Claims (16)
- 1.車輛の内燃機関(4)は出力制御装置たとえば走行ペダルまたはスロットル バルブにより制御可能であり、始動機構(3)の入力回転数(エンジン回転数n mot(t))と出力回転数(変速機入力回転数ne(t))との間の、始動機 構(3)の入力回転数(エンジン回転数nmot(t))に関連づけられた回転 数差値(sak(t)=Dk(t)/nmot(t)=(nmot(t)−ne (t))/nmot(t))を制御可能に構成されている、たとえば内躰関関( 4)で駆動される車幅の始動時変速回転数特性可変機構(3)の制御方法におい て、車輛の始動過程前または停止前に求められた走行アクティビティ(SK(t ))に応じて複数個の始動特性曲線(AFKi;i=1,2,...,5)の群 から1つの特性曲線が選択され、 該特性曲線に基づき、前記の回転数差値(Sak(t))は少なくとも始動過程 に際して前記始動機構により間接的にまたは直接的に、少なくともエンジン回転 数(nmot(t))に依存して設定調整されることを特徴とする、 始動時変速回転数特性可変機構の制御方法。
- 2.前記走行アクティビティ(SK(t))は、運転者しの走行スタイルまたは 交通状況に基づく運転者の操作を長期間にわたリ評価する関数関係(移動平均値 形成)により、車輛のただ1つの作動特性量を、または複数個の作動特性量を合 成して得られたただ1つの量を周期的または非周期的に捕捉検出した目下の値と 先行の値から求められる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.運転者の走行スタイルまたは交通状況に基づく運転者の操作の評価は、車輛 の所定の作動状態のもとでは中断される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 4.車輛が停止し(走行速度v(t)≒0)かつ内燃機関が動いている(nmo t>0)ときに第1の作動状態が発生し、該第1の作動状態が発生すると、走行 アクティビティ(SK(t))の目下の値は少なくとも該第1の作動状態が生じ ている期間にわたり記憶され、該期間の後に、記憶された走行アクティビティに より評価が新たに継続される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 5.車輛が止められると(点火オフつまリ走行速度v(t)≒0かつnmot( t)≒0)と第2の作動状態が発生し、該第2の作動状態が発生すると、走行ア クティビティ(SK(t))の目下の値は少なくとも該第2の作動状態が発生し ている期間にわたり記憶され、該期間の後に、記憶された走行アクティビティに より評価が新たに継続される、請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 6.前記走行アクティビティ(SK(t))は手触で操作できるキースイッチに より基本値(最小値SKmin)ヘリセット可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれ か1項記載の方法。
- 7.車輛が止められると(点火オフつまリ走行速度v(t)≒0かつnmot( t)≒0)第3の作動状態が発生し、該第3の作動状態が発生すると、走行アク ティビティ(SK(t))の目下の値は自動的に基本値(最小値SKmin)ヘ リセットされる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 8.車輛の始動過程前または停止前に求められた走行アクティビティ(SK(t ))に応じて複数個の始動特性曲線(AFKi;i=1,2,...,5)の群 から1つの始動特性曲線(AFK(SK(t)))が選択され、該始動特性曲線 に基づき、無段変速機に前置接続された始動クラッチ(3)は少なくともエンジ ン回転数(nmot(t))に依存して始動過程において制御される、請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 9.始動機構(3)の摩擦部材への圧力は、エンジン回転数(nmot(t)) と変速機入力回転数(ne(t))との間の、エンジン回転数(nmot(t) に関連づけられた回転数差値(sak(t)=dk(t)/nmot(t)=( nmot(t)−ne(t)/nmot(t)が、始動特性曲線(AFK(SK (t))を介してエンジン回転数(nmot(t))の目下の値に割リ当てられ たクラッチスリップ目標値(saks(t))を追従するように設定調整される 、請求項8記載の方法。
- 10.前記始動特性曲線(AFK(SK(t)))は、エンジン回転数(nmo t)の上昇する各値に該当するクラッチスリップ目標値(saks)を割リ当て る、請求項9記載の方法。
- 11.走行アクティビティ(SK(t))が増加するにつれて始動特性曲線(A FK(SK(t)))はいつそう高いエンジン回転数(nmot)の値へとシフ トされる、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 12.エンジンブレーキ動作中、非駆動軸の速度(vref(t))と駆動軸で 測定された走行速度(v(t))との間の速度差絶対値(|Dv(t)|=|v ref(t)−v(t)|)が許容速度差値(Dvzul(SK(t)))を越 えると(|Dv(t)|>Dvzul(SK(t)))、始動クラッチ(3)は 開放される、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 13.無段変速機に前置接続された制御可能なトルクコンバータの組み込まれた 特性曲線は、車輛の始動過程前または停止前に求められた走行アクティビティ( SK(t))に応じて選択され、少なくとも始動過程において走行アクティビテ ィ(SK(t))が増加するにつれていっそうソフトに設定調整される、請求項 1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 14.非駆動軸の速度(vref(t))と駆動軸で測定された走行速度(v( t))との間の速度差絶対値(|Dv(t)|=|vref(t)−v(t)1 )が許容速度差値(Dvzul(SK(t)))を越えると(|Dv(t)|> Dvzul(SK(t)))、トルクコンバータを橋絡するコンバータ橋絡クラ ッチが開放される、請求項13記載の方法。
- 15.許容速度差値(Dvzul(SK(t)))を越えると、 トルクコンバータを備えた変速機のコンバータ橋絡クラッチが開放され、 変速比の低減を阻止できない期間である保持時間(Th(SK(t)))がセッ トされ、変速比の増大が回避され、 これらの動作は、 牽引動作が検出され、かつ走行速度(v(t))の変化が正の値であり、かつ速 度差絶対値(|Dv(t)|)が許容速度差値(Dvzu1(SK(t)))よ りも小さければ(|Dv(t)|<Dvzu1(SK(t)))、再び解除され る、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 16.期間(T1(SK(t)),T2(SK(t)))保持時間(Th(SK (t)))およて許容速度差値(Dvzu1(SK(t)))は走行アクティビ ティ(SK(t))に依存し、期間(T1(SK(t)),T2(SK(t)) )は走行アクティビティ(SK(t))が増加するにつれて大きくなり、保持時 間(Th(SK(t)))と許容速度差値(Dvzul(SK(t)))は走行 アクティビティ(SK(t))が増加するにつれて小さくなる、請求項1〜15 のいずれか1項記載の方法。
