Claims (9)
- 1つの中心材(2)及び2つの端部材(3)を有する連接棒(1)を製造する方法であって、これらの端部材(3)は、摩擦溶接によってこの中心材(2)に接合される方法において、
前記中心材(2)が、回転しないように固定され且つ軸方向にシフトしないように支承され、前記2つの端部材(3)が同時に、同期する回転運動によって前記中心材(2)に接して摩擦し、前記中心材(2)の摩擦溶接部分(6)と2つの前記端部材(3)の摩擦溶接部分(6)との接触領域内の材料が柔らかくなると、前記中心材(2)の固定した挟み込みが、当該摩擦工程を終了させるために解除され、前記摩擦溶接部分(6)が、少なくとも1つの端部材(3)の軸線方向の移動によって押圧されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記摩擦溶接部分(6)の溶接隆起部(7)が、摩擦溶接を実施している挟み込み中に除去されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 継手状の結合部(5)が、前記端部材(3)に形成されていて、これらの端部材(3)は、これらの継手状の結合部(5)を介して前記中心材(2)に摩擦溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 軸受要素(4)が、前記端部材(3)内に嵌入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受要素(4)は、ゴム・金属軸受として形成される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受要素(4)は、摩擦溶接前に加硫成形されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受要素(4)は、摩擦溶接前に前記端部材(3)内に押し込まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受要素(4)は、球継手として形成されることを特徴とする請求項4又は7に記載の方法。
- 管状の構成部材が、前記中心材(2)のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
