Description

  • Hybridantriebsvorrichtung
  • für Nutzfahrzeuge Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hybridantriebsvorrichtung für Nutzfahrzeuge, vorzugsweise Omnibusse mit einem ständig mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelten elektrischen Hauptfahrmotor und einer mit der Welle des Hauptfahrmotors über eine Schaltkupplung verbindbaren Hilfsantriebsmaschine.
  • Eine solche Hybridantriebsvorrichtung ist z. B. aus der DE-OS 27 32 974 bekannt. Der Hauptvorteil dieser bekannten Hybridantriebsvorrichtung besteht darin, daß dann, wenn der elektrische Hauptfahrmotor aus irgend einem Grund nicht betreibbar ist oder ausfällt, dennoeh ein Fahrbetrieb des Fahrzeugs möglich ist.
  • Aus der DE-OS 27 32 913 ist ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einer Haupt- und wenigstens einer Hilfsantriebsmaschine zum Antrieb von Nebenaggregaten, wie Luftpresser, Generators, Lüfter und Lenkhilfspumpe bekannt, bei der der Antriebsstrang der Hilfsantriebsmaschine mit der Hauptantriebsmaschine über einen Freilauf in Verbindung steht, um einen einerseits energiesparenden, andererseits hohe Lebe-nsdauer der Nebenaggregate zulassenden Antrieb der Nebenaggregate zu erreichen. Ein Hinweis auf den Antrieb für Nebenaggregate bei Hybridantriebsvorrichtun-~ gen findet sich in dieser Druckschrift nicht.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Hybridantriebsvorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, bei der für die Nebenaggregate ein optimaler Antrieb in allen Betriebszuständen des angetriebenen Nutzfahrzeugs gewährleistet ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß, wie an sich bekannt, für die Nebenaggregate der Antriebsvorrichtung (wie z. B. Luftpresser, Hydraulikpumpe, Generator) ein eigener elektrischer Hilfsmotor vorgesehen ist, und daß die Welle des Hilfsmotors über einen ersten Freilauf unter Umgehung der Schaltkupplung mit der Welle des Hauptfahrmotors gekoppelt ist und über einen zweiten Freilauf mit der Abtriebswelle der Hilfsantriebsmaschine, wobei beide Freiläufe jeweils ein Voreilen der Welle des Hilfsmotors zulassen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung einer Hybridantriebsvorrichtung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit geringem gerätetechnischen und schaltungstechnischen Aufwand, indem für jeden Betriebszustand des Nutzfahrzeugs, d. h. also bei Betrieb durch den Hauptfahrmotor allein, bei Betrieb durch die Hilfsantriebsmaschine allein als auch bei Stillstand des Fahrzeugs ein Antrieb der Nebenaggregate gesichert ist, wobei die Nebenaggregate im Fahrbetrieb proportional der Fahrgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden und wobei zusätzlich je nach der installierten Leistung des elektrischen Hilfsmotors eine erhöhte Antriebsleistung für die Nebenaggregate zur Verfügung steht.
  • Wie an sich bekannt, umfaßt die Hilfsantriebsmaschine vorzugsweise einen Verbrennungsmotor mit Automatikgetriebe. Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt zwischen dem zweiten Freilauf und der Abtriebswelle der Hilfsantriebsmaschine ein Zwischengetriebe, wodurch ein gewünschtes Obersetzungsverhältnis zwischen der Hilfsantriebsmaschine und den Nebenaggregaten einstellbar ist. Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung verwendet als elektrischen Hilfsmotor einen solchen mit Reihenschlußcharakteristik. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß sich die Drehzahl der Hilfsmotorwelle bei Fahrbetrieb der Drehzahl des Fahrmotors ohne eigens dafür notwendige Schaltmittel anpaßt.
  • Anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung erläutert. Die Zeichnung zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht auf eine Hybridantriebsvorrichtung für einen Omnibus. Dabei ist die Umrißlinie des Heckbereiches des Omnibusses mit 20 bezeichnet. Von einem elektrischen Hauptfahrmotor 1 führt eine Antriebswelle 17 zu einer hier nicht dargestellten Antriebsachse des Omnibusses; der elektrische Hauptfahrmotor 1 steht also über die Antriebswelle 17 in ständiger Antriebsverbindung mit den Antriebsrädern des Fahrzeugs. Die Welle 11 des Hauptfahrmotors 1 steht über ein begrenzt elastisches Verbindungsglied 6, einen Riementrieb 18 und einen ersten Freilauf 8 mit der Welle 31 eines elektrischen Hilfsmotors 3 in ständiger Verbindung. Die Welle 31 des elektrischen Hilfsmotors 3 ist ihrerseits über einen zweiten Riementrieb 32, bzw. über ein zweites elastisches Verbindungsglied 12 mit Nebenaggregaten, wie z. B. einer Hydraulikpumpe 9, einem Generator 10 und einem Luftpresser 14 verbunden. Solange der Omnibus 20 also vom Hauptfahrmotor 1 angetrieben wird, werden die vorge- nannten Nebenaggregate ebenfalls von dem Hauptfahrmotor 1 angetrieben. Eine Schaltkupplung 5 ist in diesem Betriebszustand geöffnet. Reicht diese Antriebsleistung für die gewünschte Kapazität der Nebenaggregate nicht aus, so kann entweder automatisch über Sensoren oder vom Fahrer der elektrische Hilfsmotor 3 eingeschaltet werden, wodurch zusätzliche Antriebsleistung für die Nebenaggregate zur Verfügung steht. Der Freilauf 8 ermöglicht dabei ein Voreilen der Welle 31 des elektrischen Hilfsmotors 3 gegenüber dem Antrieb vom Hauptfahrmotor 1 über die Welle 11.
  • Steht nun für den Antrieb des Omnibusses 20 keine elektrische Energie zur Verfügung, so erfolgt der Antrieb durch den Verbrennungsmotor 2 und das an diesen angeschlossene Automatikgetriebe 16 und eine sich diesem anschließende Abtriebswelle 15. In diesem Betriebszustand muß die zwischen dem Hauptfahrmotor 1 und dem Verbrennungsmotor 2 liegende Schaltkupplung 5 geschlossen sein, so daß die Antriebsleistung von der Abtriebswelle 15 des Verbrennungsmotors 2 über ein Zwischengetriebe 4, die Schaltkupplung 5 und das elastische Verbindungsglied 6 auf die Welle 11 des Hauptfahrmotors und damit auf die Antriebswelle 17 übertragen wird. Der Antrieb der Nebenaggregate erfolgt in diesem Betriebszustand je nach der installierten Obersetzung entweder über den Riementrieb 18 oder über einen zweiten Riementrieb 17 und die Welle 31.
  • Sollen die Nebenaggregate des Omnibusses bei Fahrzeugstillstand angetrieben werden, so kann dies bei geöffneter Schaltkupplung 5 durch den Verbrennungsmotor 2 erfolgen, der seine Antriebsleistung in diesem Fall über die Ab- triebswelle 15, das Zwischengetriebe 4, den Riementrieb 17 und einen zweiten Freilauf 7 auf die Welle 31 des elektrischen Hilfsmotors überträgt. Schließlich ist bei stillstehendem Fahrzeug und abgeschaltetem Verbrennungsmotor 2 ein Antrieb der Nebenaggregate ausschließlich durch den elektrischen Hilfsmotor 3 möglich.

Claims (4)

  1. Patentansprüche 1. Hybridantriebsvorrichtung für Nutzfahrzeuge, vorzugsweise Omnibusse mit einem ständig mit der Antriebsachse gekoppelten elektrischen Hauptfahrmotor und einer mit der Welle des Hauptfahrmotors über eine Schaltkupplung verbindbaren Hilfsantriebsmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wie an sich bekannt, für die Nebenaggregate der Antriebsvorrichtung (wie z. B.
    Luftpresser, Hydraulikpumpe, Generator) ein eigener elektrischer Hilfsmotor (3) vorgesehen ist, und daß die Welle (31) des Hilfsmotors (3) über einen ersten Freilauf (8) unter Umgehung der Schaltkupplung (5) mit der Welle (11) des Hauptfahrmotors (1) gekoppelt ist und über einen zweiten Freilauf (7) mit der Abtriebswelle (15) der Hilfsantriebsmaschine (2, 16), wobei beide Freiläufe (7, 8) jeweils ein Voreilen der Welle (31) des Hilfsmotors (3) zulassen.
  2. 2. Hybridantriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hilfsantriebsmaschine ein Verbrennungsmotor (2) mit Automatikgetriebe (16) ist.
  3. 3. Hybridantriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den zweiten Freilauf (7) und der Abtriebswelle (15) der Hilfsantriebsmaschine (2, 16) ein Zwischengetriebe (4) liegt.
  4. 4. Hybridantriebsvorrichtung nach den Anspruchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektrische Hilfsmotor (3) ein Motor mit Reihenschlußcharakteristik ist.
