Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 梱包された小型電子機器の全体像を梱包状態
で認識でき、且つパッケージの上からキー操作ができる
ようにした小型電子機器の収納パッケージを提供する。 【構成】 小型電子式計算機８，取扱い説明書９，カバ
ー１０をビニール袋７で包装し、ブリスタ１の第１収納
部分２と第２収納部分３に収納する。そして、厚紙１１
を挟み部６ａ〜６ｃに差し込んだ状態では小型電子式計
算機８，取扱い説明書９，カバー１０はブリスタ１と厚
紙１１により保持される。小型電子式計算機８のキーボ
ードに対応するブリスタ１の部分は開口部４が設けられ
ているので、ビニール袋７を介してキーボードを容易に
操作できる。また、開口部４には折返し部５が設けられ
ているので、開口部４に「バリ」がなく、キーボードを
操作する際に指を怪我することがない。

この考案は小型電子機器の収納パッケージに関する。

【従来の技術】
小型電子式計算機等の小型電子機器は、多くの商品を大量に陳列して販売する ために、ブリスターパックに梱包されている。ブリスターパックとは、厚紙から なる台紙と透明塩化ビニル樹脂シートを真空成型したパッケージとを組合せたも のである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ブリスターパックは商品の全体像を認識できる利点があるが、透明塩化ビニル 樹脂シートが、ある程度の厚さ（例えば０．２５〜０．３５mm）を有するため、 パッケージ本体の上から小型電子式計算機のキーボードを操作できないという欠 点があった。 この考案は上記問題を解消する為になされたもので、梱包された小型電子機器 の全体像を梱包状態で認識でき、且つパッケージの上からキー操作ができるよう にした小型電子機器の収納パッケージを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案は上記課題を解決するために、キーボードを備えた小型電子機器を収 納する収納パッケージであって、合成樹脂によりパッケージを成型し、パッケー ジに収納された小型電子機器のキーボードと対面する部分に、折返しを有する開 口部を設け、小型電子機器をパッケージに収納した状態で上記キーボードを操作 できるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
この考案の作用は次の通りである。 パッケージは合成樹脂により成型され、パッケージに収納された小型電子機器 のキーボードと対面する部分に折返しを有する開口部を設けたので、パッケージ に収納した状態で小型電子機器のキーボードを操作できる。

【実施例】
以下、この考案の一実施例を図１および図２に基づいて説明する。図１は小型 電子機器の収納パッケージの構成を示す分解斜視図、図２は小型電子機器を収納 した状態を示す断面図である。図において、ブリスタ１は厚さ０．２５〜０．３ ５mmの透明塩化ビニル樹脂シートを真空成型したパッケージ本体であり、第１収 納部分２と第２収納部分３とに区分される。第１収納部分２は後述する小型電子 式計算機８を収納する部分であり、小型電子式計算機８のキーボードに対応する 部分に開口部４が設けられている。開口部４の縁部には内側に折れ曲ったＬ字状 の折返し部５が形成されている。第２収納部分３は後述する取扱い説明書９，カ バー１０を収納する部分である。ブリスタ１の三辺には後述する厚紙１１を挟持 する挟持部６ａ〜６ｃが形成されている。ビニール袋７の中には小型電子式計算 機８，取扱い説明書９，およびカバー（手帳ケース）１０が一緒に包装されてい る。厚紙１１はブリスタ１の台紙であり、図１の矢印に示すように挟み部６ａ〜 ６ｃに差し込まれる。そして、図２に示すようにブリスタ１の蓋を構成する。
【０００７】 次に、上記実施例の作用を説明する。図２に示すように、小型電子式計算機８ ，取扱い説明書９，カバー１０をビニール袋７で包装し、ブリスタ１の第１収納 部分２と第２収納部分３に収納する。そして、厚紙１１を挟み部６ａ〜６ｃに差 し込んだ状態では小型電子式計算機８，取扱い説明書９，カバー１０はブリスタ １と厚紙１１により保持される。ブリスタ１は透明塩化ビニル樹脂シートで構成 されているので、梱包された小型電子式計算機８の全体像を梱包状態で認識でき る。また、小型電子式計算機８のキーボードに対応するブリスタ１の部分には開 口部４が設けられているので、ブリスタ１に収納した状態で、ビニール袋７を介 してキーボードを容易に操作できる。さらに、開口部４はブリスタ１の成型後に 、打抜き加工により形成されるが、折返し部５が設けられているので、開口部４ に「バリ」がなく、キーボードを操作する際に使用者が指を怪我することがない 。

この考案によれば、梱包された小型電子機器の全体像を梱包状態で認識でき、 且つパッケージの上から安全なキー操作ができるようにした小型電子機器の収納 パッケージを提供することができる。

    け、小型電子機器をパッケージに収納した状態で上記キ
    ーボードを操作できるようにしたことを特徴とする小型
    電子機器の収納パッケージ。
