Description
Claims (16)
- 1.中性希釈剤モノマー、永久陽電荷の中心を持つモノマー及び二官能基性文は 三官能基性架橋剤を重合させることにより得られる架橋コポリマー。
- 2.希釈剤モノマーがアルキル(アルカ)アクリレート、ジアルキルアミノアル キル(アルカ)アクリレート、アルキル(アルカ)アクリルアミド、ヒドロキシ アルキル(アルカ)アクリレート、N−ビニルラクタム、スチレン、置換スチレ ン誘導体;及びそれらの混合物から選ばれる、請求の範囲1に記載のコポリマー 。
- 3.希釈剤モノマーがビニルピロリドン、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート 、メチルメタクリレート及びそれらの混合物から選ばれる、請求の範囲2に記載 のコポリマー。
- 4.陽電荷の中心を持つコモノマーの永久陽電荷が第4窒素原子により与えられ る、請求の範囲1−3のいずれかひとつに記載のコポリマー。
- 5.式(I) Y−B−X(I) [式中Bは直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状アルキレン、オキサアルキレン又はオリゴー オキサアルキレン鎖であるか、又はXがBと永久陽電荷の中心の間に炭素−炭素 鎖を含む場合、あるいはYが末端炭素原子を含む場合は原子価結合であり、Xは 永久陽電荷の中心を持つ基であり、Yは ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼又は▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼から 選ばれるエチレン性不飽和重合可能基であり、ここで Rは水素又はC1−C4アルキル基であり、Aは−O−又は−NR1−であり、 ここでR1は水素又はC1−C4アルキル基であるか又はR1は−B−Xであり 、ここでB及びXは上記と同義であり、 Kは基−(CH2)pOC(O)−、−(CH2)pC(O)O−、−(CH2 )pOC(O)O−、−(CH2)pNR2−、−(CH2)pNR2C(O) −、−(CH、)pC(O)NR2−、(CH2)pNR2C(O)O−、−( CH2)pOC(O)NR2−、−(CH2)pNR2C(O)NR2−(ここ で基R2は同一又は異なる)、−(CH2)pO−、−(CH2)pSO3−、 あるいは場合によりBと組み合わさり原子価結合であり、pは1−12であり、 R2は水素又はC1−C4アルキル基である] の永久陽電荷の中心を持つモノマーを共重合させることにより得られる請求の範 囲1−4のいずれかひとつに記載のコポリマー。
- 6.Bが式−(CR32)a−のアルキレン基であり、ここで基−(CR32) −は同−又は異なり、各基−(CR32)−において基R3は同一又は異なり、 各基R3は水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、aは1−12であるか: 各アルキル部分の炭素数が1−6のアルコキシアルキルなどのオキサアルキレン 基であるか、 式−[(CR42)bO]c(CR42)b−のオリゴーオキサアルキレン基で あり、ここで基−(CR42)−は同−又は異なり、各基−(CR42)−にお いて基R4は同一又は異なり、各基R4は水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、b は2又は3であり、cは2−11であるか:又はXがBと陽電荷の中心の間に炭 素−炭素鎖を含むか、あるいはYが末端炭素原子を含む場合に原子価結合である 、請求の範囲5に記載のコポリマー。
- 7.Xが式(IVA) −N■(R5)3Z■(IVA) [式中基R5は同一又は異心り、それぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、Z −は対イオンである] の基; 式(IVB) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IVB)[式中、基R6は同一又は異なり それぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、dは2−4である] の基: 式(IVC) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IVC)[式中、基R7は同一又は異なり それぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、eは1−4である] の基; 式(IVD) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IVD)[式中、基R8は同一又は異なり それぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、B1は原子価結合あるいは直鎖状も しくは分枝鎖状アルキレン、オキサアルキレン又はオリゴーオキサアルキレン基 であり、fは1−4であり、Xが酸素又は窒素原子への直接結合でありBが原子 価結合以外の場合zは1であり、Bが原子価結合の場合zは0であり、他の場合 はzは1である]の基: 式(IVE) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IVE)[式中、基R9は同一又は異なり それぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、B2は原子価結合あるいは直鎖状も しくは分枝鎖状アルキレン、オキサアルキレン又はオリゴーオキサアルキレン基 であり、gは1−4であり、Xが酸素又は窒素原子への直接結合でありBが原子 価結合以外の場合zは1であり、Bが原子価結合の場合zは0であり、他の場合 はzは1である]の基;又は 式(IVF) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IVF)[式中、基R10は同一又は異な りそれぞれ水素又はC1−4アルキルであり、B3は原子価結合あるいは直鎖状 もしくは分枝鎖状アルキレン、オキサアルキレン又はオリゴーオキサアルキレン 基であり、hは1−4であり、Xが酸素又は窒素原子への直接結合でありBが原 子価結合以外の場合zは1であり、Bが原子価結合の場合zはOであり、他の場 合はzは1である]の基である、請求の範囲5又は6に記載のコポリマー。
- 8.Xが式(IVD)、(IVE)又は(IVF)の基であり、B1、B2又は B3の炭素数がそれぞれ最高24である、請求の範囲7に記載のコポリマー。
- 9.Xが式(IVA)、(IVB)又は(IBC)の基である請求の範囲7に記 載のコポリマー。
- 10.基Xが式(IVC)の基である、請求の範囲9,8に記載のコポリマー。
- 11.基R7がすべてメチルである、請求の範囲10に記載のコポリマー。
- 12.2(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチル−2′−(トリメチルアンモニウム) エチルホスフェート分子内塩の残基を含む、請求の範囲11に記載のコポリマー 。
- 13.請求の範囲1−12のいずれかひとつに記載のコポリマーを含むコンタク トレンズ材料。
- 14.請求の範囲1−12のいずれかひとつに記載のコポリマー又は請求の範囲 13に記載のコンタクトレンズ材料を含むコンタクトレンズ。
- 15.希釈剤モノマー、永久陽電荷の中心を持つコモノマー、及び得られたポリ マーを架橋するモノマーを含むモノマー組成物を共重合させる段階を含む、請求 の範囲1−12のいずれかひとつに記載のコポリマーの製造法。
- 16.コンタクトレンズの製造における、請求の範囲1−12のいずれかひとつ に記載のコポリマー又は請求の範囲13に記載のコンタクトレンズ材料の使用。
