Description
Claims (8)
- 1.拡散スペクトル・ノイズ・キャンセうから構成される装置であって、前記拡 散スペクトル・ノイズ・キャンセラは: (a)受信した拡散スペクトル信号の第1,第2成分について受信した位相およ び受信した振幅を認定する認定手段であって、前記第1成分は前記第2成分とは 異なり、前記拡散スペクトル信号は第1,第2既知信号を含む認定手段;および (b)前記認定手段に動作可能に結合し、前記受信拡散スペクトル信号における 拡散スペクトル・ノイズ信号の部分を: (i)前記第1成分受信位相における前記第1既知信号と共に前記第2成分受信 位相における前記第2既知信号を拡散し、前記第1,第2成分の受信振幅の関数 として前記拡散された第2既知信号の積分形式の利得を調整することによって評 価信号を生成すること;および (ii)前記受信拡散スペクトル信号の復調された形式から前記評価信号を減算 することによって前記受信拡散スペクトル信号から前記第2既知信号を処理する こと; によってキャンセルするノイズ・キャンセル手段;から構成されることを特徴と する装置。
- 2.前記拡散された第2既知信号の積分形式の前記調整された利得が所定のしき い値より大きいときのみ、前記拡散スペクトル・ノイズ・キャンセラ・キャンセ ル手段が、前記受信拡散スペクトル信号から前記第2既知信号を処理することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 3.前記拡散スペクトル・ノイズ・キャンセラ・キャンセル手段は、前記第1成 分受信位相におけるチャネル選択拡散コードと共に前記第2成分受信位相におけ る前記第2既知信号を更に拡散することによって評価信号を生成することを特徴 とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 4.請求項1記載の装置がさらに: (a)前記拡散スペクトル・ノイズ・キャンセラに動作可能に結合し、既知の拡 散コードを用いて前記受信拡散スペクトル信号の前記処理された復調形式をスク ランプル解除するスクランプル解除手段;(b)前記スクランプル解除手段に動 作可能に結合され、所定サイズのブロック内で前記スクランプル解除された受信 拡散スペクトル信号をインターリーブ解除するインターリーブ解除手段;および (c)前記インターリーブ解除手段に動作可能に結合され、前記インターリーブ 解除された受信拡散スペクトル信号から少なくとも1つの評価データを導出する ため最尤推定デコード手法を用いることによって少なくとも1つの評価データ・ ビットを生成するデコード手段; から構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 5.拡散スペクトル信号処理方法であって:(a)通信チャネルから第1,第2 成分を有する拡散スペクトル信号を受信する段階であって、前記第1成分は前記 第2成分とは異なり、前記拡散スペクトル信号は第1,第2既知信号を含む段階 ;(b)受信された拡散スペクトル信号の前記第1,第2成分について受信位相 と受信振幅とを認定する段階;(c)前記受信拡散スペクトル信号を復調する段 階;および (d)前記受信拡散スペクトル信号における拡散スペクトル・ノイズ信号の部分 を: (i)前記第1成分受信位相における前記第1既知信号と共に前記第2成分受信 位相における前記第2既知信号を拡散し、所定期間にわたって前記拡散された第 2既知信号を積分し、前記第1,第2成分の受信振幅の関数として前記積分され 拡散された第2既知信号の利得を調整することによって評価信号を生成し;およ び (ii)前記復調された受信拡散スペクトル信号から前記評価信号を減算するこ とによって前記受信拡散スペクトル信号から前記第2既知信号を処理する; ことによってキャンセルする段階; から構成されることを特徴とする拡散スペクトル信号処理方法。
- 6.前記キャンセルする段階は、前記拡散された第2既知信号の積分形式の調整 された利得が所定のしきい値より大きいときのみ、前記受信拡散スペクトル信号 から前記第2既知信号を処理する段階から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5 記載の方法。
- 7.前記キャンセルする段階は、前記第1成分受信位相におけるチャネル選択拡 散コードと共に前記第2成分受信位相における前記拡散された既知信号を更に拡 散することによって前記評価信号を生成する段階から構成されることを特徴とす る請求項5記載の方法。
- 8.請求項5記載の方法であって: (a)既知の拡散コードを用いて前記受信拡散スペクトル信号の前記処理された 復調形式をスクランプル解除する段階; (b)所定サイズのブロック内で前記スクランプル解除された受信拡散スペクト ル信号をインターリーブ解除する段階;および (c)前記インターリーブ解除された受信拡散スペクトル信号から少なくとも1 つの評価データ・ビットを導出するため最尤推定デコード手法を用いることによ って少なくとも1つの評価データ・ビットを生成する段階; から更に構成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
