【発明の詳細な説明】
2軸をもつ自動車
この発明は請求項1の前文による2軸をもつ自動車に関する。
このような自動車はドイツ特許出願公開2929497号あるいはヨーロッパ特
許出願公開0004194号から既知である。この種の混成自動車は内燃機関の
他にモータを備えており、より優れた牽引力が望ましい場合はモータが接続され
、これによって始動を補助するための四輪駆動を得るか、あるいはたとえば排気
ガスの観点から内燃機関による運転が望ましくない場合は、専ら電動運転に切り
換えられる。モータで運転される場合は騒音公害も著しく減少する。
しかし、この種の混成自動車では、モータによる運転時に内燃機関が確実に停止
していることが必要である。これによって操作ミスが避けられる。この課題は請
求項1によって解決される。
本発明によれば、電動運転へ切り換えられる際に、ギア選択のためのギアシフト
レバ−がニュートラル位置とされ、オートマチック運転の場合はセレクタレバー
がN位置に移される。電動運転時はレバーはその位置に固定され、誤操作も避け
られる。
固定のためには、たとえばドイツ特許a願公開3905698号あるいはヨーロ
ッパ特許出願公開0246353号から既知であるようなギアシフトレバ−を用
いることができる。
内燃機関による運転からモータによる運転へ切り換えるには、車両を予め停止さ
せ、点火スイッチを切ることによって行うのが有利である。キーを通じて点火ス
イッチを切った場合にのみ、電動運転のスイッチを入れることができる。この時
、ギアシフトレバーはニュートラルに、またセレクタレバーはN位置になければ
ならない。
有利なことに、このキーを通じて同時に燃料の供給を中断することができ、した
がってガソリンポンプおよび噴射装置の作動も中断するため、電動運転時の車両
の安全性は明らかに向上する。
本発明の幾つかの観点を図面を用いてさらに詳細に説明する。

図1には混成自動車10の側面図が示されており、これは前方エンジンルームに
フランジ固定された変速機14をもつ内燃機関12を備えている。エンジン・変
換機ユニットf2.i4が前M16を駆動する。
後軸にはモータ18が設けられており、これは個有の蓄電池20を通じて給電さ
れる。モータ18は後軸22を駆動する。
後軸の構造は図2に詳細に示されており、蓄電池2Gから供給を受けるモータ1
8は、ディファレンシャルを通じて駆動軸22を駆動する。
24はモータ18用の対応する保持具を示し、これはモータ18を適切な方法で
フレームに懸架しているため、このフレームは後軸に働く衝撃を適切な形で受け
止めることができる。
図3はサーボポンプを駆動するための配置を示す。
ベルト車30が内燃機関のクランク軸によって駆動され、クランク軸の中心は3
2で示されている。ベルト車30の回転はVベルト34を通じてベルト車36に
伝達され、このベルト車36はサーボポンプ38の軸上にあり、サーボポンプを
駆動する。ベルト車36はフリーホイールクラッチを備えているため、ベルト車
30からベルト車36への力の伝達によってサーボポンプ38を駆動するが、こ
れに反してベルト車36からベルト車30への力の伝達は、フリーホイールクラ
ッチが存在するために不可能である。
サーボポンプ38のための駆動軸は別のベルト車40を備えており、このベルト
車40はVベルト42を通じてモータ4Gのベルト車44と連結している。
混成自動車10がモータ18で運転される場合、すなわち内燃機関12が停止し
た状態で運転されると、モータ46およびVベルト42を通じて車40が駆動さ
れ、したがってサーボポンプ38が駆動されてパワーステアリングおよび制動力
増幅の機能が得られる。
ベルト車40はフリーホイールクラッチとして設計することもできるため、内燃
機関および対応するベルト車30を通じてサーボポンプ38が駆動される場合、
ベルト車40が一緒に動くことはなく、したがってベルト車44とモータ46へ
は回転は伝達されない。
しかしこれに代わるものとして、好ましくは内燃機関による運転の際にVベルト
34.42を通じてモータ46をともに回転させてもよいが、この時、モータ4
6は蓄電池20を充電するための発電機としてのみ接続され、使用される。
蓄電池20は12ボルトの電池に分割されて充電されるのが好ましく、これらは
並列に接続されて、したがって12ボルトの電圧で充電される。
蓄電池20を通じてモータ18を駆動する場合、モータ18に60ボルトの作業
電圧をかけるため、このような電池が直列に5個接続される。

Claims (4)
- 1.2軸をもつ自動車において、一方の軸が内燃機関によって駆動され、他方の 軸がモータによって駆動され、選択的に自動車(10)が内燃機関(12)のみ か、あるいはモータ(18)のみで駆動されるものであって、内燃機関による運 転からモータによる運転へ切り換える際に、変速機がニュートラル位置またはオ ートマチック仕様のN位置とされるように構成されていることを特徴とする2軸 をもつ自動車。
- 2.モータ運転時にはセレクタレバーがN位置に、あるいはギアシフトレバーが ニュートラル位置に固定されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の2軸をもつ自動車。
- 3.内燃機関による運転からモータによる運転への切り換えの際に、点火スイッ チが切られ、次にキーを操作して点火スイッチが再び入れられるように構成され ていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の2軸をもつ自動車。
- 4.内燃機関による運転からモータによる運転への切り換えの際に、ガソリンポ ンプおよび噴射装置の作動が停止されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうち いずれか1項記載の2軸をもつ自動車。
