とき製品の底面把手に手が掛り易くする。 【構成】 段ボール製緩衝材に指が入る穴及びミシン目
を入れ製品を取り出す際、指で上記ミシン目より切り起
空間を設け、その空間に手を入れ製品に手が掛けれるよ
うにする。 【効果】 緩衝材の強度低下が少なく容易に製品の把手
に手が掛けれる効果がある。

【考案の詳細な説明】

この考案はテレビジョン受信機の緩衝材の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図４は従来の製品の梱包状態を示す断面図であり、図において１はテレビジョ ン受信機（以下製品と言う）、２は製品梱包トレイ、３は段ボール緩衝材、４は 製品に設けた運搬用把手である。
【０００３】 製品１は輸送時の振動落下による、衝撃が吸収出来る様に緩衝材３とガタなく 密着している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の構造で製品１と緩衝材３が密着しているため梱包用トレイ３から製品１ と取り出すとき、手を掛け保持する運搬用把手４に手が掛けられない問題があっ た。また手が入るだけの穴を設けると緩衝材の強度低下となる問題もあった。

この考案は緩衝材３に穴６及びミシン目５を設けたものである。

【作用】
この考案における緩衝材３に設けた穴６に指を掛け引くとミシン目５に沿って 緩衝材３の段ボールが破れ空間が出来る。

【実施例】
実施例１． 以下、この考案の実施例を図について説明する。 図１において、６は穴、５はミシン目である。
【０００８】 図１，２，３で示す様に緩衝材の穴６に指を掛け引張るとミシン目５に沿って 段ボールが破れ、その結果空間が生じる。この空間を利用し製品１の運搬用把手 ４に手を掛け梱包用トレイ２から製品を取り出すことが可能となる。

【考案の効果】
以上の様に本考案は輸送後、製品を取り出すときに緩衝材に製品保持用穴を設 けるため緩衝材の強度低下が比較的少なく、かつ簡単製品に手が掛けれる効果が ある。
