量%)的水平的恶臭冲消剂。恶臭冲消剂组合物起到减少或除去来自用本组合物处理的表面或物体的恶臭的作用。恶臭冲消剂组合物优选选自不复杂的(uncomplexed)环糊精、气味阻隔剂(odor blocker)、反应性醛、黄烷类、沸石、活性炭、和它们的混合物。包含气味控制剂的本文的组合物可以用在减少或除去来自用组合物处理的表面的恶臭的方法中。
可用在本文的微胶囊中的恶臭冲消剂组合物组分的具体实例包括但是不限于:恶臭冲消剂组分如丁酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、乙酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、1-环己基乙烷-1-醇、丙酸1-(4′-甲基乙基)环己基乙烷-1-基酯、和2′-羟基-1′-乙基(2-苯氧基)乙酸酯,所述化合物的每一种以商标VEILEX由国际香料和香精公司(New York,NY)销售;以及恶臭冲消剂组分如在US 6,379,658中公开的那些,包括β-萘基甲基醚、β-萘基酮、苄基丙酮、丙酸六氢-4,7-亚甲基茚-5-基酯与丙酸六氢-4,7-亚甲基茚-6-基酯的混合物、4-(2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-3-丁烯-2-酮、3,7-二甲基-2,6-壬二烯-1-腈、十二氢-3a,6,6,9a-四甲基萘并(2,1-b)呋喃、正十二烷二酸的乙二醇环酯、1-环十六烯-6-酮、1-环十七烯-10-酮、和玉米薄荷油。
除了香精材料和恶臭冲消剂,本发明预期将溶剂材料并入一种以上的微胶囊中。溶剂材料是混溶在香精材料中的疏水材料。溶剂材料起到增加各种活性材料的相容性的作用、增加共混物总疏水性的作用、影响活性材料的蒸气压的作用,或起到构成共混物的作用。合适的溶剂是对于香精化学品具有合理的亲和性并且具有大于约2.5、优选大于约3.5且最优选大于约5.5的ClogP的那些。合适的溶剂材料包括但是不限于:三甘油酯油、单和二甘油酯、矿物油、硅油、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚α烯、蓖麻油和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯。在一个优选的实施方案中,溶剂材料与具有如上所述的ClogP值的香精材料组合。应当注意,选择对于彼此来说具有高亲和性的溶剂和香精将导致最显著的稳定性改善。合适的溶剂包括但是不限于:单-、二-和三-酯,和它们的混合物,或脂肪酸和甘油,其中脂肪酸链可以在C4-C26的范围内,并且脂肪酸链可以具有任何不饱和程度。例如称为NEOBEE M5(Stepan Corporation)的癸酸/辛酸三甘油酯是合适的溶剂。其他合适的实例是得自Abitec Corporation的CAPMUL系列。例如,CAPMUL MCM。附加的溶剂包括:肉豆蔻酸异丙酯;聚甘油低聚体的脂肪酸酯,例如,R2CO-[OCH2-CH(OCOR1)-CH2O-]n,其中R1和R2可以是H或C4-C26脂族链,或它们的或混合物,且n在约2至约50之间、优选约2至约30的范围内;非离子脂肪醇烷氧基化物如BASF的NEODOL表面活性剂、Shell Corporation的dobanol表面活性剂或Stepan的BIO-SOFT表面活性剂,其中烷氧基是乙氧基、丙氧基、丁氧基或其混合物并且所述表面活性剂可以是用甲基封端以增加它们的疏水性的;含有非离子、阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂的二-和三-脂肪酸链,及其混合物;聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇和聚丁二醇的脂肪酸酯,或其混合物;聚α烯烃如EXXONMOBIL PURESYM PAO线;酯如EXXONMOBIL PURESYN酯;矿物油;硅油如聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基环硅氧烷;邻苯二甲酸二乙酯;己二酸二辛酯和己二酸二异癸酯。
尽管在核芯中溶剂不是必需的,但优选的是,在微胶囊产品的核芯中的溶剂的水平应当小于约80重量%,优选小于约50重量%且更优选0至约20重量%。除了溶剂之外,优选使用更高ClogP香精材料。优选的是,大于约25重量%、优选大于约50重量%且更优选大于约90重量%的香精化学品具有在约2至约7之间、优选约2至约6且更优选约2至约5之间的ClogP。本领域技术人员将理解可以使用各种溶剂和香精化学品形成许多制剂。比较低到中等的ClogP香精化学品的使用将导致可以被包封的香精(前提是它是足够水溶性的),将通常在洗涤期间会已经蒸发或溶解在水中的成分递送到关键的消费者阶段如潮湿和干燥的织物上。在高logp材料具有出色包封性质的同时,它们通常良好地从消费品中常规的(无包封的)香精被递送。这样的香精化学品会通常仅仅需要为了总的香精特性目的、非常长持续的香精递送或与消费品的过度的不相容而包封,例如,否则会不稳定的香精材料导致了产品的变厚或变色或以其他方式负面地影响所需的消费品的性质。
许多包封过程的一个共同的特征是它们需要在微胶囊壁的形成之前将待包封的香精材料分散在聚合物、预缩合物、表面活性剂、清除剂等的水溶液中。在一个实施方案中,本发明的体系的胶凝具有不同的清除剂,特别是甲醛清除剂。根据此实施方案,可以从有效的痕量到100倍(即,100X)化学计量的量使用甲醛清除剂。化学计量的量是理论上与以氨基塑料交联剂的形式添加的所有甲醛(结合的和游离的甲醛)结合或反应所需要的清除剂的量。此量的清除剂可以加入到浆液或后来加入到最终产物制剂。例如,可以将未清扫的浆液加入到制剂,随后加入一定量的清除剂。
用于形成胶囊浆液的甲醛系交联剂的具体的量含有一定百分率的游离的甲醛和结合的甲醛。游离的和结合的甲醛的总的组合摩尔数决定了需要与全部甲醛反应的清除剂的摩尔的量。为了驱动此反应完成,使用约10X(即,10倍)摩尔过量的清除剂,优选约5X摩尔过量的清除剂。此处的摩尔数意指清除基团的摩尔数。因此,如果清除剂分子是多官能的(即,聚合的),则需要加入较少摩尔数的此分子。这是基于所用的交联剂的量所需的清除剂的最大水平。
所需的清除剂的最小水平是仅清除浆液中的游离的甲醛的量。此量是分析确定的。所需的清除剂的摩尔数的最小量等于测得的甲醛的摩尔数(1:1)。示例性的甲醛清除剂包括:β-二羰基化合物;单或二-酰胺清除剂;通过与甲醛的反应形成亚胺的胺;以及甲醛减少剂和含硫化合物,如在US 2009/0258042中公开的那些。

按照其他实施方案,体系的两种以上不同类型的胶囊已经以不同的方式固化了,例如不同的固化温度、不同的加热速率和/或不同的固化时间。作为说明,第一胶囊可以在125℃的温度固化且第二胶囊可以在85℃固化,因而第一和第二胶囊在不同的温度固化。在另一个说明性实例中,第一胶囊可以在90℃固化2小时,且第二胶囊可以固化4小时,因而第一和第二胶囊被固化了不同的时间。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,在较高的固化温度和较少的活性材料从微胶囊的浸出之间有直接的关系。按照此实施方案,当含有活性材料的聚合物的交联网络在100℃以上的温度固化时,提高了微胶囊的保持能力。在一个优选的实施方案中,当固化温度高于110℃时,提高了胶囊递送体系中的一种微胶囊的保持能力。在一个更优选的实施方案中,当固化温度高于120℃时,提高了此微胶囊的保持能力。
为了获得具有较多的活性材料从微胶囊的浸出的微胶囊,本发明的某些实施方案提供了低于100℃的固化温度。在一些实施方案中,微胶囊的固化温度在90℃以下(例如,约50至约90℃)。在其他实施方案中,微胶囊的固化温度在80℃以下(例如,约50至约70℃)。
在特别的实施方案中,第一胶囊在100℃以上的温度固化且第二胶囊在低于100℃的温度固化。在其他实施方案中,第一胶囊在高于120℃的温度固化且第二胶囊在约75至99℃之间的温度固化。
此外,可以通过在更高的温度固化更长的时间,得到更高的性能的微胶囊。因此,在一些实施方案中,含有活性材料的聚合物的交联网络可以固化多至1小时且更优选比二小时更长的时间段。更优选地,胶囊的固化时间段为至少多至约2小时、至少多至约3小时或至少多至约4小时。在特别的实施方案中,第一胶囊固化了约1至约4小时,且第二胶囊固化了约1至约4小时。在某些实施方案中,第一和第二胶囊两者在不同的温度固化了约1至约3小时。
在更优选的实施方案中,当含有活性材料的聚合物的交联网络达到目标固化温度的加热曲线优选为线性,具有至少多至约2℃/分钟,优选至少多至约5℃/分钟,更优选至少多至约8℃/分钟且甚至更优选至少多至约10℃/分钟的加热速率,经过小于约六十分钟和更优选小于约三十分钟的时间段时,可以得到更好的性能的微胶囊。在本发明的实践中,可以使用以下加热方法:传导(例如经由油、蒸汽)、辐射(经由红外线和微波)、对流(经由加热的空气)、蒸汽注入、以及本领域技术人员已知的其他方法。
根据本发明,目标固化温度是包含含有活性材料的聚合物的交联网络的胶囊可以被固化一段时间时所处的按摄氏度计的最低温度,所述一段时间是为了减缓浸出的最小时间段。在目标固化温度为了减缓浸出所需的时间段可以为在胶囊冷却前至少多至约两分钟到至少多至约1小时。更优选地,胶囊的固化时间为至少多至约2小时,至少多至约3小时,或至少多至约4小时。
在一个优选的实施方案中,两种以上类型的微胶囊的组合在消费品(例如,可以使活性材料从胶囊随时间浸出的含有表面活性剂、醇或挥发性硅氧烷的基料)中四周时间后保持多于约40%的包封的活性材料。在一个更优选的实施方案中,微胶囊在四周时间后保持多于约50%的包封的活性材料。在一个最优选的实施方案中,微胶囊保持多于约60%的包封的活性材料。保持能力可以取决于产品基料的配方(如可以在约1%至约50%范围内的表面活性剂的水平)以及包封的活性材料的性质和储存温度而变化。
活性材料如香精的浸出不仅发生在消费品中储藏时,也发生在洗涤期间的洗涤和漂洗循环期间施用洗涤剂、织物柔软剂和其他织物护理产品时。本发明的微胶囊在洗涤和漂洗循环期间也显示增强的稳定性。
术语高稳定性指的是微胶囊产品将至少50重量%的活性材料在基料中保持一段时间(例如,4周和8周)的能力,所述基料具有促进活性材料从微胶囊产品浸出到基料中的倾向。如本文所使用的产品的稳定性是在室温以上经过至少一周的时间测量的。优选地,允许本发明的胶囊在37℃以上储存多于约两周且优选多于约四周。更具体地,优选将胶囊在37℃储存8周,其表示消费品的6至12个月的保存期限。
本发明的体系一般地含有大于约10重量%的水、优选大于约30重量%的水和更优选大于约50重量%的水。在进一步的实施方案中,含有两个以上类型的微胶囊的组合的体系可以根据在US 2007/0078071中所述的工艺喷雾干燥。
在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,除了在整个本发明所述的聚合物之外,还可以使用众所周知的材料如溶剂、表面活性剂、乳化剂等,以包封活性材料如香精。应当理解,术语包封意在意味着基本上将活性材料全部覆盖。取决于所用的包封技术,包封可以提供孔隙空白或空隙开口。更优选地,将本发明的全部活性材料部分包封。
根据本发明,本文所述的两个以上类型的微胶囊的组合合并在消费品中。在一些实施方案中,以占最终消费品的总重量的约0.1至约10%的水平将两个以上类型的微胶囊的组合提供在消费品中。对于使用公开的组合来说,有巨大的益处,包括提供高稳定性微胶囊、较长的保存期限、在运输期间更稳定、以及重要地是较佳的随时间流逝的感觉性能,例如线性的释放曲线。
据信,在消费品的基料中的表面活性剂的较高浓度和增加的包封的活性材料从微胶囊中出来到基料中的浸出效果之间存在关系。主要是非水性性质的基料,例如,基于醇或挥发性硅氧烷的那些基料,也可能随时间使活性材料从胶囊浸出。挥发性硅氧烷例如但是不限于环聚二甲基硅氧烷,并且由SF1256CYCLOPENTASILOXANE和SF1257CYCLOPENTASILOXANE(General Electric Company)例示。挥发性硅氧烷在大量个人护理产品中,如止汗药、除臭剂、喷发剂、清洁膏、护肤霜、洗液和棒状产品、沐浴油、晒黑和剃须产品、化妆和指甲上光剂。在这些产品类型中,基料溶剂本身使活性材料增溶。
根据本发明,该体系良好地适合于多种应用,包括洗去型产品。在一些实施方案中,体系提供比率为约1:9至约9:1、优选约1:2至约2:1的第一胶囊和第二胶囊。在特别的实施方案中,体系提供比率为约1:1的第一胶囊和第二胶囊。
洗去型产品理解为那些施用一段给定的时间并随后除去的产品。这些产品在如下领域是常见的:洗衣产品,并包括洗涤剂、织物整理剂等;以及个人护理产品,其包括洗发香波、护发素、头发颜料和染料、润发剂、沐浴露、肥皂等。

本发明将在以下实施例中进一步被描述,但是它们不限定在权利要求中所述的本发明的范围。
实施例1:高稳定性含有香精的微胶囊的制备
将香精与NEOBEE-M5和40%亚乙基脲溶液混合,从而形成香精/溶剂组合物(表2)。通过形成聚合物壁从而包封香精/溶剂组合物液滴,来制备无包覆(uncoated)的胶囊。为了制得胶囊浆液,将共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯(ALCAPSOL 200)与高亚氨基甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂(CYMEL 385,Cytec Industries,Belgium)一起分散在水中(表2)。使胶囊组分在酸性条件下反应。随后将香精/溶剂组合物加入到溶液中,并且通过高剪切均化得到所需大小的液滴。
制备十二个不同的胶囊。表中示出了具有不同香精组合物(表2)和固化温度/时间的胶囊1-10。
除了使用不同的香精之外,按照在美国专利8,299,011的实施例3中所述的程序制备胶囊11和12。

实施例2:含有织物柔软剂样品的胶囊的制备
在此实施例中,使用含有大约20%阳离子季铵表面活性剂的无香精的(unfragranced)典型织物整理剂。按照下述程序,制备九个样品和十个比较样品。
在样品1和比较样品1和1’中,将具有如实施例1中所述的用三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂交联的丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物构成的壳壁的胶囊1和2两者单独或者以下表4中所示比率与典型织物整理剂混合。使用高架搅拌器以300rpm搅拌所得的混合物直至均匀。

将织物柔软剂样品储存在5℃或37℃达4、6和8周。历史数据显示,在5℃储存的样品表现等于新鲜制得的样品。
实施例3:典型织物整理剂中的微胶囊的感官性能
将在实施例2中制备的织物整理剂样品(每种样品20克)各在其漂洗循环中引入到Miele Professional PW6055 Plus滚筒洗衣机中,以整理八块手巾,包括本体负荷(bulkload)在内总重量为大约2200克。在漂洗之后,由16个人的感觉小组使用从0至99的标定量度(Label Magnitude Scale)(LMS)评价潮湿的毛巾,其中3=“几乎检测不到”,7=:“弱”,16=“中等”,且32=“强”。记录感觉得分。将来自第二洗涤的另一组八块毛巾排成一行干燥24小时,随后评价八块毛巾。这样,由16个人的小组使用LMS评价八块选定的干燥的毛巾。
在用手摩擦装在分开的聚乙烯袋中的八块随机选择的毛巾中的每块之前和之后,记录感觉得分。每次摩擦试验包括摩擦毛巾五次,每次间隔2秒,总共摩擦10秒的时间。由感觉小组获得绝对强度得分。参见下表5。与表现等于新鲜制得的样品的在5℃/4周储存的样品的得分相比,如下得分的变化:(在37℃储存的样品的得分–在5℃储存的样品的得分)/在5℃储存的样品的得分x 100%。变化的百分数示于下表6中。正的百分数指示得分增加,且负的百分数指示得分降低。
当与在5℃ 4周后获得的样品相比,在所有三个阶段(潮湿的、摩擦前、和摩擦后),比较样品(仅含有胶囊1)和比较样品1’(仅含有胶囊2)两者都有明显的变化。
出人意料地,本发明的样品1当在37℃储存4周或8周时,在潮湿情况下显示小得多的变化。而且,与比较样品1或1’中任一个的释放曲线相比,此样品经过延长的储存条件得到恒定的线性的释放曲线。

实施例4:含有纯香精油的递送体系
还制备八种本发明的样品(2-9)和八种比较样品(2’-9’),各自含有纯香精油。
除了以在下表7中描述的百分比使用纯香精油和两种不同的胶囊外,使用在上文实施例2中所述的方法,各获得五种织物整理剂,即样品2-4、8和9。除了不使用两种胶囊而是使用单一胶囊之外,以完全相同的方式制备比较样品2’-4’、8’和9’。

评价这十种织物整理剂的性能。更具体地,将织物整理剂样品(每种样品35克)各单独在其漂洗循环中引入到Miele Professional PW6055 Plus滚筒洗衣机中,以整理3块手巾,包括本体负荷在内洗涤负荷的总重量为大约2200克。在漂洗之后,由3个人的小组盲评价潮湿的毛巾中的一块的强度。将来自使用刚陈述的相同的洗涤条件的第二洗涤的一组3块毛巾排成一行干燥24小时。将这3块干燥的毛巾各储存在聚乙烯袋中,并且由3个人的小组评价。在用手摩擦毛巾中的每块之前和之后,记录得分。每次摩擦试验对于总共摩擦10秒的时间而言使用5次间隔,每次间隔2秒。将以下五个性能之一分配给在购买点(在下文中“POP”)、潮湿情况、和干燥摩擦后的每个样品:(1)几乎没有任何性能,(ii)弱的性能,(iii)良好的性能,(iv)非常良好的性能,(v)出色的良好的性能。
出人意料地,织物整理剂样品2-4、8和9各自在POP和潮湿情况具有合理的性能,并在干燥摩擦后具有良好到非常良好的性能。与之相比,对比物2’-4’、8’和9’各自在POP、潮湿情况和干燥摩擦后获得“几乎没有任何性能”的得分。
类似地,按照下述程序,制备并评价三种本发明的洗涤剂粉末样品(样品5-7)和三种比较样品(5’-7’)。
为了获得样品5-7,首先使用香精油和两种选自胶囊4-6的胶囊提供胶囊浆液。关于在各样品中的胶囊以及它们的比率,参见上表7。将浆液滴加至无香精的典型粉末洗涤剂机器洗涤基料。使得所得的混合物干燥过夜。也使用单一胶囊代替两种胶囊,制备对比样品5’-7’。
为了评价性能,将80克的粉末洗涤剂样品或对比样品在主洗涤循环期间引入到Miele Professional PW6055 Plus滚筒洗衣机中,以洗涤3块手巾,包括本体负荷在内洗涤负荷的总重量为2200克。在漂洗之后,由3个人的小组对一块潮湿的毛巾的香精强度盲进行评价。将另三块毛巾以相同方式洗涤并排成一行干燥24小时。将3块干燥的毛巾各储存在聚乙烯袋中,并且由3个人的小组评价。在用手摩擦毛巾中的每块之前和之后,记录得分。对于总共摩擦10秒的时间,每个摩擦试验使用5次间隔,每次间隔2秒。将以下五个性能之一分配给在POP、潮湿情况和干燥情况摩擦后的每个样品:(i)几乎没有任何性能,(ii)弱的性能,(iii)良好的性能,(iv)非常良好的性能,和(vi)出色的良好的性能。
出人意料地,与比较例相比,洗涤剂粉末样品5-7各自在POP、潮湿情况和干燥情况摩擦后具有良好的性能,比较例在这三个阶段各得到“几乎没有任何性能”的得分。
实施例5:递送体系和恶臭冲消剂性能
制备本发明的两个递送体系并对恶臭减少性能进行评价。
更具体地,使用在上文的实施例4中所述的程序,用纯香精油Blue Energy(可商购自国际香料和香精公司(International Flavors and Fragrances))和胶囊4和6(在实施例1中制得的)获得织物整理剂样品10和11。组分的比率显示在下表8中。注意,香精BlueEnergy不含有恶臭冲消剂,并且在胶囊6中包封的香精含有恶臭冲消剂。

为了评价样品10和11的恶臭减少性能,在厚绒布毛巾(36克)上喷洒甜恶臭(0.25-0.3克)。使用多块毛巾。将这些毛巾储存在大的盖着的烧杯中并静置16小时。对照物,即未处理的厚绒布毛巾,也在封闭的烧杯中保持16小时。
在手洗应用中,在20℃将厚绒布毛巾用在水中浓度为2.5克/L的样品10和11漂洗。在一升含有样品的水中,加入两块厚绒布毛巾并允许停留10分钟。随后取出毛巾并通过绞拧机。
由6个受过训练的小组成员在潮湿情况以及干燥情况摩擦之前和之后对恶臭强度评价厚绒布毛巾。结果显示,样品10和11明显降低在潮湿情况、摩擦前干燥情况和摩擦后干燥情况的恶臭。
实施例6:递送体系和它的释放曲线
按照实施例4中描述的程序,制备织物整理剂即样品12,以及比较样品12和12’。样品12含有包封的0.5重量%(Neat Oil Equivalence)的香精Jillz的本发明的递送体系,即,胶囊2和7的组合,比较样品12含有0.5重量%(NOE)的包封在胶囊2中的Jillz,而比较样品12’含有0.5重量%(NOE)的包封在胶囊7中的Jillz。
随后,在刚制成后马上评价织物整理剂以及在储存在37℃ 4周后评价织物整理剂。更具体地,将织物整理剂(100克的样品12、比较样品12或比较样品12’)在漂洗循环期间引入到US波轮(top loader)洗衣机中,以整理8块手巾,包括本体负荷(bulk load)在内的总洗涤负荷是2200克。在漂洗之后,由16个人的感觉小组使用从0至99的标定量度(LMS)评价潮湿的毛巾,其中3=“几乎检测不到”,7=:“弱”,16=“中等”,且32=“强”。记录感觉得分。将来自第二洗涤的另一组八块毛巾加热干燥,并随后在摩擦之前和之后以相同方式评价。记录感觉得分并归纳在下表9中。

比较样品12在潮湿情况下给出了良好的得分,而比较样品12’在摩擦后干燥情况下给出了良好的得分。出人意料的是,本发明的样品12具有与比较样品12’相比更高的潮湿得分和与比较样品12相比更高的摩擦后得分。因此,当新鲜制得或储存在37℃达4周时,样品12给出了更加平衡的释放曲线。
实施例7:含有聚脲胶囊的递送体系
胶囊11和12各自具有聚脲胶囊壁。参见上述实施例1。按照在实施例4中所述的程序,制备两种织物整理剂,即样品13和14,以及比较样品13、13’和14。所有织物整理剂都含有纯香精油Blue Energy。
样品13由胶囊8(0.15重量%NOE)和胶囊11(0.45重量%NOE)形成。参见下表10。比较样品13和13’各自含有胶囊11和不同量的纯油。

按照与在上述实施例6中所述的相同的程序,评价样品13和这两种比较样品。记录得分并且计算变化,显示在下表11中。

出人意料地,织物整理剂样品13与比较样品13和13’相比更加稳定,这由在37℃储存4周后性能的较小变化证实。
样品14由香精Blue Energy(0.16重量%)、胶囊9(0.07重量%NOE)、胶囊10(0.05重量%NOE)和胶囊12(0.25重量%NOE)形成。比较样品14含有Blue Energy(0.7重量%)和胶囊12(0.12重量%NOE)。
按照与在实施例6中所述的相同的程序,评价样品14和比较样品14。得分示于下表12中。

其他实施方案
在此说明书中公开的所有特征都可以以任何组合进行组合。在此说明书中公开的每个特征可以由起到相同、等价或类似目的备选特征替换。因此,除非另外清楚说明,否则公开的各个特征是仅仅是等价或类似特征的上位系列的一个实例。
事实上,为了达到胶囊递送体系的目的,本领域技术人员可以使用不同的胶囊以在消费品中达到想要的器官感觉的或释放曲线。而且。这些胶囊之间的比率也可以由本领域技术人员通过本领域公知的试验确定,以制备具有想要的性质的递送体系。
从以上描述,本领域技术人员可以容易地确定本发明的实质特性,并且在不脱离其精神和范围的情况下,可以作出本发明的各种变化和改变,以使它适应各种使用和情况。因此,其他实施方案也在权利要求中。
Claims (18)
1.一种胶囊递送体系,所述胶囊递送体系包含含有包封第一活性材料的第一胶囊壁的第一胶囊和含有包封第二活性材料的第二胶囊壁的第二胶囊,其中所述第一胶囊在高于120℃至等于或低于125℃的温度下固化1-4小时,且所述第二胶囊在等于或高于80℃至低于100℃的温度下固化1-4小时,所述第一和第二胶囊壁各自均由共聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯和甲基化三聚氰胺交联剂形成,并且所述第一和第二活性材料各自是香精。
2.权利要求1所述的胶囊递送体系,其中
所述第一胶囊含有第一香精作为所述第一活性材料,其中所述第一香精具有多种香精成分,所述香精成分的50至100重量%具有在23℃0.01mm Hg以上的饱和蒸气压;并且
所述第二胶囊含有第二香精作为所述第二活性材料,其中所述第二香精具有多种香精成分,所述香精成分的20至100重量%具有在23℃0.01mm Hg以上的饱和蒸气压。
3.权利要求1所述的胶囊递送体系,其中所述第一或第二活性材料包含恶臭冲消剂。
4.权利要求3所述的胶囊递送体系,其中所述恶臭冲消剂是丁酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、乙酸1-环己基乙烷-1-基酯、1-环己基乙-1-醇、丙酸1-(4′-甲基乙基)环己基乙烷-1-基酯、2′-羟基-1′-乙基(2-苯氧基)乙酸酯、或其组合。
5.权利要求1所述的胶囊递送体系,其中所述第一和第二胶囊当被加入到消费品基料中并储存在37℃时稳定四周以上,所述消费品是个人洗涤产品或家庭护理产品。
6.权利要求1所述的胶囊递送体系,其中所述第一和第二胶囊当被加入到消费品基料中并储存在37℃时稳定四周以上,所述消费品是织物整理剂、洗涤剂、织物喷雾剂或护发产品。
