技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车,特别是涉及一种混合动力汽车驱动系统。
背景技术
混合动力汽车驱动系统通常具有动力模式切换、发动机与驱动电机相匹配等功能。为此,市场上常见的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其发动机和驱动电机直接相联,混动模式下,需同时保证发动机和驱动电机的转速一致才能实现动力较好地输出。然而,发动机和驱动电机的转速很难一致,因而匹配性较差,不能充分发挥驱动电机具有扭矩大和连续调速的作用;混动模式下,其发动机的转速变化不连续,使得整个驱动系统的传动比变化不连续,存在换挡冲击,也难以使发动机处在高效率区工作,因而换挡平顺性差且工作效率不高;同时,发动机和驱动电机直接相联,单发动机、纯电动和混合动力三种动力模式间切换时对驱动系统冲击很大,常常很难进行平顺切换。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种动力匹配性、换挡平顺性较好,工作效率较高和切换比较平顺的混合动力汽车驱动系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的混合动力汽车驱动系统,包括;包含曲轴的发动机、耦合离合器,包含电机轴的驱动电机,以及输出轴,其特征在于:还包括第一主动齿轮、第一被动齿轮、第二主动齿轮、第二被动齿轮、第一离合器、第二离合器、连接轴、常啮合齿轮、外齿圈,以及包含太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和齿圈的行星排,所述发动机的曲轴与耦合离合器、连接轴、行星排的行星架从右至左依次连接,所述驱动电机的电机轴的右端与太阳轮固联,所述第二主动齿轮、第二离合器、第一离合器、第一主动齿轮位于行星排的行星架和耦合离合器之间、从左至右依次设置且第二主动齿轮和第一主动齿轮均空套在连接轴上、分别与第二被动齿轮和第一被动齿轮啮合,第二离合器和第一离合器的外鼓与连接轴联结、内鼓分别与第二主动齿轮、第一主动齿轮联结或者第二离合器和第一离合器的内鼓与连接轴联结、外鼓分别与第二主动齿轮、第一主动齿轮联结,所述常啮合齿轮、第二被动齿轮、第一被动齿轮从左至右依次设置在输出轴上且均与输出轴固联,所述外齿圈与行星排的齿圈固联且与常啮合齿轮啮合,所述行星排的太阳轮位于行星架之内、行星轮可转动地安装于行星架上、齿圈安装于行星架之外。采用上述结构后,本发明能够分别通过发动机和驱动电机驱动行星排的行星架和太阳轮,即发动机和驱动电机的动力能够通过行星排实现动力耦合、较好地匹配驱动电机的大扭矩和连续变速的动力特性,因而匹配性较好;发动机和驱动电机通过行星排连接动力,能够在纯电动和混合动力模式下,通过驱动电机调速实现无级变速;因而,换挡平顺性较好,工作效率较高且动力模式的切换比较平顺;另外,本发明在纯电动和单发动机模式下均能实现两个挡位切换,使得整车具有更大的转速变化范围,因而工作效率较高。
优选地,所述第一离合器和第二离合器均为多摩擦片式离合器。这使得本发明够更好地缓冲整车的冲击、换挡比较平顺。
优选地,所述耦合离合器为干式离合器。这使得的耦合离合器结构比较简单、控制难度和成本较低。从而,使得本发明整体结构也比较简单、控制难度和成本也较低。

本发明的工作原理如下:
单发动机模式;发动机1工作,耦合离合器3结合,驱动电机4不工作,第一离合器12结合,第二离合器11断开,本发明处于一挡状态,发动机1通过其曲轴2、耦合离合器3将动力依次传递给连接轴15、第一离合器12、第一主动齿轮6、第一被动齿轮7、输出轴10,实现一挡动力传递。发动机1工作,耦合离合器3结合,驱动电机4不工作,第一离合器12断开,第二离合器11结合,本发明处于二挡状态,发动机1通过其曲轴2、耦合离合器3将动力依次传递给连接轴15、第二离合器11、第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9、输出轴10,实现二挡动力传递。
纯电模式:发动机1不工作,耦合离合器3断开,驱动电机4工作,第一离合器12结合,第二离合器11断开,本发明处于一挡状态,驱动电机4通过电机轴5将动力传递给行星排的太阳轮16,行星排将动力分成两条路径传递,第一条由行星排的齿圈19将动力依次传递给外齿圈14、常啮合齿轮13,第二条由行星排的行星架18将动力依次传递给连接轴15、第一离合器12、第一主动齿轮6、第一被动齿轮7,两条路径的动力由常啮合齿轮13和第一被动齿轮7在输出轴10上进行耦合,再由输出轴10传递出去,实现一挡动力传递。发动机1不工作,耦合离合器3断开,驱动电机4工作,第一离合器12断开,第二离合器11结合,本发明处于二挡状态,驱动电机4通过电机轴5将动力传递给行星排的太阳轮16,行星排将动力分成两条路径传递,第一条由行星排的齿圈19将动力依次传递给外齿圈14、常啮合齿轮13,第二条由行星排的行星架18将动力依次传递给连接轴15、第二离合器11、第二主动齿轮8、第二被动齿轮9,两条动力流由常啮合齿轮13和第二被动齿轮9在输出轴10上进行耦合,由输出轴10将动力传递出去,实现二挡动力传递。
混动模式:发动机1工作,耦合离合器3结合,驱动电机4工作,第一离合器12断开,第二离合器11断开。驱动电机4通过电机轴5将动力传递给行星排的太阳轮16,发动机1通过其曲轴2、耦合离合器3将动力依次传递给连接轴15、行星排的行星架18,驱动电机4和发动机1的动力通过行星排进行耦合,最后通过行星排的齿圈19将动力依次传递给外齿圈14、常啮合齿轮13和输出轴10。
