Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 管状部分の半径方向孔に対してユニオンを突
合わせて加熱した後互いに押付けることによりプラスチ
ック製造形ワークピースを安価に製造する。 【構成】 造形ワークピース製造装置は、ユニオン4を
支持し、かつ移動自在カートリッジに取り付け可能な第
1クランプ手段5と、管状部分1を支持する第2クラン
プ手段6と、管状部分1とユニオン3との間の位置に回
動自在でこれら2個の部分を加熱する加熱装置とを備え
る。第2クランプ手段6は、管状部分の内部輪郭に対応
する形状を有する支持部材7と、支持部材7の長手方向
軸線に交差する方向に移動自在のピン11とを有する。管
状部分の半径方向孔17に対してユニオン3を突合わせて
加熱した後、ピン11をユニオン3内に突入させ、クラン
プ手段5,6 相互を互いに押付けてプラスチック製造形ワ
ークピースを製造する。

形成した造形ワークピースを例えば、弁体のユニオンを
管状部分に溶着することによって製造する方法に関する
ものである。この場合、ユニオンの端面を管状部分の周
面に溶着する。更に、本発明は、この方法を実施する装
置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】管状部分の外周面にユニオンを溶着する
方法は、スイス国特許第570-577 号に記載されている。
このスイス国特許は、パイプの外周面に分岐導管のため
のユニオンを溶着する方法を開示しており、この方法に
よれば、抵抗ワイヤで形成した溶着マットを、パイプと
ユニオンサドルとの間に配置して溶着温度にする。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、プラスチック
材料材料で形成した造形ワークピースを製造するこの方
法は極めて高価である。
【0004】従って、本発明の目的は、ユニオンを場合
夫に溶着する改善し、溶着連結の一部をなす付加的補助
手段を使用することなく強固な溶着連結を確実にする方
法を得るにある。
【0005】更に、本発明の目的は、この改善した方法
を実施する装置を得るにある。
【0006】更に、本発明の目的は、この改善した方法
によって製造した造形ワークピースを得るにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】この目的を達成するた
め、本発明造形ワークピース製造方法は、前記ユニオン
の端面を前記管状部分の外周の前記半径方向孔の領域に
突き合わせるステップと、前記管状部分の前記半径方向
孔及び前記ユニオンの端面の周りの円形領域を熱輻射に
よって加熱するステップと、この後、前記2個の部分を
互いに押し付け合ってこれら2個の部分を溶着するステ
ップとよりなることを特徴とする。
【0008】この方法を実施する本発明装置は、管状部
分とユニオンとよりなる造形ワークピースを溶着するた
め、前記ユニオンを支持し、かつ移動自在のカートリッ
ジに取り付けることができる第1クランプ手段と、前記
管状部分を支持する第2クランプ手段と、前記管状部分
と前記ユニオンとの間の位置に回動自在でありこれら2
個の部分を加熱するための加熱装置とを備えた造形ワー
クピース製造装置において、前記第2クランプ手段は、
前記管状部分の内部輪郭に対応する形状を有する支持部
材と、前記支持部材の長手方向軸線に交差する方向に移
動自在に前記支持部材に支持したピンとを有する構成と
したことを特徴とする。
【0009】本発明方法によって製造する造形ワークピ
ースは、プラスチック材料から構成し、半径方向孔及び
外周面を有する管状部分と、前記半径方向孔の領域で前
記管状部分の外周に突き合わせて溶着によってこの管状
部分に固着する端面を有するユニオンとよりなる造形ワ
ークピースにおいて、前記溶着を、前記ユニオンの前記
端面を前記管状部分の外周面に突き合わせた後に前記管
状部分の半径方向孔及び前記ユニオンの端面の周りの円
形領域を熱輻射によって加熱し、次いでこれら2個の部
分を互いに押し付け合うことによって行うことを特徴と
する。

【実施例】次に、図面につき本発明の好適な実施例を説
明する。
【0011】本発明による図示の実施例の装置は、プラ
スチック材料からなる造形ワークピースを溶着によって
製造するのに使用する。特に、本発明装置は、管状部分
1を例えば、ダイヤフラム弁の弁体2のコネクタに溶接
するのに使用することができる。このコネクタには、2
個のユニオン3、4を設け、またこのコネクタをプラス
チック材料によって形成する。弁体2のユニオン4をク
ランプ装置5内で固定保持し、このクランプ装置5は移
動可能なカートリッジ(図示せず)に取り付ける。ユニ
オン3を設けた他の部分を部分1に溶着することができ
る。管状部分1は、他のクランプ装置6内に形状ロック
で保持する。クランプ装置6には、部分1の外周を部分
的に包囲する外側支持部材8と、管状部分1の内側輪郭
に対応する内側支持部材7とを設ける。内側支持部材7
には、長手方向軸線9に交差する移動可能なピン11を設
け、楔部10によってこのピン11を移動自在にする。楔部
10は、ハンドル14によって内側支持部材7の孔12内で移
動することができるバー13によって形成する。このバー
13は、ピン11の傾斜面16に掛合可能な傾斜面15を有す
る。
【0012】バー13を押し込むとき、ピン11は孔17を移
動し、弁体2のユニオン3内に突入する。ピン11の外径
は、ユニオン3の内径に対応する。
【0013】溶接部分を除去するためには、ピン11をユ
ニオン3から後退させなければならない。バー13とピン
11との間の形状ロック連結によって楔部10を両方向に移
動することができる。
【0014】ハンドル14の代わりにシリンダ駆動装置を
使用してバー13を移動させることもできる。
【0015】本発明による装置には、更に、加熱装置20
を設け、この加熱装置によりユニオン3の端面18及び部
分1の外周の一部を赤外線によってを非接触加熱する。
加熱装置は部分1とユニオン3との間で移動自在又は回
動自在とし、クランプ装置5を軸線方向に移動すること
によって加熱表面から約1〜2mmの範囲内に急速加熱
を生ずる。
【0016】加熱装置20は部分1の外周に対応する凹状
輻射面21と、ユニオン3の端面18に対応する凸状輻射面
22とを有する。双方の輻射面の中心には、それぞれ窪み
23,24 を設ける。加熱装置20は例えば、電熱カートリッ
ジによって加熱し、また例えば、銅によって形成し、輻
射面21,22 をセラミックスで内張りする。操作プロセス
は以下のようにして行う。
【0017】管状部分1には、上述のように、孔17を設
ける。管状部分1はクランプ装置6内に移動自在にし、
弁体2はユニオン4でクランプ装置5内に保持し、ユニ
オン3の端面18を部分1の外径に形状ロックを生ずるよ
う衝合させる。
【0018】加熱装置20を回動する際に、ユニオン3の
端面18及び管状部分1の周面とが孔17の領域で加熱さ
れ、プラスチック材料を溶融状態にする。加熱装置20を
初期状態に復帰させる際に、ピン11を楔部10によって軸
線方向19に移動させ、ピン11を孔17内に突入させ、同時
に図示しないキャリッジの移動によって弁体2を部分1
の外周に押し付ける。
【0019】部分1及びユニオン3の双方は内側から支
持されるため、溶着中におけるこれら2個の部分の変形
は排除され、また媒体の自由な流れの障害となる内部隆
起又はバリを生ずることがない。
【0020】上述したところは、本発明の好適な実施例
を示したに過ぎず、請求の範囲において種々の変更を加
えることができること勿論である。

Claims (9)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】プラスチック材料から形成した造形ワーク
    ピースであって、半径方向孔を有する管状部分と、前記
    半径方向孔の領域で前記管状部分に溶着可能なユニオン
    とにより構成した造形ワークピースを溶着によって製造
    する方法において、 前記ユニオンの端面を前記管状部分の外周の前記半径方
    向孔の領域に突き合わせるステップと、 前記管状部分の前記半径方向孔及び前記ユニオンの端面
    の周りの円形領域を熱輻射によって加熱するステップ
    と、 この後、前記2個の部分を互いに押し付け合ってこれら
    2個の部分を溶着するステップとよりなることを特徴と
    する造形ワークピース製造方法。
  2. 【請求項2】前記管状部分及びユニオンの突き合わせ側
    面とは反対側の前記管状部分及びユニオンの側面に、そ
    れぞれ互いに接近し合う方向に押し付ける支持部材を設
    けるステップを更に有する請求項1記載の造形ワークピ
    ース製造方法。
  3. 【請求項3】プラスチック材料から構成し、半径方向孔
    及び外周面を有する管状部分と、前記半径方向孔の領域
    で前記管状部分の外周に突き合わせて溶着によってこの
    管状部分に固着する端面を有するユニオンとよりなる造
    形ワークピースにおいて、前記溶着を、前記ユニオンの
    前記端面を前記管状部分の外周面に突き合わせた後に前
    記管状部分の半径方向孔及び前記ユニオンの端面の周り
    の円形領域を熱輻射によって加熱し、次いでこれら2個
    の部分を互いに押し付け合うことによって行うことを特
    徴とする造形ワークピース。
  4. 【請求項4】前記ユニオンを、前記管状部分の長手方向
    軸線に交差する長手方向軸線を有する弁体の一部を構成
    するものとした請求項3記載の造形ワークピース。
  5. 【請求項5】前記弁体をダイヤフラムのハウジングとし
    て形成した請求項4記載の造形ワークピース。
  6. 【請求項6】管状部分とユニオンとよりなる造形ワーク
    ピースを溶着するため、 前記ユニオンを支持し、かつ移動自在のカートリッジに
    取り付けることができる第1クランプ手段と、 前記管状部分を支持する第2クランプ手段と、 前記管状部分と前記ユニオンとの間の位置に回動自在で
    ありこれら2個の部分を加熱するための加熱装置とを備
    えた造形ワークピース製造装置において、 前記第2クランプ手段は、前記管状部分の内部輪郭に対
    応する形状を有する支持部材と、前記支持部材の長手方
    向軸線に交差する方向に移動自在に前記支持部材に支持
    したピンとを有する構成としたことを特徴とする造形ワ
    ークピース製造装置。
  7. 【請求項7】前記ピンを移動させる楔手段を設けた請求
    項6記載の造形ワークピース製造装置。
  8. 【請求項8】前記ピンの外径を前記ユニオンの内径に対
    応させた請求項6記載の造形ワークピース製造装置。
  9. 【請求項9】前記加熱装置の両側の側面を、それぞれ凹
    状輻射面及び凸状輻射面とした請求項6記載の造形ワー
    クピース製造装置。
