(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は、映像、音響、通信機器等、特に携
帯電話に使用される発光ダイオード（以下ＬＥＤとい
う）実装基板に関するもので、機器の薄形化に貢献でき
るものである。 【構成】 透明性のある絶縁基板１の裏面に絶縁基板１
側に照光部をもつＬＥＤ２を半田等の導電固定剤３で取
り付けることにより、絶縁基板１の厚み分と、透明性の
ある絶縁基板１の中で光が拡散するために外装との距離
を小さくすることができるものである。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、映像、音響、通信機器等、特に携帯電話に使用される発光ダイオー ド実装基板（以下ＬＥＤ実装基板という）に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のＬＥＤ実装基板について図２により説明すると、１１は絶縁基板であり 、この絶縁基板１１上に絶縁基板１１と対向しない側に照光部１２ａをもつＬＥ Ｄ１２が半田１３により取り付けられて構成されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記のような構成では、ＬＥＤ１２が表示面（図示せず）側に位 置するため、ＬＥＤの照光拡散性向上のため機器の表示面側との距離を確保する 必要から外装を大きくしなければならないという課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、上記課題を解決するために、透明性のある絶縁基板と、その絶縁基 板の裏面上に取り付けられ絶縁基板側に照光部をもつＬＥＤによりＬＥＤ実装基 板を構成するものである。

【作用】
上記構成により、透明性を有する絶縁基板の厚みも表示面までの距離として利 用できるので、外装との距離を短くでき、機器の薄形化に寄与するＬＥＤ実装基 板を提供できるものである。

【実施例】
本考案のＬＥＤ実装基板の一実施例を図１により説明する。同図において、１ は透明性のある絶縁基板、２は絶縁基板１側に照光部２ａをもつＬＥＤ、３はＬ ＥＤ２を絶縁基板１の裏面に取り付ける半田等の導電固定剤である。
【０００７】 上記構成により、ＬＥＤ２の照光部２ａからの光は、絶縁基板１を介してその 上方の表示面（図示せず）に達するものである。

【考案の効果】
以上のようにＬＥＤの照光部からの光は透明の絶縁基板を介して表示面に達す るので、絶縁基板の厚みも表示面までの距離として利用できるとともに、絶縁基 板の中での光の拡散もあって、表示面を有する外装との距離を短くでき、機器の 薄形化に貢献するＬＥＤ実装基板を提供できるものである。
