本发明涉及无级变速混合动力汽车,具体涉及一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成。
背景技术
无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成不仅能够满足节能减排的要求,而且换挡过程平顺无冲击、效率较高。目前,常见的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括发动机、驱动电机和第一行星排,其能够实现无级变速且换挡过程平顺无冲击、工作效率较高,存在的不足是;仅仅通过一个行星排实现变速,其传动比较小,发动机不能常在高效区域工作,同时驱动电机工作效率低下、容易高温发热、成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,其传动比较大,能够使发动机常在高效区域工作且驱动电机的工作效率较高、避免高温发热、成本较低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括包含曲轴的发动机、离合器、包含电机转子的驱动电机,输出轴,以及其第一太阳轮位于第一行星架之内、第一行星轮可转动地安装于第一行星架上、第一齿圈位于第一行星架之外的第一行星排,所述发动机的曲轴的右端与离合器联接,其特征在于:还包括外圈、连接轴、制动器,以及其第二太阳轮位于第二行星架之内、第二行星轮可转动地安装于第二行星架上、第二齿圈位于第二行星架之外的第二行星排,所述第一行星排的第一太阳轮与第二行星排的第二太阳轮固联,所述外圈的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈固联、外侧与驱动电机的电机转子固联,所述连接轴的左端与离合器联接、中部与制动器联接、右端与第一行星排的第一行星架固联,所述第二行星排的第二行星架的右端与输出轴固联。这样一来,本发明具有两个行星排结构,与只有一个行星排的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成的现有技术相比,本发明传动比较大,发动机能够常在高效区域工作,驱动电机的工作效率也较高,并能够避免高温发热、成本较低。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述离合器为干式离合器。这使得离合器的结构比较简单、控制难度较低、成本较低。从而,使得本发明的整体结构也比较简单、控制难度和成本也较低。

参见图1,本发明的无级变速混合动力汽车动力总成,包括包含曲轴2的发动机1、离合器3、包含电机转子41的驱动电机4,输出轴15,以及其第一太阳轮6位于第一行星架8之内、第一行星轮7可转动地安装于第一行星架8上、第一齿圈9位于第一行星架8之外的第一行星排,所述发动机1的曲轴2的右端与离合器3联接。由图1可见,本发明还包括外圈5、连接轴10、制动器16,以及其第二太阳轮11位于第二行星架13之内、第二行星轮12可转动地安装于第二行星架13上、第二齿圈14位于第二行星架13之外的第二行星排,所述第一行星排的第一太阳轮6与第二行星排的第二太阳轮11固联,所述外圈5的左端与第一行星排的第一齿圈9固联、右端与第二行星排的第二齿圈14固联、外侧与驱动电机4的电机转子41固联,所述连接轴10的左端与离合器3联接、中部与制动器16联接、右端与第一行星排的第一行星架8固联,所述第二行星排的第二行星架13的右端与输出轴15固联。
所述离合器3为干式离合器。
本发明工作原理如下:
纯电模式;发动机1不工作,驱动电机4工作,离合器3断开,制动器16制动。驱动电机4通过电机转子41将动力传递给外圈5后,其动力分两条进行传递,第一条动力由外圈5传递给第二行星排的第二齿圈14,第二条动力由外圈5传递给第一行星排的第一齿圈9,在制动器16将连接轴10、第一行星排的第一行星架8制动的情况下,由第一行星排的第一太阳轮6传递给第二行星排的第二太阳轮11。之后,动力由第二行星排的第二太阳轮11和第二齿圈14进行耦合,最终由第二行星排的第二行星架13将动力传递给输出轴15。
混动模式;发动机1工作,驱动电机4工作,离合器3结合,制动器16松开。发动机1通过曲轴2将动力依次传递给离合器3、连接轴10、第一行星排的第一行星架8,驱动电机4通过电机转子41将动力传递给外圈5后,其动力由外圈5传递给第一行星排的第一齿圈9和第二行星排的第二齿圈14,并在第一行星排和第二行星排上进行耦合,最终由第二行星排的第二行星架13将动力传递给输出轴15。
能量回收;发动机1不工作,驱动电机4处于发电状态,离合器3断开,制动器16制动。整车动力由车轮传递到输出轴15后,在制动器16将连接轴10、第一行星排的第一行星架8制动的情况下,动力在第一行星排和第二行星排上进行耦合,然后通过第一行星排的第一齿圈9和第二行星排的第二齿圈14共同传递给外圈5,最后由外圈5传递给驱动电机1的电机转子41,并由电机转子41带动处于发电状态的驱动电机1发电。
