Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 1.A)15−70重量%の塩素含有量と約5,000から約250,000の 重量平均分子量を有している、本質的に酸部分を含んでいない飽和塩素化結合剤 樹脂が、AとBの全重量を基準にして50から95重量%であり、そして B)酸部分を少なくとも2モル%含んでおりそして該塩素化樹脂に相溶性を示す 、水に不溶なC2−C12アルファ,ベーター不飽和オレフィン共重合体の塩が 、AとBの全重量を基準にして5−50重量%である、 水中混合物を含んでいる、安定性を示す水系ラテックスエマルジョン。
- 2.追加的にアニオン系またはノニオン系界面活性剤を約1重量%以下の量で含 んでいる請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 3.該結合剤樹脂が20−60重量%の塩素含有量を有している請求の範囲1の 組成物。
- 4.該結合剤樹脂が塩素化ポリエチレンである請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 5.該結合剤樹脂がクロロスルホン化ポリエチレンである請求の範囲1の組成物 。
- 6.該結合剤樹脂が塩素化エチレン酢酸ビニルである請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 7.該結合剤樹脂がクロロスルホン化エチレン酢酸ビニルである請求の範囲1の 組成物。
- 8.該結合剤樹脂がエチレンとC3−C20アルファ,ベーター不飽和モノオレ フィンとのクロロスルホン化共重合体である請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 9.該結合剤樹脂がクロロスルホン化エチレン/オクタン共重合体である請求の 範囲1の組成物。
- 10.該結合剤樹脂が塩化ビニルと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体である請求の範囲1 の組成物。
- 11.該水に不溶なオレフィン共重合体がエチレンとC2−C12アルファ,ベ ーター不飽和酸との共重合体である請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 12.該水に不溶なオレフィン共重合体がエチレンとアクリル酸との共重合体で ある請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 13.該水に不溶なオレフィン共重合体がエチレンとメタアクリル酸との共重合 体である請求の範囲1の組成物。
- 14.ミキサー中で、 A)約5,000から約250,000の重量平均分子量を有している、本質的 に酸部分を含んでいない飽和塩素化結合剤樹脂を、AとBの全重量を基準にして 50から95重量%、B)酸部分を少なくとも2モル%含んでおりそして該塩素 化樹脂に相溶性を示す、水に不溶なC2−C12アルファ,ベーター不飽和オレ フィン共重合体を、AとBの全重量を基準にして5−50重量%、そして C)少なくとも約8のpHを示すエマルジョンを得るに充分な水系有機もしくは 無機塩基を、 ブレンドすることを含む、安定性を示す水系ラテックス組成物の製造方法。
- 15.更にアニオン系またはノニオン系界面活性剤を約1重量%以下の量で添加 することを含む請求の範囲14の方法。
- 16.該塩素化結合剤樹脂がクロロスルホン化ポリエチレンである請求の範囲1 4の方法。
- 17.該塩素化結合剤樹脂がクロロスルホン化エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体で ある請求の範囲14の方法。
- 18.該塩基が有機アミンである請求の範囲14の方法。
- 19.該有機塩基がジエタノールアミンである請求の範囲18の方法。
