Claims (6)
- 1.電線ハーネスの一部分の周囲で熱回復性プラスチックスリーブを回復させる 加熱装置にして、ハーネスの前記一部分と熱回復性スリーブとが導入定置される 加熱部を有するハウジングと、前記加熱部から離間した後方位置と前記加熱部を 囲繞する前方位置との間を移動自在な加熱ユニットとで構成されており、前記加 熱ユニットは、該加熱ユニットが前記加熱部へ移動するにつれて開成するが、前 記加熱部に到達すると閉成して電線ハーネスの前記一部分とスリーブとをほぼ完 全に加熱ユニット内に閉じ込めるが、電線ハーネスの前記一部分とスリーブを取 り出すべく加熱ユニットが加熱部から後退するにつれて開成する一対の加熱ジョ ーを備えてなる加熱装置。
- 2.請求項1に記載のものであって、電線ハーネスを加熱部で保持するものにし て、加熱ユニットの両側に配置した一対の加圧板からなり、一方の加熱板を他方 の加熱板に対して付勢して両者間に電線ハーネスを把持する保持機構を設けてな る加熱装置。
- 3.請求項2に記載のものであって、前記保持機構が、加熱ユニットが電線ハー ネスの一部分を囲繞するが、加熱装置が加熱部から後退して電線ハーネスの取外 しを許容する位置へと加熱ユニットが移動した時に、電線ハーネスの加熱部から の取外しを阻止するラッチを備えていることよりなる加熱装置。
- 4.請求項2または3に記載のものであって、前記保持機構が、加熱ユニットが 加熱部から後退すると電線ハーネスを強制的に加熱部から外す放逐部材を備えて なる加熱装置。
- 5.請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載のものであって、加熱ユニットの前 記各ジョーが、ハウジングの案内面と協働して加熱ユニットが後方位置と前方位 置との間を移動するにつれて両ジョーを開閉するベアリングを両側に備えてなる 加熱装置。
- 6.請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載のものであって、加熱ユニットの前 記各ジョーは、両ジョーが閉成した時に加熱室の半分を構成する弧状加熱ランプ アレイからなる加熱器を備えており、前記加熱ランプは断熱材により囲繞されて なる加熱装置。
