Abstract

本发明提供一种结构比较简单的混合动力汽车动力系统,第一齿轮和行星排的太阳轮从左至右依次连接,第二、三齿轮分别空套在固定轴的两端且分别与第一齿、四齿轮啮合,第一、二离合器均为常闭式,它们固定于固定轴上、位于第二、三齿轮之间且分别与第二、三齿轮联结,驱动电机的电机轴的左端同时与第四齿轮和行星排的齿圈固联、右端与电机转子固联,行星排的太阳轮位于行星轮之内、行星轮可转动地安装于行星架之内、齿圈安装于行星架之外,行星架的右端穿过驱动电机的电机轴和电机转子内的电机轴轴向通孔和电机转子轴向通孔并伸出于驱动电机之外。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车,具体涉及一种混合动力汽车动力系统。
背景技术
混合动力汽车动力系统通常应该具有驻车、动力平顺切换、发动机与驱动电机相匹配等功能。为此,市场上常见的混合动力汽车动力系统通过设置驻车系统来实现驻车功能,结构比较复杂;其发动机和驱动电机直接相联,匹配性较差,不能充分发挥驱动电机大扭矩的作用;其通过多对齿轮动力切换的多档变速模式,存在换挡冲击,传动比变化不连续而难以使发动机处在高效率区工作,因而换挡平顺性差且工作效率不高;同时,发动机和驱动电机直接相联,单发动机、纯电动和混合动力三种动力模式间切换时对动力系统冲击很大,常常很难完成平顺地切换。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构比较简单、匹配性较好、换挡平顺性好,工作效率较高和切换比较平顺的混合动力汽车动力系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案;
一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机、驱动离合器和包含电机转子和电机轴的驱动电机,其特征在于:还包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第一离合器、第二离合器、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、固定轴和包含太阳轮、行星轮、齿圈、行星架的行星排,所述发动机、驱动离合器、第一齿轮和行星排的太阳轮从左至右依次连接,所述第二齿轮和第三齿轮分别空套在固定轴的两端且分别与第一齿轮和第四齿轮啮合,所述第一离合器和第二离合器均为常闭式,它们固定于固定轴上、位于第二齿轮和第三齿轮之间且分别与第二齿轮和第三齿轮联结,所述驱动电机的电机轴的左端同时与第四齿轮和行星排的齿圈固联、右端与电机转子固联且驱动电机的电机轴和电机转子内分别设有同轴心的电机轴轴向通孔和电机转子轴向通孔,所述行星排的太阳轮位于行星轮之内、行星轮可转动地安装于行星架之内、齿圈安装于行星架之外,行星架的右端穿过驱动电机的电机轴和电机转子内的电机轴轴向通孔和电机转子轴向通孔并伸出于驱动电机之外。
采用上述结构后,本发明中的第一离合器和第二离合器形成的常闭式双离合器,在停车状态下可以实现驻车功能,省去了现有技术的混合动力汽车动力系统中的驻车系统,因而结构比较简单;同时,第一离合器和第二离合器所组成的常闭式双离合器不仅能满足多模式之前的切换,且能实现动力模式的平顺切换;本发明能够通过发动机驱动行星排的太阳轮和扭驱动电机驱动齿圈能更好地匹配驱动电机扭矩较大的动力特性,因而匹配性较好;发动机和驱动电机通过行星排来连接动力,能够在纯电动和混合动力模式下,通过驱动电机调速实现无级变速。因而,换挡平顺性好,工作效率较高且动力模式的切换比较平顺。
优选地,所述驱动离合器为干式离合器。这使得其结构比较简单、控制难度较低、成本较低,从而使得本发明整体也结构比较简单、控制难度较低、成本较低。
优选地,所述第二齿轮和第三齿轮的齿数分别比第一齿轮和第四齿轮的齿数少的当量与第一离合器和第二离合器传递的扭矩相匹配。这样能够减小第一离合器和第二离合器上传递的扭矩,还能将第一离合器和第二离合器的体积设计得足够小、使它们的重量较轻,从而使得本发明整体也体积较小、重量较轻、能够节约使用空间并降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式做详细说明。
参见图1所示,本发明混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机1、驱动离合器2和包含电机转子13和电机轴14的驱动电机15。由图1可见,本发明还包括第一齿轮3、第二齿轮4、第一离合器5、第二离合器6、第三齿轮7、第四齿轮8、固定轴16和包含太阳轮11、行星轮10、齿圈9、行星架12的行星排,所述发动机1、驱动离合器2、第一齿轮3和行星排的太阳轮11从左至右依次连接,所述第二齿轮4和第三齿轮7分别空套在固定轴16的两端且分别与第一齿轮3和第四齿轮8啮合,所述第一离合器5和第二离合器6均为常闭式,它们固定于固定轴16上、位于第二齿轮4和第三齿轮7之间且分别与第二齿轮4和第三齿轮7联结,所述驱动电机15的电机轴14的左端同时与第四齿轮8和行星排的齿圈9固联、右端与电机转子13固联且驱动电机15的电机轴14和电机转子13内分别设有同轴心的电机轴轴向通孔140和电机转子轴向通孔130,所述行星排的太阳轮11位于行星轮10之内、行星轮10可转动地安装于行星架12之内、齿圈9安装于行星架12之外,行星架12的右端穿过驱动电机15的电机轴14和电机转子13内的电机轴轴向通孔140和电机转子轴向通孔130并伸出于驱动电机15之外。
所述驱动离合器2为干式离合器。
所述第二齿轮4和第三齿轮7的齿数分别比第一齿轮3和第四齿轮8的齿数少的当量与第一离合器5和第二离合器6传递的扭矩相匹配。
本发明工作原理如下:
单发动机模式;发动机1工作,驱动电机15不工作,驱动离合器2结合,第一离合器5断开,第二离合器6结合。第二离合器6结合后,使得驱动电机15的电机转子13、第三齿轮7、第四齿轮8和齿圈9固定不动,发动机1动力通过驱动离合器2最终传递给太阳轮11,行星排的齿圈9固定,太阳轮11转动,最后通过行星架12将动力传递出去。
纯电模式;发动机1不工作,驱动电机15工作,驱动离合器2断开,第一离合器5结合,第二离合器6断开。第一离合器5结合后,使得第一齿轮3、第二齿轮4和太阳轮11固定不动,驱动电机15动力通过电机轴14传递给行星排的齿圈9;行星排的太阳轮11固定,齿圈9转动,最后通过行星架12将动力传递出去。运行过程中,驱动电机15通过调速实现无级变速。
混动模式;发动机1工作,驱动电机15工作,驱动离合器2结合,第一离合器5断开,第二离合器6断开。发动机1动力通过驱动离合器2最终传递给太阳轮11,驱动电机15动力通过电机轴14传递给行星排的齿圈9;行星排的太阳轮11和齿圈9同时转动,最后通过行星架12将动力传递出去。运行过程中,驱动电机15通过调速实现无级变速。
驻车状态;发动机1不工作,驱动电机15不工作,驱动离合器2断开,第一离合器5结合,第二离合器6结合。第二离合器6结合后,使得驱动电机15的电机转子13、第三齿轮7、第四齿轮8和行星排的齿圈9固定不动,第一离合器5结合后,使得第一齿轮3、第二齿轮4和行星排的太阳轮11固定不动;行星排的太阳轮11和齿圈9均固定,行星轮12也固定并实现驻车功能。
空档;发动机1不工作,驱动电机15不工作,驱动离合器2断开,第一离合器5断开,第二离合器6断开。第一离合器5和第二离合器6均断开,在发动机1和驱动电机15都不工作的情况下,行星排的行星架12无输出动力并实现空档。
上面结合附图对发明的优选实施方式做了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

1.一种混合动力汽车动力系统,包括发动机(1)、驱动离合器(2)和包含电机转子(13)和电机轴(14)的驱动电机(15),其特征在于:还包括第一齿轮(3)、第二齿轮(4)、第一离合器(5)、第二离合器(6)、第三齿轮(7)、第四齿轮(8)、固定轴(16)和包含太阳轮(11)、行星轮(10)、齿圈(9)、行星架(12)的行星排,
所述发动机(1)、驱动离合器(2)、第一齿轮(3)和行星排的太阳轮(11)从左至右依次连接,
所述第二齿轮(4)和第三齿轮(7)分别空套在固定轴(16)的两端且分别与第一齿轮(3)和第四齿轮(8)啮合,
所述第一离合器(5)和第二离合器(6)均为常闭式,它们固定于固定轴(16)上、位于第二齿轮(4)和第三齿轮(7)之间且分别与第二齿轮(4)和第三齿轮(7)联结,
所述驱动电机(15)的电机轴(14)的左端同时与第四齿轮(8)和行星排的齿圈(9)固联、右端与电机转子(13)固联且驱动电机(15)的电机轴(14)和电机转子(13)内分别设有同轴心的电机轴轴向通孔(140)和电机转子轴向通孔(130),
所述行星排的太阳轮(11)位于行星轮(10)之内、行星轮(10)可转动地安装于行星架(12)之内、齿圈9安装于行星架(12)之外,行星架(12)的右端穿过驱动电机(15)的电机轴(14)和电机转子(13)内的电机轴轴向通孔(140)和电机转子轴向通孔(130)并伸出于驱动电机(15)之外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其特征在于:所述驱动离合器(2)为干式离合器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力汽车动力系统,其特征在于:所述第二齿轮(4)和第三齿轮(7)的齿数分别比第一齿轮(3)和第四齿轮(8)的齿数少的当量与第一离合器(5)和第二离合器(6)传递的扭矩相匹配。
