Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電磁式に作動可能な弁、特に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための噴射弁であっ て、可動子が設けられており、固定の弁座と協働する井閉鎖体が可動子と溶接さ れた結合管を用いて可動子によって操作可能であり、管形の金属の中間部材が設 けられており、中間部材が1端でもってコアの可動子側のコア端部と、かつ他端 でもって管形の結合部材と溶接によって密に結合されており、磁気コイルを覆っ た湾曲部材形状の導電部材が少なくとも1つ設けられており、導電部材が弁閉鎖 体側の端部でもって結合部材と、かつ他端でもってコアと溶接によって結合され ており、かつ結合部材の中間部材側とは反対側の端部に溶接によって固定された 、固定の弁座を備えた金属の弁座体が設けられている形式のものにおいて、弁の 2つの互いに内外で重なり合った金属の部材の溶接、例えば可動子(12)と結 合管(23)、および(または)コア端部(2)と中間部材(6)、および(ま たは)中間部材(6)と結合部材(20)、および(または)導電部材(28) とコア(1)、および(または)電電部材(28)と結合部材(20)、および (または)結合部材(20)と弁座体(8)の溶接が各溶接すべき両部材の一方 の部材の横断面減少部(40,46,47,50,51,52)において行われ ることを特徴とする、電磁式に作動可能な弁。 2.横断面減少部(40,46,47,50,51,52)が溶接みぞとして構 成されており、横断面減少部が部材の1端部近くに位置しており、かつこの端部 が補強カラー(41)によって制限されている、請求項1記載の弁。 3.補強カラー(41)が中央の開口(55)側に導入面(42)および(また は)縁部切欠を有している、請求項2記載の弁。 4.弁座体(8)が弁座(9)と、弁座体(8)と結合部材(20)とを結合す る溶接シーム(30)との間に環状のみぞ(31)を備えている、請求項1から 3までのいずれか1項記載の弁。 5、弁座体(8)の調製孔(32)と環状みぞ(31)のみぞ底(33)との間 の弁座体(8)の横断面が弁座面に当接した井閉鎖体(14)の接触線と弁座体 (8)の外周面との間に形成される弁座体(8)の横断面の1/4よりも小さい 、請求項4記載の弁。 6.横断面減少部(40,46,47,50,51,52)の肉厚が約0.3m mである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。 7.溶接すべき一方の部材の横断面減少部(40,46,47,50,51,5 2)の肉厚が溶接の領域において他方の溶接すべき部材の肉厚よりも著しく小さ い、請求項6記載の弁。 8.中空のプラスチック製の標識部材(27)を備えており、標識部材が弁を取 囲み、かつこの弁に保持されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の 弁。
