Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.ポリマーと発泡硬化添加剤パッケージを含むポリマー組成物から発泡性造形 品を製造する方法であって、次の工程:(a)該組成物の発泡硬化添加剤パッケ ージの少なくとも発泡剤部分をワックスパウダーとドライブレンドして、ドライ ブレンドを製造する工程、(b)該ドライブレンド及び組成物の残りの部分を、 融点と融点より10℃低い温度、好ましくは5℃低い温度との間の濃度で、低剪 断条件下に溶融ブレンドして、溶融ブレンドを製造する工程、及び(c)該溶融 ブレンドをペレット化する工程を含む方法。
- 2.追加の工程(d)として工程(b)の温度と剪断条件内で該溶融ブレンドを 成形する工程を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.ポリマーが、エチレンとC1〜C6アルコールのアクリル酸エステルとのポ リマーを少なくとも50重量%含み、好ましくはメチルアクリレートである請求 項1又は2記載の方法。
- 4.ポリマーが、エチレンとアクリル酸エステルから本質的になり、MIが0. 2〜2で12〜18重量%のエステル誘導単位を含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 5.ポリマーの融点が80〜100℃であり、好ましくは85〜90℃である請 求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 6.ドライブレンド工程が、ZnOのような発泡剤活性化剤の粉体を含む請求項 1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 7.ドライブレンド工程が、ポリマーペレットのブレンドを含み、好ましくは1 .5重量%未満の少量のパラフィンの添加を含む請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記 載の方法。
- 8.ワックスが、非晶質のソフトワックス、好ましくは90℃以下のドロップ点 を有し、特に80〜85℃であり及び/又は該ワックスは組成物の全重量を基準 として0.2〜5重量%、好ましくは0.5〜3重量%の量で使用される請求項 1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 9.発泡硬化添加剤パッケージが、組成物の全重量を基準として一種以上の発泡 剤1〜10重量%、一種以上の活性化剤の適正量及び0.5〜5重重%、好まし くは1〜3重量%の一種以上の架橋剤を含む請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の 方法。
- 10.添加剤パッケージが発泡剤としてアゾジカルボンアミドを含む請求項1〜 9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 11.ポリマーと発泡硬化添加剤パッケージを含むポリマー組成物から発泡性造 形品を製造する方法であって、次の工程:(a)組成物の発泡硬化添加剤パッケ ージの少なくとも発泡剤部分をワックスパウダーとドライブレンドして、ドライ ブレンドを製造する工程、(b)該ドライブレンド及び組成物の残りの部分を、 融点と融点より10℃低い温度、好ましくは5℃低い温度との間の温度で、低剪 断条件下に溶融ブレンドして、溶融ブレンドを製造する工程、及び(c)工程( b)の温度と剪断条件内で該溶融ブレンドを成形する工程を含む方法。
- 12.湿度や音の伝達に対して乗物本体内のコンパートメントを絶縁するための 方法であって、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法により造った造形品 をその表面の少なくとも一部に関して、乗物の周囲内部表面からは離れているが 極めて近接しているように乗物本体のオープンスペースで組み立て、該本体を常 圧下で高温硬化処理し、これにより該造形品が膨張して、周囲表面に接触し接着 し、そして独立気泡の湿度及び音の絶縁シールを形成することを特徴とする方法 。
